14/09/2024: We recently ordered food from this hotel and were disappointed with the service. We ordered chicken dishes, but instead, we received vegetarian food. Since we were staying far from the restaurant, it was not possible for us to go back and fix the order, especially late at night. While the food was good, getting the wrong items ruined the experience. The hotel needs to be more careful with orders, especially when delivering to guests who can't easily return. We hope they improve their service as the quality of the food deserves better

28/09/2024: Very disappointing experience. There were three staff members, but only two were working. One just stood at the till, doing nothing, while the line grew longer. The person at the till could have easily helped make sandwiches to speed things up. The service was incredibly slow, and the lack of teamwork was frustrating. Not what you'd expect from a fast-food place.

08/07/2024: The food is nice and it taste good but the service is not great.said thank he didn't even answer didn't even say hello. The place is very messy walls are dirty and a lot dirt under the seats. I was with my friends the and the chair I was sitting in broke .rusty nails.we hear a lot of noises in the back.the bathroom is always out of order.they charged us €1 for 2 cups and they didn't give us tissues and I'm scared to go back there

Okay, we are not in Italy, the prices were displayed and we knew what we would pay... but 22 euros for two cappuccinos and two pieces of cake seems really high considering that we are not in an exclusive place.
Nothing to say about the courtesy of the very kind and patient girl at the counter and the quality of the goods served, good and fresh.
