31/08/2024: I use to like the food here it's now mediocre most times just warm not piping hot. Small portion for nearly 15e prices are getting out of hand yes cost of living gone up but I'm sure not to such an extortionate cost to consumer as I say food is bulk bought to cut costs. I use to order regularly now it's bout every 2 months or so

Always there for and I can always count on this esteemed establishment. My older brother introduced me to this place and I hope to continue this tradition. I show everyone this place. It is simply that good. I have so much time for it. The battered sausage is so nice. The wedges are the best in the world.

03/09/2024: Went here last night after coming down from dublin with my sister. We asked for 2 vegetarian burgers and the worker, Joshua, refused to make vegetarian burgers and told us they were only cooking chicken burgers. My sister explained that we were vegetarian and cannot eat a chicken burger. The worker then rolled his eyes and told the cook to make the veggie burgers. He then said “I love pissing off vegetarians”. Extremely rude interaction. I understand long shifts and being tired but there was no reason to be rude and complacent just because we were ordering vegetarian burgers that were clearly on display on the menu.

13/04/2024: The only Indian food place in Athy(I think) and instead of getting chinese we now dine in on Indian. Menu's great a fine variety of cuisine from starters to set menu, prices are reasonable enough, if I had a gripe it would only be the dishes can be a little oily and I'm sure if I asked they could reduce the oil it's cooked in. But for sure and it rains a lot in Éire, I won't be going back to the Chinese any time soon, far more tastier grub. Enjoy.

06/09/2024: After 4 years of ordering and enjoying a great food I am saying pass. Ordered 2 lasagne today and it was an absolute joke…most of the box was a cold tomato sauce. Shame that you treat your customers like a rubbish…good bye.

20/08/2024: Won't be going back. Got the carbonara and after eating it, I felt so bad and got sick just 20 minutes later and was unwell for hours. I’ve never been sick after food before.

11/10/2024: Been a loyal customer since moving to Monasterevin 5 years ago, always thought the customer service was brilliant but dealt with someone different tonight, got missing items in the order delivered this evening which happens, called back to explain and got pure attitude from the woman working there who made me feel like I was in the wrong, all we asked for was a new delivery so other items weren’t cold when the rest got delivered but the way I was spoke to was shocking, will not be ordering from here again.

25/09/2024: Just lost another loyal customer due to attitude and saying can't make our order....same order we have gotten for past few years. Extremely disappointed to treat returning customer that way. Simple plain fried noodles, we wernt asking for anything difficult..... obviously don't need the business!

16/07/2024: The Natural Bakery is, as it says on the tin, a bakery, and thankfully its baked goods are, for the most part, to a rather high standard. I am particularly a fan of their Cinnamon Roll (seen below). However, the coffee is not always prepared properly. On two occasions where I have ordered a mocha, there has been an immediately noticeable discrepancy - the first such occasion, the barista making it hadn’t mixed the chocolate and the coffee, meaning I was drinking a cappuccino with a shot of nothing but cloying chocolate syrup at the bottom. The second such occasion, I found that there was simply no chocolate at all. These incidents were both quite late into the shop’s opening hours so I don’t blame the staff if they were tired.

09/06/2024: We have been buying things from this bakery for a while now. We liked their baked goods so thought of buying a chocolate cake for a little get together at a friend's house. When they opened the box for serving, there was a dead fly beside the cake. We took the untouched cake back to return to the bakery. They did give us our refund but they tried to justify by saying that the fly must have gotten into the cake box after purchase which is completely absurd as it was sealed. Or did they insinuate that we put the fly in there somehow?They refused to take the blame anyway, and tried to shift it to us/external forces. Anyway, it was a disappointing experience and very embarassing in front of our hosts. I hope they work better on their customer service in the future.

08/09/2024: Terribly slow service, waited over 30min just to get a pack of loaded fries. Horrible. Employees looked depressed.
