05/05/2026: Very bad customer service. Placed an order on deliveroo. They confirmed the order and started preparing the food,but it never arrived. When called the restaurant the manager said he won't deliver and asked us to cancel the order as its far away. After almost an hour-wait for the food, our dinner was ruined. Not recommended.

05/05/2026: Delivery time shown 30mins on Deliveroo, placed order, order confirmed by restaurant, food being prepared by restaurant- 30mins later no update, rang the restaurant and was told it’s too far they can’t deliver, asked me to cancel the order. Why confirm the order in the first place? Why wait till the customer rings to inform you can’t deliver? Ridiculous!

20/02/2026: Best kebab i have had in a long time and the curry on the chip butty was really nice top food kebab well filled with meat and chip butty was well filled with chips and curry

26/07/2026: Spoke with Trina on the phone for a delivery. One of the nicest experiences we’ve had ordering a takeaway she couldn’t have been any nicer and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience overall thanks Trina

15/03/2026: All good until last Sunday when we ordered fish and chips x 2....when food was ready they only had 1 portion ready....and wed to wait while the other portion was cooked. Pity as the whlle point of it being cooked to order was lost

14/03/2026: Ordered fish and chips and onion rings. When I got home served the fish and chips there was hardly any fish just batter which was very dissapointing. Onion rings were good.

05/05/2026: Had my car washed by Katie and Joseph, I wasn't paying very much attention to what they were doing until I saw they were walking around my entire car with a sponge and getting every little bit of dirt, the attention to detail is definitely deserving of 5 stars. I wish I took before and after photos!

01/05/2026: Had my car hand washed by Katie and Joseph this morning. They did an amazing job. Would highly recommend these lovely young people.

16/07/2026: Spacious. Delicious (which isn't always the case). They gave me a ketchup refill without any issues.

28/08/2025: This place was fab up until new owners took over,. Orders are been cancelled religiously, they don't answer the phone, food isn't the best, very oily, but the whole canceling orders is a joke!

03/08/2025: Me and my parents ordered and got chips battered sausage and a burger Chips had nothing in them or they were rock solid definitely reheats battered sausage was burnt This chipper has gone massively downhill

29/05/2026: It's been awhile since I've ordered here, my last experience wasn't good and I was late home and not in the mood for cooking. I'd hoped it might have improved, alas, wishful thinking, had ribs and salt and chilli prawns to start, the ribs were terrible, nothing much in the line of actual meat on them and the bit of meat there was was way over cooked and hard.seems to have been in the oven for a week keeping warm. The prawns were a rock of salt, uneatable.my mains was flavourless as was my missus's, (beef black bean, and spicy shredded beef) Black bean sauce was just water, no taste whatsoever. Wife's. Beef was all super no spice. And it wasn't cheap to boot, never again

12/04/2026: Easily the best takeaway in Ireland. Been coming here for as long as I can remember and it has the best battered sausage and a great portion of chips both in terms of size and taste. The staff are extremely friendly every time I am in there and the quality is always reliably great. Couldn't ask for a better local chipper!

01/05/2026: Ordered last friday received burnt chips and the burger was almost cremated and the buns felt as if the where gone off.Wont be ordering from the again

01/06/2026: Ordered over the phone. Informed about the allergies, first delivery gluten free in the wrap, offered another delivery, and delivered with chicken in crumbs. HSE HACCP training strongly recommended.

28/05/2026: I am sorry but the fresh cod and and chips and batter burger I got in here last week was just embarrassing. They should not be serving that to paying customers. €17 for the most pathetic piece of fish and burger I ever came across . Rock hard batter full of oil and it all just seemed like old food

11/07/2026: I called the restaurant immediately after realizing that I had accidentally placed a pickup order by mistake and needed to cancel it before any preparation had begun. The woman I spoke with confirmed that the food had not yet been prepared, as I called within two minutes of placing the order online. She informed me that they could stop preparing the food but could not assist with cancelling or refunding the €33.45 payment made through the Uber app. While I acknowledge that there was an honest mistake on my part, I am disappointed with how the situation was handled. Since no food had been prepared and the cancellation request was made almost immediately, I believe a refund or further assistance should have been considered. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied with the customer service I received, and I hope other customers do not encounter a similar situation in the future.

27/06/2026: Update: This used to be a very good restaurant/takeaway but it has recently changed hands and the quality has suffered.

08/08/2026: Ordered online, delivery late by over 30 minutes said was delivered but returned to store, awful app doesn’t help with delivery

28/07/2026: Last night I ordered a pizza that was clearly undercooked and tasted terrible. After eating it, I ended up with a sick stomach, which made the whole experience even worse. It was very disappointing, especially considering how much I paid. I think it's time for the food safety authorities to take a closer look at the standards of food being served by takeaway and food outlets in Naas. With so many new food businesses opening these days, regular inspections are more important than ever to ensure customers are being served safe, properly prepared food. People spend their hard-earned money expecting quality and safety, and no one should have to worry about getting a sick stomach after a meal. I sincerely hope the relevant authorities look into this and that food businesses take their responsibility to customers' health more seriously.
