11/11/2024: Beautifully presented, delicious food. Service was impeccable. Two courses for four people, beer and a bottle of wine for less than 200 euro. Also a surprise birthday desert pour moisture! Lovely Manager. Highly recommend.

06/01/2025: Small but very cozy restaurant. Lovely authentic Italian restaurant. Really enjoyed it here. Service was fantastic also.

04/01/2025: Can’t stop thinking about this Guinness Stew - melt in the mouth meat which is still pink in the middle, rich sauce and creamy mash. An excellent portion size too.

28/12/2024: Can’t get over the prices of pizzas in this place! We ordered 3 pizzas over the phone, which we ordered off their menu online. When we went in to collect the pizzas we were charged 33% more than what was said on their website. We were charged €60 for 3 pizzas! Absolute rip off and would not have ordered them if the menu had the current pricing on it. You should really update your website to have the current pricing list of your food. Can’t justify the prices for what you get and have never seen pricing as bad as that (even in big cities), will not be back unfortunately.

28/12/2024: The pizza here is grand, but the prices and false advertising leave a bad taste. Ordered three pizzas over the phone tonight, only to be charged 33% more than is shown on the online menu at collection. Over €60 for three pizzas is ridiculous. You wouldn’t pay that in NYC, London, or Paris. Shocking stuff really. I wouldn’t have placed the order if the real prices were displayed. I just paid out of courtesy but in hindsight I should have said something. It’s very bad form, and from reading the other reviews seems to be common practice.

07/09/2024: We had an absolute fantastic time at Tom‘s „The Gallery“. Tom does not only create incredibly tasteful food but fills the room with just the right music and vibe. It’s a perfect place to arrive, have a chat, ask for advice on what to do and what not to do in the area and simply feel welcome. In fact, we enjoyed it here so much, we decided to come here twice for dinner. This place is a „must“ for anyone visiting Westport.

19/11/2024: I was very disappointed with my latest visit in Covey's. I have ordered the beyond burger. I normally stay away from burgers as I have always found burgers way too big. I have ordered it without the bun. I never eat it and it would only be wasted. To my surprise the burger itself was smaller than the palm of my hand. And I really don't have big hands. It actually was smaller than the kids burger. The dish was then just lettuce, onion, slice of tomato and a small burger. I had asked the waitress if I could get the sauces that are advertised on the menu. Jalapeno relish and a vegan mayo. I was brought just the mayo. The relish never made it. What was very disappointing that the side salad served in a small dish had glass like cucumber and limp salad hanging over. Definitely not fresh. And no dressing either. Just dry side salad in a tiny ramekin. If I am paying €19 for a meal, I would expect to reflect somehow in the meal. This was actually incredibly disappointing. I normally say if something is wrong with my meal but I actually thought if the chef thinks it is completely justifiable to send out a meal with gone off salad, no dressing, missing sauces that are on the menu and no extras then I really have no reason to complain. Equally the senior staff at the pay station never checked if our meal was ok. Would not recommend or be back.

29/12/2024: Myself and the family were excited to go somewhere different today for breakfast. We were very disappointed to find out they did not provide a high chair facility for children, so we had to leave and go somewhere else. I think the name over the door should be changed to something more in the line of Adults Bistro, as it may give a heads up to parents that children are not welcome.

05/01/2025: A very famous pub in Westport. The trad music is as good as it gets. Great Guinness and the atmosphere is brill.

29/11/2024: lovely pub the last time I was in this pub was 2009 on a stag I think the man that owned it then since past . lovely pub great friendly staff had a pint of Murphys and it was good . I will not leave it as long before I go back again. also met Pete on the Saturday.

23/12/2024: Nice little spot for some lunch. The food was good. Typical heavier fare so avoid if you are on a diet. I met a colleague and his spouse for lunch and it was quiet enough to have a proper conversation. Good location with plenty of parking nearby, even when town was jam-packed.
