28/09/2025: I had a terrible experience with one of their drivers , I came outside waiting for him to bring my pizza after that I called him to ask why is taking so long time and he start yelling at me because he is waiting for 5 minutes , this is ridiculous, this happened on Friday evening , he destroyed all my evening .The situation could not be resolved, and because of this, I had to order from somewhere else and wait another hour for the order to be processed and delivered.I like apache honestly , and we used to order very often from them but my advice do not use delivery service in Naas !!!!

26/09/2025: Literally 3 slices of peperoni per slice of pizza. Does this count as extra? If this is extra, how many slices is normal? All I know is that Dominoes would never treat a customer this way... My reply: This reply is pathetic. It's your responsibility as a brand to manage the behaviour of your franchisees. I'm not going to do your job for you. As a customer I have a plethora of options. If you can't manage your business, that not my problem. It's not my brand reputation at risk.

05/10/2025: Got a kebab and a pizza. All the food was cold on collection, kebab had little veg and zero taster, doner meat was near raw. I would not eat here again.

20/08/2025: My ordee 14" Pizza (Any 4 toppings), 10" Garlic Bread & Garlic Dip & & Portion of Tenders, 2 Chips & 2 Drinks ! Chicken nuggets and fries were not included in the order! Bad service! Never call me back and never send me missing items from my order; pizza was burned, chips not fresh, and food is no good!

24/09/2025: I got Chicken & Broccoli with Noodles and a Sprite, €17.50. The Broccoli was yellow, brown and slimy. I threw half of it in the bin as it put me off. Overpriced below par food but nice Counter Staff. Shame really 😔

16/05/2025: Coke missing. Dry chicken, tasteless Satay sauce. Charged fir two rice's.

20/09/2025: I waited for my order for nearly 120 mins = 2 hours now and it didn't came at all. So frustrating. Called the given number and no one has received it at all. I am giving the rating of service as 1 as there's no way to give them -100. Stay away.

25/11/2025: Friendly staff, no queue, offered me large meal but regular was fine, explained about the survey!

24/10/2025: Don't know what's going on here lately, used to be great, ordered a pizza at 5.15pm today, got notification to say it went into oven at 5.20, (say 5 mins in oven ) got another notification at 5.43 to say the driver is on his way, I live 3 min drive from garage, pizza arrived at 6.10pm. Freezing cold . Rang to complain , they said they would send me out another one, that's arrived, lukewarm and totally burnt on the bottom. Never seen a place go downhill so much. Not giving me the option to add photos

10/10/2025: I ordered two large pizzas at the end of the day, one with super thin crust and little cheese, and the other with an extra ingredient (chicken). Spoiler: they got everything wrong... they brought them with cheese, regular crust, and no chicken. They must have been in a hurry to close, not caring about service at all. Very disappointing.

06/10/2025: Had a coffee and carrot cake in branch yesterday evening. FYI was well before closing time. Coffee initially served was cold. After I brought it to their attention counter staff brewed me a fresh cup quite quickly. The coffee blend used is very unpleasant and management should urgently look at reviewing the blend(s) they use. The carrot cake was also quite bland. I appreciate it's a shopping centre with lots of transient passing trade, but that's no excuse for serving very poor coffee etc.

14/10/2025: The most disgusting Chinese I’ve ever eaten. Chicken was the consistency of a marshmallow. Had to bin it

03/10/2025: This place used to have really good food. We kept ordering salt and chili light battered chicken pieces with chips, it was really good and the meat was melting. The food’s taste wasn’t consistent for some time so I don’t know if there are two chefs or what’s happening. Today our order was really bad, I don’t know how can you serve something like this to your customers. The chicken was dry and hard, almost like you’ve done it two days ago and reheated. Really disappointed especially that we paid 40€ and we are regular customers.

21/11/2025: Really cosy and warm. Perfect for a winters evening. Very nice staff. Lots of parking. Loved the old fashioned champagne glasses. Goats cheese salad was nice.
