28/03/2025: Used to be a great coffee house in Naas with a lovely atmosphere. Yet recently the staff are atrocious, not all of them but certainly two or three bad eggs there now. In my last few visits I've heard staff cursing, they are constantly loudly complaining about management. Loud to the point of actually hurting your ears, very much disturbing the peace. Most patrons quietly having a chill time and the staff just shout-talking to each other. Completely damaging the atmosphere. For years I would have commended the professionalism in here, now it feels like young spoilt people slowly producing coffees in-between their bitching sessions.
23/03/2025: I had the worst experience ever today. The brunette girl at the till was chewing gum and was very unfriendly. She either needs to get fired or get proper training. YOU DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. I am unbelievably disappointed in the girl at the till . In no Circumstances should she be chewing gum while serving customers.

15/02/2025: They cant even deliver on time. its been close to an hour of when it should have arrived but still nothing. When the pizza arrived, there were basically none of the toppings that I ordered and the pizza wasn't even cut. I had to call them multiple times to get through to them and they weren't even helpful on the phone. I've had bad experiences with these people but this takes the cake. 0/10 service and won't be spending money there again

22/02/2025: Their food is fresh and good, their staff work clean and efficient. Their blackened chicken taco bowl is one of the best meals I have had in Ireland the past year, if not the best. Keep it up!

30/03/2025: My and my husband waited over an hour for the food, we then rang up and they said it was on the way. We rang up again another 20 minutes later - it turned out the employee lied and they were on putting it on and they were busy as they forgot or it didn’t print no gesture of goodwill I am a customer there my whole life absolutely horrible customer service 🤮
13/02/2025: Got home to discover the salt and vinegar ratio was about 90:10 in favour of the salt option (very heavy handed with the salt). Chips are good, if just a little dry and pale.

05/03/2025: One of the only spots il go out in in Naas anymore, well managed and always busy.
Had a couple of events here and was very welcomed by all the staff especially the bar staff in the VIP bar named Chelsea she was very kind and patient with me while I was drunk and fumbling around for money 🤑
05/03/2025: It’s a lovely place. Food is amazing there and taste unreal. Staff are always kind and lovely. Chelsea one of their staff members is so kind, attentive and always willing to go above and beyond for you to have a good time there.

23/09/2024: Wouldn’t recommend, went there last Saturday after being at the district X festival and bouncers wouldn’t let me or my mate in who are there most weekends , I rang the club to ask will we be allowed in in shorts etc and was told no problem, arrived and got turned away straight away for no reason then was told it was 23s after they let one of my friends in whos same age as me 😂 some joke can be good the odd night but the spike hair and the lil baldy lad love the little power trip

14/03/2025: I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. My order took over two hours to arrive, and when it finally did, the food was cold. To make matters worse, the restaurant is completely unresponsive—they never answer the phone, making it impossible to address any issues or concerns. Their lack of communication and failure to resolve problems caused by their inefficient delivery system is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again and strongly advise others to reconsider.
28/02/2025: A vegetarian pizza had chicken on it, and the other one had so much chilli shake that it was indelible. Somethings happened to this particular branch in recent times. It used to be brilliant, now every order has problems.

I had a disappointing experience at Eddie Rockets recently. I ordered bacon cheese fries but received regular fries topped with bacon instead. When I pointed it out, the staff acknowledged the mistake but informed me that adding cheese sauce would cost extra, despite them having confirmed my original order back to me.
To make matters worse, my burger was pink and undercooked, raising concerns about food safety. The service throughout was lackluster, with staff seeming disinterested and unhelpful. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I hope they can improve their food quality and customer service.

16/02/2025: Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and chose half 6 as a delivery time, that being the time my partner and 2 children were due home. This was at 5 o'clock. Pizzas arrived 40 minutes later. What's the point in asking for a delivery time if you're not going to follow it.
22/12/2024: Food is brilliant, cannot fault it! Tad bit expensive but well worth it. Staff seemed stressed, maybe due to Holiday period?but still were very friendly and smiley nonetheless! Will be back!
