03/12/2024: Shakeel who runs Glin Grub is a lovely man and extremely decent. His food is a fair price and it's seriously tasty, I usually get the Brest box. The chicken, stuffing and chips are unreal. I would also recommend there pizza, made fresh in the shop. Big thumbs up.

29/11/2024: this review as everybody should watch out I visited this restaurant with my family. And the food was completely appalling. The staff was very rude. We were waiting over 20 minutes for our drinks the manager was completely an utterly rude the food was like it was ready for 20 minutes before before giving it out my daughter dropped a fork on the floor and asked for a new one and the manager was completely rude it was an accident. And I can’t describe in words how rude he was. The owner was completely appalling Michael Collins. I would advise nobody to visit this restaurant.

11/11/2024: We booked a table for two in the restaurant, but were seated at the service area outside the kitchen .
For starters we had mussels and shrimp , mussels were fab but shrimp were disappointing , 5 small prawns in a greasy batter.
We both had surf and turf , 6 oz fillet was not at all what we got , one was tiny and to our absolute dismay the other one was featherblade with the 2 prawns and two big onion rings on top , the waitresses would not even come to our table to ask if everything was alright, even though she knew it was not. We paid and left so shame on ye !!!!!

15/12/2024: Excellent Venue for Christmas Party Night, this our 3rd year in a row going back to the Locke Bar because the staff are so friendly and helpful they make the whole experience exceptional. The food is fantastic, the music and atmosphere are brilliant. We will be back again next year without a doubt.

The staff are really Friendly and always helpful when they take your order, Gavin who served me today made me a really nice Americano but forgot to put the Caramel syrup in it over the big Quee of orders after me but it wasent his fault the only thing I don't like is that they don't do deals on Sandwiches even a Sandwich with a free Cappuccino or Americano for €10 would be nice to try if they did deals like this... but I love coming here for a Coffee now and again and the manager David is super friendly and a credit to this Cafè. I look forward to getting a Cappuccino soon when I next return here. 😁
