01/03/2026: I will never be back here. Security is an absolute joke.

29/10/2025: Place is very nice i like the vibe but. Security were racist towards me and asked me to leave with no reason. Asked for the manager but Security said they don't need the manager to discuss as they are over the management. Court management need to have a control over the Security as they have been racist towards a specific community. I would like to discuss more about this if the management can contact me at the earliest. The Security even said I would be arrested but when I asked them to call the guards they said they don't have to and to leave the property. Requesting the management to look into the matter. My image was tournisd. And It's not justified. Ireland has been secular country.

27/05/2026: Ordered mixed kebab tray, the chicken was handled raw by a man with his bare hands, the donner meat came out from a big blue plastic box hidden in the cabinet, and the chips were stale and the whole lot had 0 seasoning or taste. Man taking my order didn't confirm anything with me he just tapped the computer and walked away. Floor was filthy along with the walls being caked in grease which transferred into my hands after leaning on it. ⚠️ STAY AWAY ⚠️

20/02/2026: Fantastic food, fast service and an improvement, which i thought was a impossible, to the bigmac. Usual high price for Ireland, but half the price of my hotel.

01/02/2026: Food is okay, but far too many rudimentary mistakes from staff all the time. "Sorry, they're in training" has a limited lifetime as an excuse. It's beyond ridiculous how often they get orders wrong, as I don't go here very often, but anytime I do, there is always a problem with the order. The bathroom is still a mess 27 years after they first opened in spite of management constantly being told about it. Just do something about it rather than replying with generic *hit the return button* requests to email you about it. You are fully aware of the problems over the years from all the feedback you get online.

07/12/2025: Indian food is absolutely lovely, the butter chicken is out of this world! The delivery driver who dropped the food was also extremely kind.

05/10/2025: Got a kebab and a pizza. All the food was cold on collection, kebab had little veg and zero taster, doner meat was near raw. I would not eat here again.

04/03/2026: Absolute let down of a chipper 4.70 for a white paper bag of chips with about 7 chips not the first time I've drove down before over and was told that way we normally give but got a mountain of chip in previous bags and hasn't happened in months I ordered food one night it didn't even show up and when I contacted them they said they sent it out with the delivery driver the amount of time this place has let us down and it the only place that we actually liked to order from living in kilcock the customer service is dirt they have no people skills there a sham of a business

13/05/2026: Yummi Yaki is an outstanding Chinese takeaway. The dishes are full of flavor, portions are generous, and every bite is delicious. The service is quick, and it’s my go-to spot whenever I want a perfect takeaway experience! I highly recomand it!

04/03/2026: Used to love treating myself to their food but it's gone drastically downhill, the only notable thing is the lovely deliver driver. I've paid extra for sauces and got the wrong one (no refund) and the curry is inedible. Sadly don't think I'll be back here.

24/03/2026: Food was very nice. Unfortunately staff member "Kasia" very rude. No smile, no hello. Wouldn't take my 50euro note, as she didn't have change (mostly unlikely as my order was over 15euro).

04/03/2026: I don’t usually leave reviews but I absolutely had to mention this lovely experience in Costa coffee in the mill maynooth. I was having a pretty bad day and went into this store to get a coffee and the loveliest young girl served me, her name was Alex and to say she cheered me up and had me leaving there feeling ten times better then I did when I went in is an understatement. I was a moody mess when I went in there and this lovely girl was patient and kind to me, I didn’t even know what I wanted to order I was flustered and probably a bit snappy 🙈😬 and she took the time to go through different options with me with kindness and patience, I actually told her that the service industry needs more people like her, I wasn’t the nicest of customers yet she still was so lovely and kind and it made me immediately switch gear and snap out of my mood, I apologised for my behaviour and she just smiled and said “oh gosh no,please don’t” I said thank you so much and as I left I felt 100times better and I just wanted to share that because I wasn’t very pleasant when I went in I’m embarrassed to say but this girl Alex was so lovely and sweet regardless and she really made my day better and also without knowing it she made a big impact on me and I appreciate so much the people that work in the service industry, I’m sure it’s not easy so I’m really going to make a bigger effort going forward to be friendlier instead of just ordering with a snappy face on me 🙈 I was even much happier for having had such a pleasant interaction. I hope all that makes sense! I just wanted to credit this wonderful staff member. I will 100% be back to this store.

11/01/2026: Zero staff/customer interaction, maybe staff warned not to smile, food is average to good, owner rude and arrogant when confronted with complaint, would do well to drop into chemist next door and get some happy pills for himself and gloomy staff. NB Namesake in Rathcoole is complete opposite.

14/02/2026: Ridiculous carry on, I was constantly calling and asking for updates on my order, they kept brushing me off on the phone, the order was 1 hour late at this point so 1hr 30 mins overall. They ended up cancelling the order instead of trying to compensate for the order being late. Horrible customer service and I urge everyone to stay away from this unprofessional business..

30/11/2025: I walked down to wongs garden in the rain with my little sister in the cold I ordered a slice box with a can of coke bear mind I ordered this spice box before leaving my house when I got down the the Chinese it still wasn't don't I came home and opened my spice box and the chips and chicken was burnt I took a bite out of the chicken and it broke half of my back tooth this is a disgrace 🤢this has never happened before

15/06/2026: Hi went to this cafe for lunch, asked for lasagne, started to eat my food, the taste was horrible, I tried it again still the same, I asked a girl at the checkout could I change it ass it wasn't nice, she said no problem, I went over to where the food was and said im going to have something else as I didn't like the lasagne, I was asked why did I not like it, I told the girl, her attitude was oh we have been serving lasagne for the past 10 years, I told her again I did not like it, that I would have bacon and cabbage instead, she walked away and never came back, very unprofessional, needs to be trained in how to deal with customers, I walked out after I got my refund, I told the girl at the till she apologised for her behaviour, I said thank you, not a good experience at all, extremely rude.

30/03/2026: Poor quality stringy chicken and the spice bags seasoning is just salt and brown sugar from what I can tell. Not a single good Chinese in Clane unfortunately.

29/03/2026: Food pickledd with salt counter staff extremely rude, was good but food has deterioted and now us just salt. Wonder what they hiding with all the salt. Worst Chinese in clane now. Counter staff need to learn some manners, especially the Chinese lady, most rude person. Pity it used to be good.

27/02/2026: Staff were in a world of their own. One lad walked in from the street didn't wash his hands then started touching the pizza peel (thing to get it out the oven) with his bare hands. Pizza was bland not much flavour off it. Overall couldn't go back in a hurry or would never go out my way to get it again. Overall a 2/5 stars

25/05/2026: Had a brilliant experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were so friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely from start to finish. Everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
