22/11/2025: The slowest fast food store I ever been to. Hardly any people inside, took us 15 minutes till we could order fries. Then it took 15 minutes till we got them. Food is overpriced and bad. Staff unfriendly. Nothing good about this place.

15/11/2025: Saying RUDE is still a compliment! I was walking with my dog and unfortunately she poo on the footpath few meters from Espresso. As I was embarrassed not to have my own dog poo bags (forgot them in the car), I asked to the lady in Espresso to give me some napkins or a piece of paper to collect. She said NO! She also said to me she doesn’t serve non-customers and napkins are for customers. I offered to pay 10€ for the napkins and she refused. When I called up that I was only asking for a favor and that I didn’t want to leave dirty the footpath, she answered NOT MY PROBLEM. Yes, lady, it’s not your problem, but being nice at this world doesn’t cost you anything. Like thins I hope many see how little empathy you have towards people asking for very little help and think twice before even entering in your place. Go anywhere else in Cahersiveen, but please don’t support Espresso!

10/10/2025: One of the Worst Pizza Experiences I’ve ever had extremely poor service This was honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever received. Cold, late, wrong toppings, terrible taste, and everything falling apart from slice It felt like zero care went into preparing or delivering the order. Basil and pineapple added with out permission It’s unacceptable for a business to charge full price for food this bad. Customer service was no help either — I contacted store , and got rude offer Avoid this place if you actually want edible pizza.

24/09/2025: Terrible service! I was attended by a woman who seemed (maybe Romanian or Polish), but she had such a sour attitude. She was completely rude, acting like a total tyrant, and really unprofessional. Honestly, do not go to this place—people are treated like crap here!

14/10/2025: We have been living in Killarney for 6 years and yesterday was the second and last time we visited. We arrived at 19:50 and waited 20 minutes for someone to come and serve us... Even though the waiters had seen us! There were 2 waiters and there were only 3-4 tables with people. You mean we left, terrible behavior!

27/10/2025: Worst experience. Customer service is really really bad. The person in the till doesn't even want to take order and keeps the Customers waiting for long. Hygiene of the space is questionable. They doesn't even care to clean the tongs that has fallen in the ground and use the same.

14/09/2025: tried ringing about 20 times at 5 so as it says it opens got a answer at 5 .25 told them what I wanted de repeated it back to me 2 items and was told to wait 25 ro 30 mins for 2 items got it round I told them that it was not what I ordered and she said do I want my money back or live as a child about 11 I was talking to on the phone and when I said it to him he called his mum 🤔 # the food was like yesterday curry 🤢 # bin it omg # 1 star because it's the only way I can leave a review

13/07/2025: An absolute disgrace of a venue charging €20 admission to a mediocre venue on a saturday night. When you think of value for money and the level of service there's absolutely no way this venue warrants such an entrance fee. You wouldn't pay that in Cork, Limerick or Dublin City. I was down for the night with friends and having arrived around midnight I actually couldn't believe my eyes when they said €20 per person for admission. The 6 of us decided instead to go the grand next door much better offering and only €10 admission. Would not recommend to anyone visiting Killarney unless you're looking to get ripped off.!
