15/12/2025: Considering that the cook had no waiter to help him, he was really up to the task. Was a Monday evening so I guess they usually have more staff at hand. But the food was excellent. And we will surely come back for more.

07/02/2026: This place is an absolute kip. I was standing outside the window chatting to a friend, minding my own business and could see a tall lad in his 20s with brownish hair inside making faces and saying something to the woman he worked with about me. He also gave me the middle finger for absolutely no reason. I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs unless you feel like being mocked by staff.

19/01/2026: As usual, I enjoyed the food I got however, I am very disappointed in the restaurant for having a troublesome employer. I was there on Saturday the 17th where one of your staff was abusive to another member of staff. From what I saw, he had anger issues and he blew up for what seemed to be no reason. I would definitely look into this as it made everyone there, including the customers, uncomfortable.

19/01/2026: Food was absolutely horrible. Southern fried chicken was uneatable, extremely dry and no flavour in the slightest. Only nice thing from the entire order was the stuffing. Worst takeaway I've ever had.

12/03/2026: Beautiful location to stop. Food was good but overpriced. Felt rushed when looking a menu, they didnt have half the menu available. But staff was attentive once we sat down to eat by cleaning up quickly after we were done with dishes.

06/01/2026: Had lunch here. Best thing about the place are the views. Fish and chips -- The coating on the fish was rock hard and tasted of old, tired grease. The fish was overcooked and had a very strong fishy aroma and taste. The fries were not bad and ended up being the best part of it. They charged €19.95, a very high price, which emphasises the fact this place is a big-time tourist trap. The servers were working at a furious pace and not very friendly. They would snatch a plate away almost before you were finished eating. Forget eating here, it's not worth it. Having to go through the gift shop to get to the food says it all.

27/05/2025: Great experience this morning by the 2 staff on duty at 9am Tuesday 27th May. The young lady serving me was pleasant & patient with me as i dithered to place my order. Also bought 2 'You are here' mugs that I'd asked a member of staff yesterday to please save for me. Well done Starbucks . Excellent customer experience

14/02/2026: Ordered chicken bhuna and lamb korma- very nice, tasty food and big portion. Would give 5 but naan bread was a bit disappointing- will come back- specialy for korma👍🏻I’m changing my review after I think third time we ordered for take away, we were given time of collection and looong after food is not ready, its a last time im ordering here. I dont feel like sitting in the waiting area 60 min after collectinon time🥲Lack of organisation or communication. Food is nice but you just sit and wait

19/12/2025: Our experience at Bombay Palace was very disappointing. On our first night, we had to order takeout due to an emergency. The next night, when we returned, the staff told us we could only sit if we were ordering a full meal. When we tried to order starters for one person, they refused and insisted we order a main course if we are dining in. The manager/owner then spoke to us in Hindi in an offensive manner, despite no such rules being mentioned on the menu. We ended up paying a tip equal to our bill. As a Canadian who has traveled widely, I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming.

30/11/2025: I tried to order through online and I paid €50 and waiting for confirmation. After few minutes I called them, and they said it’s closed for winter if I need money back, I have to call back the online platform. It’s their responsibility if they closed they have to update in online platforms. Now I I have to go through for my money back. What kind of services and responsibility they have??!!😡😡😡irresponsinle behaviour from the guy replied from phone.

26/07/2025: I've been coming for years. Doner Wraps top notch, special taco chips are truly special. Ali tonight gave un fantastic service. Could not recommend enough to end your night in tralee

08/09/2025: Food was delicious but a bit salty and a bit dry. No moist at all in the meats. Service was fast . Prices a bit cheaper to compare to their competitors. We don't like the chips because it wasn't a real potato.

21/08/2025: Ordered a meal deal: nuggets, pizza and chips for €15. These reviews seem like drunk people not getting the sloppy drunk food they expected; but my girls and I ordered from here and it was brilliant. Kind staff, lovely food, big portions. Would def recommend:)

08/11/2025: DO NOT GET FOOD HERE!!! If I could put 0 stars I could. I ordered food from here, had it delivered by the rudest person ever. Opened my food. I got hit with the smell of stale food. I called. Asked why my food smelled stale. Took a bite. Looked inside.. IT WAS MOULDY!!! They couldn’t care less. I then investigated further, there was 3 hairs in my chips. 3. I asked what that was about… the girl started laughing. There were rats in the kitchen before bamboo house.
