13/07/2025: Esta fue nuestra primera experiencia cenando en The Horseshoe después de muchos años de simplemente "tomar bebidas" en este popular pub de Kenmare. En busca de mejillones con salsa picante los encontramos en Horseshoe. Una salsa de chile y chorizo que estaba perfecta. Los mejillones estaban cocinados en su punto justo, de modo que todos menos uno se abrieron, pero permanecieron regordetes y sabrosos en la salsa picante que estaba distribuida uniformemente sobre ellos. He probado porciones más grandes de mejillones en otros pubs, pero rara vez una salsa picante con mucho cuerpo que te pidiera que comieras la salsa que quedaba como sopa después de haber comido todos los mariscos. Nuestro mayor cumplido siempre es: "Volveremos".

10/06/2025: Gran lugar. Parece un restaurante una vez que estás en la puerta, no dejes que esto te desanime. Muy agradable. Gran stout. Muy agradable, personal amable. Comí unas pintas antes y luego volví para la cena, que estaba delicioso.

23/07/2025: This venue must be a very special place run by a very special person. The hotel is currently closed to the public. It is being used to serve Ukrainians, most likely those displaced by the war. Thank you for your service.

13/08/2025: It was a lovely place to sit and enjoy some amazing coctails and great food. The place is cosy and quite big and the staff is really friendly.

11/08/2025: We stopped in for lunch at a this café bar in Killarney town. It was extremely busy, which is always a good sign, but unfortunately, the customer care and personal touch were lacking this time. Staff seemed rushed and a little detached, which took away from the overall experience. That said, the food itself was very nice, and we will return, hopefully next time with a bit more warmth in the welcome to match the quality on the plate.

27/04/2025: Situado en el centro de killarney. Parece cualquier otro pub / restaurante desde el exterior, pero es el interior lo que lo distingue. Estábamos buscando un almuerzo ligero y nos quedamos impresionados con la elección que se ofrece. Dos miembros serviciales del personal de guardia que nos atendieron muy bien. excelente comida y dri nk que tenía un precio razonable. Volveré.

02/05/2025: Cerrado mientras estaba en línea dijo que estaba abierto. Muy desagradable bienvenida por el propietario que estaba limpiando y provocativamente dijo que no todo en la vida sucede en línea. No se recomienda!

10/04/2025: Servicio de primera calidad y lo más importante, comida de primera calidad. Probablemente uno de los mejores lugares en los que he comido. La baguette de pollo es mi favorita. Además el Guinness es 10 / 10. Gracias a Carmel & Barth & staff.

01/04/2025: I decided to bring myself on a solo date for dinner in Jacks. It was daunting going solo but I had the loveliest experience. The waiting staff made me so welcome and were attentive without being invasive, the food was lovely and they accommodated a special order. It was made even more special by the magical piano playin of JP, a pure joy and a gentleman. JP plays here Thur- Sun and OMG is he worth the visit to hear. Oh and the view from the restaurant onto the sea is AMAZING. I will be back again for sure, again and again.

30/05/2025: Such a lovely cafe in Waterville. Fluffy pancakes, delicious cooked breakfast and delicious granola bowls. We’ve visited for lunch previously which was also fantastic. Friendly service and great coffee.

25/05/2025: My mom and I stopped into this place and it was so cute. It’s facing the water and we had a great view by the window. The food was amazing, we both got toasties and it came with a side salad and chips. Great cafe to stop by when on a roadtrip!

28/03/2025: Probablemente la peor experiencia de mi vida. Asquerosa todo y mas duro que una piedra, de verdad, no he comido tan mal en mucho tiempo. Me he creado esta aplicación absurda simplemente para crear esta reseña y que la gente no compre esta basura!

03/08/2025: We had a lovely dinner at The Lounge at Ballybunion and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The menu had plenty of choice, with something to suit everyone. The food was delicious — hearty portions, fresh ingredients, beautifully cooked and very reasonably priced. The Guinness was also excellent. The relaxed atmosphere made it easy to enjoy a proper sit-down meal without feeling rushed. It’s clear that this is a place where locals and visitors alike feel at home. Highly recommend The Lounge for a family-friendly meal in Ballybunion — we’ll definitely be back.

19/07/2025: Arrived for a meal. Hadn’t been here for a number of years and was looking forward to a relaxing meal overlooking the course. When we arrived there were plenty of tables we would have liked but were told they wanted to keep us at one end of the restaurant and gave us a table directly under a TV which was far from relaxing. We moved to another table near but still amongst a crowd so did not get the relaxing experience we hoped for!!
