05/05/2025: Since we moved near the area, we ordered multiple times from this place. The food was really great. The shop is really clean and has a good vibe. Staff is knowledgeable and engaging in conversation.
One time, they had sent us a miss pick, and they profesionnaly corrected the issue.
We can tag ourselves as happy customers.
08/04/2025: Just grabbed a burger one night. It wasn't anything outstanding it was just a typical chipper burger.

Burtown House and Gardens
11/05/2025: We only had lunch here in the Green Barn so cannot talk about the house or rooms. However we would definitely recommend the restaurant as the food, service and location were excellent.
09/05/2025: AVOID. We booked dinner at Burtown as we had two guests visiting from overseas and wanted to take them for a special dinner, what a mistake… staff though nice, completely under trained and unprepared, food average, and so over priced. Staff took our order only to come back 20 mins later and tell us they had actually run out of the starters AND the mains we ordered. When food eventually arrived (50 mins later) we had to ask 3 times for cutlery… food itself average at best. We were informed that they were a man down in the kitchen and no apology… We have had similar experiences here before so this seems to be a recurrent theme. All in all, spend your money somewhere else.

15/04/2025: Ordered from here based on other reviews but for the price the food is not great and portion size is small. The lamb bhuna the texture was muddy and no taste. Both curries bought was mostly sauce no meat. Naan was almost paper thin. DO NOT RECOMMEND, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
26/03/2025: 4th day of the gastric issues. We took two tikka masala with naan bread. Together we have the same problem so it must be this..
We are the regular client of Indian cuisines in Naas but this issue never happened.

23/02/2025: Favourite chipper in Naas, lovely traditional chips and their burgers are step above an ordinary chipper. A lot of thought with extra topping options for superior burgers. A bit dear dearer then others but you get what you pay for and a step up from the norm.

17/04/2025: Living in Naas 14 years. This Chinese is the best, I have to ring an hour ahead for my food. The ladies on the front desk are great crack, spice bags are savage & the bbq ribs are define. Curry sauce is lovely. Noodles are beautiful. Chicken balls a little on the greasy side but that’s okay.

15/02/2025: The food is fresh and really tasty and the staff is very friendly. While you wait there is always a program on the TV where food or cakes are prepared. But today I was so impressed with the pink bow on my dinner box. That's so thoughtful and really made my night.
Also I always wanted to have my noodles from the box and they have it. Love it

18/04/2025: I visited kildare village a couple of weeks ago and got a coffee from the little hut/coffee van down at the end near the water feature I didn't catch the girls name but she was so incredibly nice good chat friendly and the coffee was fab. I had visited another coffee doc area the week previously (not butlers) and it's was a desperate experience. Butlers will be my go to going forward.
13/03/2025: I visited butlers in Kildare village today and had such a pleasant experience with Sophie and Erin. It was the best level of customer service I have received in a long time. They were both so friendly and warm providing me with directions to certain shops. The flat white they made me was gorgeous, and I even got a yummy sweet, it made my day! I will definitely be back.

23/04/2025: Ordered on their new app and had to pay cash delivery at the door.. have no problem paying but I don’t carry cash so not sure why the restaurant doesn’t include delivery charges like every other takeaway service before delivery?? Will be ordering elsewhere in future because this inconvenience..
10/02/2025: Ordered food 2 weeks ago it was gorgeous. Went ago the following week and feel like it was a different chef. Food was rotten. Wont be let down again. No consistency.

03/05/2025: Not a very good experience, Rashers and pudding rock hard, very overdone. Chips and mushrooms very undercooked. Wrap was very dry. Service not the best. Will not be back.

Really enjoyed our night out only let down was the long wait for food after opting for an admission and food ticket, One staff member operating the till, prep,cooking and serving of food felt sorry for her, missed the first race due to the wait but other wise we enjoyed our night all the tote bar and admission staff were friendly and helpful,
Be advised no atm in stadium.
