19/09/2025: Phenomenal service. Spent weeks looking for the right paint colour. One visit and we had the perfect one. Also got an amazing sit down breakfast.
Go here for anything you need. If they don't have it, they will point you in the correct direction.
11/09/2025: Find the staff so helpful, and friendly, one staff member kindly went out of his way to help me fix a very important keep sake, very greatful thanks so much.

24/09/2025: This place is more concerned with presentation than quality. Breakfast was just bad. Bacon was flavorless, overcooked chips. The potatoes seemed like something from a bad fast food chain. The omelet was dry. It was also expensive. We ate breakfast the day before at Langdon's Tea Room. It beat this place on everything, to include atmosphere.
15/09/2025: Coffee is good. Although if you want to sit down with your coffee, don't enter after 3pm on a Sunday. They don't even allow you sit down with your takeaway cup.

26/08/2025: Lana is lovely and the staff are always nice, but the food can be hit and miss. Sometimes there’s too much salt or seasoning on the spice box, and the chicken can be overcooked and chewy or, at times, a little undercooked and pinkish.
When it’s nice, it’s really nice — but when it’s not, it can be very hard to eat. On the positive side, they are very quick with cooking, which is great when you’re hungry!

Cozy interior, typical Irish live music, and well-chilled beer.
The service was extremely friendly, and even though it was already quite full, they managed to make room for us.
I highly recommend it when in Kilkenny.

12/10/2025: A bar with great character and charm ... sadly disappearing today. The bar staff and the customers were friendly and full of locals knowledge, the bar comfortable and rustic and the pints tasty. The toilets were clean and the prices reasonable. What more do you need!

18/09/2025: Food was fine...but for that price I expected more. Not exactly mind blowing flavour coming from any of the dishes. In addition, the waitress at the end asked me if I wanted to give a tip and stared at me as she held out the card machine...I'm sorry but that instantly makes me not want to tip you.

26/08/2025: We stopped in for a quick meal to take with us back to our bus. The service was quick..,very quick! I go the croissant with bacon and cheese heated. It was PERFECT! Hubby got a turkey, ham and cheese panini. He said it was the best sandwich he’s ever had, and we travel and eat our OFTEN! We are from NC in the USA, and really appreciated the atmosphere, service and food provided!! Thank you!!
