24/04/2025: Best coffee we could find in Killarney!

11/03/2025: Coffee was good, but staff was not friendly at all. Don't understand all the positive reviews. Killarney has loads of other cafés on offer, plus genuine and friendly staff. Will not be returning as attitude is very important to feel welcome and enjoy a nice coffee break.

26/03/2025: Food was beyond fantastic. Honestly we were surprised that we had some of the best pasta we had ever had in this hotel restaurant in Tralee. The cannelloni was absolutely to die for. Drink options were varied and extensive. Would love to come back here if only for the food.

24/01/2025: Arrived at this restaurant after walking out of Gallys where we were kept waiting twenty minutes and still nobody came to take our order in an empty restaurant so left.Food was amazing and Service was excellent, very efficient waitresses who were friendly and attentive.Food was beautiful, steak sandwich was very tasty and nice to find a strip loin steak in my steak sandwich and not grizzle like some places ,Guinness was good ,my Partner had Chicken which she enjoyed and everything was served warm and fresh.The cheesecake desert was the only dull moment ,a bit tasteless and if not for the caramel sauce would have been brutal .Nice to come out midweek and get nice decent food and drink with proper service.Menu selection is far superior to Gallys with alot more choice and better value.

17/04/2025: Excellent service here. When I visited it was busy but the ladies that were serving were excellent. Food was excellent too. Building is a little worn but I couldn't deduct anything as the staff and food made up for any short comings.

10/05/2025: The best place in West Cork for fantastic coffee and a slice of cake (A+ cookies as well, if you prefer something crunchy). Servers are helpful and speedy, happy to recommend something if you can't decide :D

10/05/2025: An absolute must in Clonakilty! It manages to combine a cozy, friendly atmosphere with fabulous service and comfortable seating. The breakfasts I have had here are second to none, with proper portion sizes and something for everyone on the menu. I have to shout-out the buttermilk pancakes, delicious! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

24/05/2025: Superb local restaurant owned by a local businessman. Great variety of food. Burgers are great and would recommend that over the kebab. Friendly staff. American themed items. Wait time was quick for takeaway food.

18/04/2025: Rang and ordered food at 7.40 and was told it will be 10 mins. Arrived to collect 10mins later and I had to wait for it to be ready which was no problem. After a few mins I could see my order on the burger shoot. After 10 more minutes of waiting the staff realised an item wasn’t cooked so they had to cook it. My food was still on the burger shoot at this stage. Staff were constantly looking at my order and walking away. When the item was cooked they bagged up my order from the burger shoot and handed it to me this was at 8.20. The food was cold as it was sitting there for along period of time. I refused to take it as it was cold another staff member came and I showed her the food and she felt the chicken and saw it was cold and I asked for my order to get redone. I had to wait again but When I went home I realised some of my food was put back into the oil to heat up and they didn’t redo my burgers. The chips and burgers were cold and the only things that were hot was what they reheated. I was really disappointed as the takeaway was quite on this evening only 2/3 customers when I arrived and to still have gotten this service.

25/04/2025: Wow este lugar en Deerpark Killarney es súper. El personal es excepcional y hace que ir a tomar un café sea una experiencia agradable. Somos asiduos y nos encanta nuestro Coffee & Cappuccino también nos gusta el Cappuccino extra caliente y el personal lo sabe e incluso lo tiene listo para nosotros a 180 grados. Increíble. Volveremos de hecho estamos allí casi cada dos días.

09/05/2025: A really beautiful hotel in the old style, we had a very large, beautiful room with a luxury bathroom, the restaurant was unfortunately a bit stuck in the old style and therefore had nothing for us vegetarians, but the barmaid was very friendly. We slept well and received a friendly welcome, I would come again.

10/05/2025: In Killarney it was difficult to find a restaurant that was open around 10:30 at night, so McDonald - and this one is very clean and has friendly staff. Burger good and fries fresh and crispy.
