23/10/2024: Was there on Sunday midday so not so many customers. It was my first visit in Goban... Place is amazing... Friendly, warm and with outdoor option. The only one complaint was a friend of mine... I spent more time watching sport tv then talking about all around
things... Good for me , he was on the phone with his girlfriend and I enjoyed the place. One more thing: Guinness from the tap.... just wish to be 🔙. All the best.

Their website says open at 1230.
We get there and their sign on the door says 1pm.
We wait till 13:20 as we hear its the best chipper around. No one shows up the place is dark.
We leave at 13:30.
What a disappointing restaurant.

23/03/2024: Very disappointed with the food today. I'm a vegetarian and there were burnt bits of bacon in my chips. I didn't eat my lunch as I was concerned about what else might have fell in. No apology when I said it to the man at the til.

23/08/2024: Food was mid, table I felt wasn’t properly sanitised, still had somewhat of greasy residue. Bathroom was very poorly sanitised. Bin full. Fecal matter splatted all inside the bowl. Very off putting when you’re expected to go back out and continue your meal. I feel like it’s down to the staff to make sure everything is clean and efficient.

08/06/2024: Waited ages to order, once we ordered soup of the day was informed they had no soup left.
My husband asked for cheese and ham sandwich, informed no ham left.
I ordered salmon and eggs ...waitress returned few mins later and informed me no salmon left.
When we went to pay they had no machine and asked for either cash or revolut by scanning a barcode.
Totally unpleasant experience, won't be back.
03/06/2024: Use to come here very often and the food was always very tasty and nicely served, but unfortunately, after ownership changed food changed. Had a full Irish breakfast today and everything was extremely greasy and the serving on the plate was not as attractive as used to be. Asked for a shot latte which was stronger than that. The staff was very nice and tried their best, but the food was the key.
