18/11/2025: Very very good lunch. We had starter, main, desert, coffee and 2xwine @ lunctime. Total overall cost (4)incl 10% for 125e. The service was prompt and friendly. Two ratger large parties but no delay in service. Very good evening menu good staff and excellent wine choice. Priced to suit most.

26/12/2025: I would like to share feedback about a very disappointing experience we recently had, which is unusual for us as we rarely leave negative reviews. We have never had any issues with the food at Milano — it is always delicious — but unfortunately, the service during our visit was extremely poor. We visited the Milano in Newbridge at lunchtime with our daughter and were seated upon arrival. At the time, there were two waitresses. I completely understand that having only two staff members can cause delays, and I was patient because of that. However, we waited approximately 25 minutes without anyone coming to take our order, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. The short height waitress( Sorry don’t know her name) who seated us appeared to ignore us entirely. The other waitress seemed unaware that our order had not yet been taken, as she was not the one who seated us. Eventually, I had to approach the taller waitress (sorry, I don’t know her name) and ask if someone could please take our order, as we had been waiting for a long time. She then took our order. After ordering, we waited another 25 minutes. We had ordered three pizzas, but one of the pizzas brought to us was not what we ordered. The drinks we ordered were also not brought, and I had to ask again for them. Once the mistake was pointed out, the correct pizza was brought fairly quickly. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was noticing that other tables beside us were treated with great friendliness, and their orders were taken promptly with proper attention given to them. This difference in treatment made us question whether we were being deliberately ignored, which raised a very uncomfortable concern about possible discriminatory or racist behaviour. This was especially disappointing as I have had a previous negative interaction with the same short height waitress. On a prior visit, I asked for garlic mayo with my pizza. It was not brought out, and when I asked again, she appeared annoyed and said that nobody asks for that with pizza, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. At the end, the price of the incorrect pizza was not added to the bill, which we appreciate. However, despite this, the overall experience was very unpleasant and disappointing. This was the most negative experience we have ever had at Milano. We genuinely love the food and have always enjoyed coming here, but the service on this occasion made us feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we do not feel comfortable returning.

09/12/2025: I have no idea what a food is like. But customer service horrible.The room was almost empty, yet we were placed directly beside the toilets. When we asked to be moved, they shifted us to the most distant corner, where the air was stale and uncomfortable. The choices made by the staff showed no regard for basic seating standards or customer experience. The food might as well not matter when the environment is this poorly managed.

04/02/2026: A rather great pub and restaurant. Food & Service has been faultless on both visits. Atmosphere is extremely welcoming and there's a genuinely warm and friendly din and clatter about the place as families and friends enjoy their suppers.

14/01/2026: Had lunch on the 1st day of the year with friends and it was brilliant! We were very positively surprised by the atmosphere, food and excellent staff. Can’t wait to be back!

19/01/2026: Just a brilliant intimate theatre that hosts great acts. Its always a night out when we go to the Moat and of course the brilliant town and hotels of Naas never disappoints. You can grab a beer or wine and bring it in with you and preorder a drink for the interval. Its right in the centre if Naas and its just a always a great night out. Staff are cool and the theatre is spotless. A great way to spend an evening and tickets are always good value.

11/01/2026: Great food, nice atmosphere and well worth a visit. Sad to hear it will stop doing food soon and hope its only a short term stoppage as the food both times we visited was really nice. We were a group of 4 the first time and 2 the second and none of the food could be faulted. Lemon sole bites, wings, featherblade of beef and fillet steak were all delicious.

09/12/2025: Order two large pizzas as part of a deal got one large pizza with half and half..one side was fine came as ordered the other side was theyre texas bbq pizza and wasnt edible..whoever made it had put a bucket load of bbq sauce on the pizza also with very little cheese and the same for the other large pizza which was a create your own pizza again a mountain of bbq sauce and little cheese even though i ordered double cheese on it This is not the first time over the last few months in which we have had problems with food we have ordered and are bitterly dissapointed

23/11/2025: Over from Galway playing golf in the K club and was looking to grab a bite in Maynooth. Absolutely unreal food. Great service, friendly and cheerful staff. What more could you want! Ill be back here anytime I'm in the area.

13/11/2025: the food arrived in 30 minutes and it was not really good. the employee is really beautiful.

14/12/2025: Kebabs are awful. Doner meat burnt and the chicken is a chopped up breaded goujon.. if I wanted a chicken fillet wrap I’d have gone to a deli. Chips also not nice. Pizzas are great but I would never order a kebab or the chips again.

15/11/2025: We used to buy pizza here and it was amazing. The last two pizzas we got were mediocre and the chips were taken out of a Lidl bag. No decent Italian place would do Lidl chos. Great service, nice guys but the quality went down.
