19/11/2024: No more baths in bathroom only showers would like to have a relaxing bath

18/11/2024: We stayed for two nights, room was nice, too warm, definitely not worth the money they are charging, had booked a room with bath in suite and on arrival told not available which was not exceptable as had paid for this very disappointed, went to restaurant to have evening meals and was told we had to eat in the bar, which was very busy and was left waiting before we even got a table not acceptable for a resident in the hotel, staff were polite but lack in verbal communication with the customers, service very slow left waiting to get assistance, over all very disappointed with this hotel will not return.

03/11/2024: I love coming to Cafe Passion Killarney. The staff are efficient and very friendly. The cakes are absolutely fab I am delighted with the service. I would definitely recommend here to anyone. I love the matcha lattes also and the lovely shape on top

18/08/2024: Really nice high quality. Well presented tasty food. We stayed in MuckRoss and dined here 3 times once for lunch and twice for dinner. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere and decor was very nice in the restaurant. Highly recommend!

10/11/2024: Disappointed with the quality of the food. Priced relatively high, the quality was poor. My wife had seafood mix. Crab claws were tasteless and not fresh. Only the battered fish was up to standard. Staff were very nice, so a pity the food standard was low.

27/10/2024: This was a very odd dining experience. We were left standing at the front door for a few minutes without any acknowledgment from restaurant staff. The manageress was cold and not very welcoming and when she checked us in, she pointed in the direction of our table and didn’t show us to our seat. The only other poor server on duty was under so much pressure trying to deal with a full restaurant, she was working very hard and seemed to be taking all of the slack. The waitress behind the bar was abrupt and seemed totally fed up. Food was ok but nothing special unfortunately. The restaurant has so much potential, it’s in a prime location and will get the tourists regardless but really needs to take a look at what’s not working as plenty of reviews prior to this one call out the same issues.

06/11/2024: They no longer have a restaurant. The bar is so friendly and fun. My favorite bar while visiting Ireland. Thank you to the sweet man Jerry for letting me to take his picture. Thank you to Carl for the ideal place to be while visiting from the States. 💕

15/09/2024: Really welcoming pub and an interesting history. Base of operations for Kalem studios in the early 1910s. Also have a lot of different kinds of wood with labels around the bar. Just la lot or look at and a lot of history to absorb. To top it all off is the amazing staff who really know how to expertly pour a pint.

13/09/2024: The family room was perfect for our family of 5! It was huge and clean and we loved staying here. So fun to be right downtown in Kenmare too! Stay here!!

13/09/2024: Had a few drinks at the pub, very friendly staff, well appointed and clean facility. Would recommend .

17/07/2024: Got Kebab and Fries for takeaway as one of the "healthier" fast food options. Food was made fresh and the place was full but we still received our hot fries and kebab after five minutes. Taste-wise all good. Decent Kebab meat and crunchy, skinny fries. Will do take-out again.

11/07/2024: Worst doner kebab I ever had. Took one bite and threw it in the bin.

17/09/2024: Worse place I've ever eaten from I ordered chips ,batter sausage and a cheese burger .and have to say the staff are not the friendliest and when I say I got the worse bag of chips what she done was put cooked ones in that were literally cooked a while ago and added some brown ones that were soggy. Buger was awful. I don't know whether it was the day or time it was .about 8 in the evening or its staff in cooking it 🤔

23/08/2024: Rang in an order, the girl was abrupt and rude on the phone. Arrived to collect the order and was given a burger with all the toppings when i had asked her for a plain cheese quarter pounder. When i asked the girl for the plain burger i had ordered she initially argued with me and then eventually went to swap it. When i got home realised that instead of giving me a fresh burger(there were many on the griddle at the time), she made a half arsed attempt at scraping off the coleslaw etc and gave me back the same burger. Not acceptable at all. There needs to be changes in staffing if this place is to survive. I for one will certainly not be back. The burger was expensive , poor quality and the service was shocking. The chips were average. Plenty other options in the town, will take my business elsewhere in future.

19/11/2024: Best vegan dining in Killarney, absolutely delicious: Winter Bruschetta Chickpea, lentil & pistachio cake Brownie Staff were really friendly & attentive.

10/11/2024: Perfect! Great food, great service and absolutely great food. Plus cheap prices. Perfect for a break from pub food.

24/10/2024: After a cold and rainy night in Kellerny, we got up and were lucky enough to have a hot and good breakfast at this place. The client is super friendly and very welcoming. I recommend their Scones!!! Very good!

11/06/2024: Most importantly, the waiter (and I assume the boss?) is what makes this café really special! We just had late breakfast and really enjoyed the thoughtful and sympathetic way of this guy - also the coffee, food/smoothie were great! A pearl in the city
