13/04/2026: LOVE IT. Lovely menu of delicious and freshly prepared Chinese food. Staff very friendly and attentive. Plenty of free parking right outside the door. They gave me my leftovers in a box, and I enjoyed it next day Note: restaurant is on the first floor. I didn't see a lift but maybe phone first to find out.

17/03/2026: Good experience at Pagoda. Great food with some great service! Ordered crispy chicken wings, fried noodles and rice. All were delicious and served with right portions.

04/04/2026: Very disappointing experience overall. Ordering was frustrating – the staff member seemed to struggle to understand simple requests. Delivery time was quoted 40–50 minutes which felt quite long. When the food arrived, nothing was prepared as expected. Everything was packed separately (noodles, meat, sauces), with no cutlery, chopsticks, or even napkins provided unless specifically requested – which is not ideal for a delivery. Food itself was bland and lacked flavour. I would rate it around 4/10 at best. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order again and wouldn’t recommend unless you have no other option.

29/03/2026: Very much let down by the food here in the Panorama restaurant completely overpriced for what was dished out. Carrots were extremely tough and tasteless. Mushroom risotto was a lot to be desired. Again it was very tasteless and the appearance was very off putting with the amount of froth in the plate. Nicest part was the dessert. Overall a very disappointing experience to the stay and the occasion that was being celebrated. Staff were very polite and welcoming only positive side.

24/02/2026: Got a late resy and walked from our hotel. Great food, good service, great views. We saw sunset from the dining room. Desert was my favorite (a white chocolate peach?!)

24/07/2025: Husband and I chose this pub while visiting Killarney. We love authentic Irish food so this place really hit the spot. When we walked in, we were told that they didn’t have any tables left and they were completely full. There were a couple seats at the bar thankfully so we asked if we could sit there and eat, she said yes. The two young guys behind the bar gave us some drinks quickly, waitress took our food order a few minutes later. We decided to share the mini potato cakes (€8.95), which were pretty much mashed potatoes mixed with chicken and bacon, and then covered in bread crumbs and fried. It was covered in a mushroom creme sauce which was really good, with a small salad on the side (if you can call it that, it was really a couple pieces of lettuce, a single grape tomato and a drizzle of dressing) My husband got the fish and chips (€17.70) which honestly was probably the best fish and chips he’s had so far during our trip. I was a little jealous of his food after I tried some of his. The fish was almost melt-in-your-mouth quality. Soooo good. I would go back just to eat that fish again. I got the spinach and ricotta ravioli (€20.95) which came with a tomato and basil crème sauce, some garlic bread, and a handful of arugula on top. The pasta itself tasted good (jealous of the fish!) but the garlic bread was so crispy (not burnt) that it was almost too hard to chew. The dish would have been fine without the ‘salad garnish’. The only thing I would point out is that obviously the pub is very busy, and it didn’t look like they had an ample amount of seating, but they must have turned away at least 20-30 people because the back of the pub was closed (due to a large party maybe?) and they just couldn’t find a place for those people to sit. So I guess we got there at just the right time? Whatever - I would still go back JUST for the fish and chips ❤️

09/04/2026: The place was empty which should have been an indication of the food quality. Was served frozen scampi with fries and a "salad" that was just some slaw in a tiny bowl. The pieces of scampi were tiny nuggets. I don't think this is a good representation of Dingle cuisine as I know for a fact that scampi is usually served fresh despite what the owner told us. It was also very quiet it there with no music or atmosphere. Very disappointed with this experience, will not go again.

24/03/2026: Stopped in for Fish and Chips, Fish Basket and Calamari. The fish was fresh, not frozen, batter was nice and crispy, prices are very reasonable and you can bring your own wine and beer. Seating was very comfortable, great spot for a casual evening dinner, we're glad we stopped in. Thank you Rehin. and the chef in the kitchen.

14/09/2025: I asked if I can have cofee... They said yes. I went to the car for 20 seconds to take my card... In this time they start the cleaning program of the machine... Desgusting mean people.

16/10/2025: Great hotel very clean, loverly comfortable bed and great rain shower. The staff in the bar are very friendly and knowledgeable. Reception staff are great too as is the breakfast service.

13/10/2025: What wonderful staff, great kitchen and the room is top class. I also enjoyed taking advantage of the Leisure Clubs amenities.

14/10/2025: Had a fabulous takeaway from here, the service was very quick and the staff very nice. The crispy pork was absolutely lovely. I would definitely go again.

29/09/2025: Rooms were very basic. Window did not open and wasn't shutting fully and it was very windy outside which cooled down the room and the radiator wasn't working. There were spiders in the bedroom, the bathroom and in the halls. Breakfast was made to order, but you could only choose from 7 different things. The quality of the breakfast was mediocre and the "avocado toast" especially was a joke. Location directly by the sea was nice though. We only stayed one night

22/09/2025: The shower wouldn’t drain at all and we asked for assistance at the front desk (phones in the room to call down didn’t work) and they said they couldn’t help. Mind you, the hotel barely had any guests and they could’ve easily moved us rooms but didn’t. Don’t stay here since the only way to clean yourself is by using the bathroom sink

03/05/2026: Stopped in here for a quick takeaway after driving for many hours. Ordered a 4 in 1 which was okay, the misses ordered chicken with black bean sauce and chips. Had to be thrown in the bin. The carrots & chicken smelled and tasted out of date. We didn't go back with the food as we were staying 20 minutes away from the restaurant so we just shared the 4 in 1. Also the customer service in this place is very poor. Anyone on the road travelling and needs a bite to eat I wouldn't recommend this place.

27/05/2025: Great experience this morning by the 2 staff on duty at 9am Tuesday 27th May. The young lady serving me was pleasant & patient with me as i dithered to place my order. Also bought 2 'You are here' mugs that I'd asked a member of staff yesterday to please save for me. Well done Starbucks . Excellent customer experience
