05/09/2026: Went out for a meal this evening with my partner .Was very disappointed with the service as the main course came out(which was good)without getting our starter platter first . And was told if we wanted she would bring it out after which we declined .Went up to pay and asked about it they said we just forgot about it and would remove it from the bill.i just thought this was unacceptable service.It had ruined our date night after not getting out over a year without the kids.would love to hear back from ye thanks.

17/08/2026: Best Chinese in Tralee. Really miss the limerick location in castletroy which was there yonks back. Great mild and creamy curry, friendly in the Irish stomach. Prawn crackers almost always complimentary. It’s the small things 🙏🏻

17/06/2026: Book here if you want the narrowest bed ever. Around 4 to 5 toothpaste tube wide!! Don't move during the night or else ...

25/04/2026: Older women behind the carvery counter suffer from a deficit of hospitality, courtesy and personality generally. The younger folks are less bitter, and generally nicer. Food is decent; I’ve just had it with the awful atmosphere back there.

17/09/2025: It’s called Cafe Mocha….yet the mocha i ordered wasn’t even drinkable. I gave it back for them to throw away. I would not recommend this place

22/07/2026: Food and sweets are fantastic with a wide selection. But try to avoid the rush hour cause a busy restaurant is very noisy. No relaxation at all. Around 11 am it was perfect but around 2 pm not nice at all. To bad cause everything else is just great

03/10/2025: We recently had dinner at the Stables Brasserie and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the manager was welcoming, the service was attentive and professional, and the quality of the food and wine was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere, the presentation, and the care that went into every detail really made the evening feel special.

29/09/2025: Brought 2 Spanish friends to this restaurant for Sunday lunch but left extremely dissapointed. Atmosphere was sad, food was below average and certainly not near the level for the prices charged. The hotel is spectacular but this restaurant is not good enough.

30/08/2026: French toast was burnt and dry for 15€ you would expect a lot better.

12/08/2026: We are pleasantly surprised to find a proper Chinese restaurant in Killarney. Their servers are very friendly and polite. Their service is responsive and friendly. The ambience is lovely and not overwhelming/overcrowded like many other places in this touristic town. We came here tonight because we’ve been eating out in Ireland as tourists travelling from Canada and are craving for something lighter and healthier than regular Irish dishes. Their servers are willing to accommodate our request to separate the sauce from a stir fried dish, and to recommend chicken fried rice which is both delicious and healthy.

24/08/2026: The absolute worst food ever . Not sure what the chicken was !!!everything dry and tasteless . The staff were remarkably rude .I'm just waiting for the food poisoning. I phoned and was told the chicken can become soggy .. we collected it and opened the food within ten min.. disgusting.

03/08/2026: It's a bad Italian restaurant. They don't sell wine or beer, although you can bring your own. They don't give you bread or even olives as a starter. The decor is pathetic: chairs, dirty children's chairs, and a TV lying in the corner. It is quite spacious, though. The service is slow and bad; the girls there clearly don't know how to handle the place. The music was on repeat; they played about five songs the entire time. They forgot one of our dishes, brought it to us after we'd finished, and didn't charge us for it. They do sell takeout, which might have been the best option.

17/05/2026: I chose The Imperial Hotel because it is a favorite venue of mine to meet friends for coffee and lunch. The interior is really nice and the staff are always amazing. My recent meetup group event exceeded expectations thanks to a young member of staff named Aaron (Bar and Restaurant) Having a professional background in tourism and having worked as a duty manager myself, I understand what it takes to provide seamless service. I really appreciate the massive difference that a genuine personal touch makes to the guest experience. Aaron met us upon arrival and was absolutely exceptional and very capable. He took everything in his stride, managing our group effortlessly and providing a level of service that thoroughly impressed everyone in attendance. Because of the fantastic experience we had with the area provided for our coffee event and the personal service both Aaron and the girls delivered, my group has already requested that we return to The Imperial again soon.
