12/10/2025: A bar with great character and charm ... sadly disappearing today. The bar staff and the customers were friendly and full of locals knowledge, the bar comfortable and rustic and the pints tasty. The toilets were clean and the prices reasonable. What more do you need!

28/12/2025: Had a lovely club sandwich and my partner had a sweet chilli panini, he said he loved it. We also had a hot chocolate to share which was very tasty. Overall would highly recommend.
28/12/2025: I paid €11 for a cold sandwich which was exactly like a meal deal from Tesco, except it was on a plate. Prices are high here but this was a rip off. The bread wasn't even toasted or fresh. All the ingredients tasted like they were bought from a supermarket a few days ago.

08/03/2026: Had a beautiful stay with my partner this weekend. We were let down by another booking and were in quick need of somewhere to stay. Anne accommodated us with a moments notice and made our stay truly special for a weekend I’ll never forget. Thank you to all the staff for their generosity and accommodation of allergic needs for us! Will definitely be back can’t recommend them highly enough there

27/02/2026: We came in for a few pints and ended up staying for a couple hours, having a great time talking and joking with the bartenders. Getting to speak with Ashley was one of the highlights of our trip. This was also the first place we were exposed to treacle brown bread and their homemade batch is out of this world. The Irish stew was perfect for the setting, and I found myself wanting it again on every chilly day of the trip. Thank you for the hospitality!
13/01/2026: Came in for a pint, felt welcomed immediately and enjoyed our time among regulars and locals. The service was outstanding. Would come back anytime. Thank you for a lovely time after a long drive.

16/09/2025: If you like it loud, this is the place for you! It was a Friday afternoon. There were only about six men in the bar, but the volume of their conversation was unbelievable. The ambiance was a typical pub.

06/01/2026: I visited Lenehans Public House over the Christmas period. It’s conveniently located near McDonagh Junction. Service was prompt, staff were friendly, and the facilities were clean and well maintained.
The only drawback was seating for our party of four, as we didn’t have a reservation and the venue was very busy, so we only stayed for one drink before moving on. That said, it’s understandable given the time of year.
31/12/2025: Such a lovely welcoming pub and has great food. We went with 2 kids and everyone loved what they got. Great portions and great value for money. Don't hesitate to call in here. We will definitely be back 😁
