09/07/2025: The afternoon at Malzard's Pub was a thoroughly enjoyable experience from the hurling demonstration and interactive games to the wildly entertaining gent who played lively Irish tunes and charmed the ladies. We were part of a tour guided by RIT and Gord and this was truly one of the highlights! The facilities and staff (I believe it was Gary who was tasked with teaching us the nuances of hurling) are incredible. If you have a chance during your trip do NOT drive by this experience and enjoy a cold Guinness! Better still, learn how to pour your own Guinness to perfection! You won't be disappointed.

09/06/2025: Went for the early bird at 5pm and it was great value for the quality of food which was really really high. Service was attentive but not over bearing. Would definitely recommend making a reservation as it got full very quickly and this was on a Monday evening.

06/06/2025: Today I ordered a beef fillet, juicy and seasoned, very tasty. I'll be back. I also ordered a tiramisu dessert, very tasty; I've never tasted anything like it. Thank you all. I'll recommend it to friends.

02/07/2025: Super cute place but my review is STRICTLY based on the oat chai latte (was all I had time for) which was below par. Don’t understand why cafés use chai powder, feel like it can be done better.

29/06/2025: A must visit cafe at Kilkenny, we stumbled based on recommendations. The food was beautiful & delicious. The cafe is pink, black & white, interior was cozy & small. We had Pistachio burnt cheese cake & avocado toast!

07/06/2025: We came here unintentionally. Just walked in off the street. The immediate greeting from the staff was warm and pleasant. We felt welcomed. The decor is amazing, old style mixed with modern, but tastefully. And the food was beyond our expectations. The service too. The staff took their time to go through the wine menu and were very patient. Price wise it is very reasonable. This place is well worth a visit. Highly recommended!

11/05/2025: We took a day trip to the Kilkenny region and visited the Bollard Bar. We sat outside. I had two local beers from Sullivan's that tasted good. My girlfriend had a glass of white wine and an Irish coffee. The service was very friendly and the prices were moderate for Irish standards.

Fragola Cafe

26/06/2025: Have just visited Fragola Cafe for the first time.. and it won’t be my last! Warm friendly staff, beautiful artisan atmosphere and fantastic food! I ordered the bacon and Brie French toast, with pomegranate and fig…. I have not tasted a meal as good as this in a long time! Do yourself a favour and visit here? You won’t regret it! 👌
