08/10/2026: Went there last Tuesday. There were 3 women working there and they were doing an amazing job! Very friendly, super fast and very good Pizza. Thank you!❤️

11/08/2026: A fabulous hotel right in the town, convenient to all modes of transport. The beds are very comfortable.

11/07/2026: Lovely hotel in the heart of Killarney. The rooms are really nice and have air con. There's a nice leisure centre and a bar in the hotel.

11/10/2026: Cafe Passion is such a lovely place! The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. A cosy spot with a warm atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting!

13/09/2026: Just drinks on this visit. Service was a little slow And it was very noisy sat opposite the counter inside. Drinks were fine and the place was very busy.

17/06/2026: Book here if you want the narrowest bed ever. Around 4 to 5 toothpaste tube wide!! Don't move during the night or else ...

09/06/2026: It's okay, but the price-to-quality ratio is average. The atmospheric Irish decor is a plus.

03/08/2026: It's a bad Italian restaurant. They don't sell wine or beer, although you can bring your own. They don't give you bread or even olives as a starter. The decor is pathetic: chairs, dirty children's chairs, and a TV lying in the corner. It is quite spacious, though. The service is slow and bad; the girls there clearly don't know how to handle the place. The music was on repeat; they played about five songs the entire time. They forgot one of our dishes, brought it to us after we'd finished, and didn't charge us for it. They do sell takeout, which might have been the best option.

23/07/2026: The food here was delicious, our waitress was friendly. We had the option of dining outside, which we took them up on.

31/08/2026: Stayed in this hotel for two days I brought my boyfriend down for his birthday I was actually mortified to say the least the bed was as good as on the floor our back are killing us from the mattress the lights did not work in the room we rang reception for more milk we were told to ourselves I approached the reception got no satisfaction at all no manager came to us stay away the rooms look absolutely noting like the comfort in the photos absolutely digusted with my experience

24/08/2026: The absolute worst food ever . Not sure what the chicken was !!!everything dry and tasteless . The staff were remarkably rude .I'm just waiting for the food poisoning. I phoned and was told the chicken can become soggy .. we collected it and opened the food within ten min.. disgusting.

17/05/2026: I chose The Imperial Hotel because it is a favorite venue of mine to meet friends for coffee and lunch. The interior is really nice and the staff are always amazing. My recent meetup group event exceeded expectations thanks to a young member of staff named Aaron (Bar and Restaurant) Having a professional background in tourism and having worked as a duty manager myself, I understand what it takes to provide seamless service. I really appreciate the massive difference that a genuine personal touch makes to the guest experience. Aaron met us upon arrival and was absolutely exceptional and very capable. He took everything in his stride, managing our group effortlessly and providing a level of service that thoroughly impressed everyone in attendance. Because of the fantastic experience we had with the area provided for our coffee event and the personal service both Aaron and the girls delivered, my group has already requested that we return to The Imperial again soon. 12/09/2026: Outstanding chicken kabob. As good as any Greek restaurant. The service and atmosphere is like a clean, unhurried fast food restaurant with no frills. No waiters. Just great food.

19/09/2026: I feel that this coffee shop used to be much better, possibly under different management. The quality of the food has gone down while the prices continue to rise. Additionally, the portion size for the fries is quite small, especially considering the €4 price. The environment always seems to be noisy.

04/09/2026: Best cafe in Tralee for breakfast and brunch by far. Really lovely and friendly staff too! Couldn’t recommend the bookshelf more, been going there for years!

23/10/2026: Go expecting cafeteria food and you will be satisfied Vegetarian lentil shepherds pie with halloumi cheese with potatoes 3 ways and veg was tasty— the beans were undercooked, but did have good flavor The muffin tasted prepackaged and was quite bland

27/09/2026: Good place to have a snack or lunch. Fare prices. But hot meal is stopped to be served at 3pm! After this only cold starters and desserts are provided.

10/10/2026: Delicious Pizza! A nice refresher from the normal corporate stuff.

04/10/2026: Weirdly enough gave me a Manhattan when we ordered a meat central, it even got repeated but got the wrong one. Pretty sad to see only then 2/7 meat expected on your pizza but Im too shy to complain at the place when it happens. Overall the taste was good though.

17/09/2025: It’s called Cafe Mocha….yet the mocha i ordered wasn’t even drinkable. I gave it back for them to throw away. I would not recommend this place

04/08/2026: Got food poisoning and so did 2 other people who we shared a pizza with 32 hours later still not good
