16/11/2025: Your driver lied — he neither called nor came to the street. I was outside from 4:25 to 5:11. I have no missed calls, and when I tried calling the restaurant, no one answered. The phone number in the order is correct. Please issue a refund.

01/10/2025: I just picked up my order from this place, I ordered a burger with just cheese and fries, when I got home the burger was only the bun and a bit of cheese, there was NO. Burger in the thing, I will be going back tomorrow to demand a refund, if your staff cannot understand English they should be not working there

27/02/2026: Staff were in a world of their own. One lad walked in from the street didn't wash his hands then started touching the pizza peel (thing to get it out the oven) with his bare hands. Pizza was bland not much flavour off it. Overall couldn't go back in a hurry or would never go out my way to get it again. Overall a 2/5 stars

16/03/2026: Terrible! Counted 11 fries in a kids happy meal!!!! Adult large fries was the equivalent of a small in Dublin!

30/12/2025: My favourite coffee shop in Newbridge! The staff in here are always so so lovely and accommodating. And insomnia in general does the nicest hot chocolate! Love coming here

23/11/2025: Ordered a flat white. It was not the best. Milk was textured wrong. It would pass as cappuccino but not flat white. Was asked if I wanted it "strong" whatever that means. Coffee itself did not taste good... Also was given a dirty knife.

04/03/2026: If i'm treating myself to a takeaway, this is usually where I order from. Their sweet and sour chicken is divine but it's a gamble whether you'll ache your jaw trying to chew it at times, which is a pity. Chips aren't great, usually cold and floppy. Egg fried rice is lovely! As is their chicken fried rice and BBQ sauce. 3/5 solely because the quality and texture of the food varies but the sweet and sour chicken generally is lovely.

25/02/2026: Food is usually good but this takes the mick. €6.50 for a "pancake roll" which I was told was a crispy pancake with minced pork, prawn and vegetables. I got a rolled out deep fried (burnt!) slice of white bread with some shriveled, dry pork slivers, a mushy prawn and some spring onion that was somehow slimy in parts and burnt at the ends. *€6.50!* Really not impressed, very much not their usual standard.

25/01/2026: Great food but every time I order for delivery in Straffan it's at least 90min to 2 hours. I really like the staff and food but your delivery drivers are letting you down. Plus they never deliver to my house. It's 40feet away because they can't be bothered to drive in to the estate.

31/01/2026: Highly recommend. Excellent, friendly service, stylish surroundings and delicious food. Also vg value €42 for 2 main courses & 2 side dishes. More than enough food and very well cooked. We will definitely return when back in the Kildare area.

18/02/2026: I had a fantastic experience at Central Grill in Ballymany, Newbridge! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, generous portions, and full of flavour. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into every dish.The menu offers great variety, and the prices are very fair for the standard of food and service. My favourite dish Fish & Chips. Overall, Central Grill is a real gem in Newbridge — consistent, tasty, and always a pleasure to visit. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys great food and top-notch hospitality!

20/08/2025: I absolutely love there chips and chicken nugget kids meal only €6 too and there burgers are 10/10 love this place so much hope they stay open forever all tho they do open late in the day it’s fine because they close at 1am which isn’t too bad

14/02/2026: Ridiculous carry on, I was constantly calling and asking for updates on my order, they kept brushing me off on the phone, the order was 1 hour late at this point so 1hr 30 mins overall. They ended up cancelling the order instead of trying to compensate for the order being late. Horrible customer service and I urge everyone to stay away from this unprofessional business..

06/02/2026: Called in early and the guys were busy preparing for the evening.The young man that served me was friendly and Recommended the daily special. Food was good (as takeaways go) liked there spicy dipping sauce.

07/09/2025: We're definitely going to pay for delivery for somewhere further away. We get from here due to convenience but not anymore. The Chicken fillet burger...was that even actual chicken? The amount of mayonnaise thrown on it , after scraping half a jar off... Then you're left with a tiny piece of "meat" you squeeze it and the amount of liquid coming out of it wasn't normal. Not to mention you can't even take a bite without whole thing falling apart. Do not get a milkshake from there either . They offer different flavors but it's just milk with food coloring not even syrup. If you like a proper thick milkshakes you will be disappointed. Only milk with bits of ice in it. Held off bad reviewing this place for ages but had to be done. Wasted enough money there. The staff are not polite either.you have to repeat yourself a million times then they get annoyed because they can't understand you. Roma is far better and not far away.
