20/03/2025: Rudest staff I've ever witnessed. Asked to leave the seating having purchased food and they said you can't eat dunnes food outside. So disrespectful and rude as many other people have pointed out. Lots of people sitting outside with no food.

09/04/2025: Don't order from here. Its been 2.5 hours and im still waiting on my delivery. Theyre about 10 minutes away from me too. I only ordered one thing, too. Joke of a delivery service

29/03/2025: Portion really small got a spice bag tonight but for €11.99 it was really small box, inside there were probably 4 potato cubes and couple pieces of chicken but mainly chunks of onion, first time trying Camille Thai and won't be going back for that price.... Madness

11/03/2025: Rudest person serving. Asked what soup was on today and she just points to notice board. Other order for tomato and cheese toastie, she says ‘On’… bringing food to tables and she walks through people queuing without as much as an ‘excuse me’. Manager needs to have a good chat with this person. Younger staff were much more friendly with customers.

21/01/2025: I was there at lunch time today. I ordered a roll. I eat the same one in obriens liffey valley all the time, they even know what I order before I go up . Today in manor Mills the girl was confused when I asked for my roll anyway, it was completely stale like as if it was sat there days. When I brought it back and told the girl it was stale she replied "yeah but you didn't want it toasted" so I mentioned no I wanted a fresh roll and this was really stale like REALLY stale. She said again "yeah but you said you didn't want it toasted". So in order to not have a stale roll it had to be toasted. Not the standards of obriens I'd be used to, I always eat I'm liffey v or the jervis as I'm an autistic creature of habit so i know this is bad standards. I then ordered a blt as the woman wasn't impressed that I didn't want to eat my stale roll and she could of fixed it by toasting it. Anyway, my blt was made fresh... on stale bread I could of broke my tooth!

13/04/2025: If you are thinking about coming here... don't. I have been to COSTA several times this year and couldn't even begin to explain the awful treatment I've experienced from management. This review has nothing to do with baristas and solely is for the management. Management is always in the back, no where to be found when help is needed. Baristas are 'not allowed' to speak and engage with customers. One barista is always banished in the back to do dishes and cleaning the floors, while the counters are understaffed. Baristas are all very nice, but it is obvious they are nervous to do anything with the fear of retaliation from management. Would've loved to enjoy a drink and bakery item here with the small-town feel of Maynooth, but in reality I just feel bad for these workers and hope they can find something different soon.

01/03/2025: The barista was busy trying to ask what to study for an oncoming test while 9 was trying to make my order. When I got my drink (caramel frappe) the drink was not mixed right at all and obviously hadn't been blended properly. Such shame since I love Costa.

26/05/2025: There is plenty of room for improvement.

30/03/2025: Big place but the sitting area is a mess. Messed up order even though not that many people. Coffee taste wise is mediocre. Food was tasty.

19/04/2025: Staff were lovely, very friendly and efficient. Alot of dishes on the menu, but we got the toasties and chips. Toasties were decent, chips were nice and hot. I also got a latte, and the glass had visible coffee stains dried into it. That didn't come off when I rubbed it to check. Also, the womens bathrooms have cameras in them over the mirrors pointing at the stalls, which was a bit disturbing. The toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, visible build-up of dirt on and around the toilet seat, the smells was also disgusting in the toilets. Only one hand dispenser had soap in it, there was toilet paper just left lying around.

08/04/2025: Every now and then you find a place that ticks all the boxes and the Hideout Kilcullen was just that. Made a reservation for two for an anniversary dinner and arrived early, no problem, showen to a nice table by Leigh who was so polite and helpful. We ordered two different dinners and didn't have long to wait, the food was beautifully presented and plenty of it, very tasty. Another member of staff Demi was so bubbley and chatted to us making us feel welcome which added to a wonderful evening. I will definitely return, big thanks to the staff.

05/12/2024: Rude staff. Especially that Blonde girl, and the taller guy with glasses.

10/11/2024: Decided to drop by today for a coffee and the place was an absolute bomb site. All the snacks in the cooler were all over the place and all disorganised. The seating area was a total dump. Trash everywhere and tables covered in empty and dirty cups and plates. Chairs were also strewn all about the place too with receipts and papers and paper bags all over the floor. Won't be back.

19/04/2025: I had a very disappointing experience with the Peony Inn today. I placed an order online for delivery, and the website charged me €2.50 for delivery. Shortly after, I received a call from a staff member (Irish woman) who was extremely rude. She told me there's "no way" it would cost that little to deliver and demanded an extra €10 to be paid in cash or via Revolut. When I explained that I was simply charged what the online system showed, she insisted I should have known better because I had ordered before. For the record, my previous order was for collection, not delivery. Mistakes can happen, but the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. I ended up cancelling the order because I wasn't comfortable proceeding after how I was spoken to. It’s unfortunate because I used to enjoy ordering from here, but I won’t be returning after this experience.

08/02/2025: Absolute scum bags. Took money off us but no food arrived and they won’t answer the phone. They will answer the door tomoro … not by choice

13/05/2025: had to switch tables twice because of the filth of the tables and floors,asked for a plain burger with ketchup and when i received it my burger was filled with lettuces,onions and sauce even after reading it out to me.I went back up to ask for the right order and when i got it they drenched it in ketchup,overall my experience here was terrible and the staff are unwelcome and blantely rude.

10/05/2025: Smells sewerage. I asked to give me Taco Kebab with extra doner Kebab meat grilled on the grill. They said that's impossible to do it. Then I asked to get Taco Kebab just with extra doner meat. I got doner Kebab with extra doner meat. Disappointed. No creativity with extras. By the way, doner meat is too watery

16/03/2025: The prices going up but the portions smaller order 4 in 1 in all portion can’t find any chicken, disappointed

23/02/2025: Absolutely horrible starters was ok mains the duck was like rubber no taste the curry was like water and the chicken was black we eat it one hour ago and the three of us have stomach aches I definitely do not recommend and I would advise anyone to stay far away it’s dirt and a rip off if you could eat it you would not mind the price but we didn’t touch the duck or chicken and still got charged told them it was bad and for no satisfaction

15/02/2025: Got the coffee cake from centra,didn't have enough icing and the icing looked really dry but I just thought "oh I'm sure it's fine" and I was also really craving cake. It was very dry and tough to swallow. I just decided to look them up because I couldn't understand the dryness and saw other people experienced the same thing
