27/10/2024: Had dinner in Sage on a Wednesday night, the service, food and atmosphere were truly excellent.
I had two dishes from the specials menu and my partner, who is gluten intolerant, ate from the a la carte.
My starter of mixed seafood was outstanding and my main of venison was cooked to perfection.
My partner was also hugely impressed with her starter and steak main.
26/10/2024: This a lovely restaurant, with extremely good food and a very friendly service. Would happily go back anytime. Thoroughly recommend it

04/10/2024: Proper old Irish pub bands on day and night great smoking area plenty of heaters didn't eat here so don't know about food.
The Guinness was very good.

30/08/2024: A genuine bakery right here in Westport! Hidden away behind residential buildings but still right in the heart of town. AND, with sourdough cookies!! And freshly baked treats! This is magic little place that would be right at home in Paris.
The only criticism is that they give planet unfriendly single-use cups by default. They do have ceramic cups, but they're not on display and so you have to make a special request to get one.

30/10/2024: A super cozy place, perfect for a romantic date. We couldn't be happier with the food. I highly recommend the Sirloin Steak. Everything was delicious and not at all expensive. The portions were very large and the presentation of the dishes was wonderful. We didn't have room for it. dessert but just seeing the desserts on other tables we couldn't resist!! The dessert of the day was delicious!!! And the price is very reasonable

07/09/2024: We had an absolute fantastic time at Tom‘s „The Gallery“. Tom does not only create incredibly tasteful food but fills the room with just the right music and vibe.
It’s a perfect place to arrive, have a chat, ask for advice on what to do and what not to do in the area and simply feel welcome.
In fact, we enjoyed it here so much, we decided to come here twice for dinner.
This place is a „must“ for anyone visiting Westport.

30/10/2024: Reserved a table for dinner thinking we would spend the night there. When we arrived, was shown to several different tables eventually given a table in the middle of the restaurant which we were not happy about. We got the impression that we were being rushed out even though we had reserved a table that morning. We ate our food which was lovely then left immediately. We will dine elsewhere for the rest of our holiday.

09/11/2024: they took us as a walk in on a midweek evening and it was very quiet. we needn't have worried as the food was fantastic. we had a variety of pizza's and pasta's which rivalled anything we've had in Italy. saved the best until last with tiramisu to die for 😍😍

15/10/2024: Overpriced and disappointing. Was rushed and the staff did not know the allergens. Food was nice but for the price you’d expect more. It’s very rough around the edges which is a shame. It was mid week and not too busy but for the guts of €200 you’d expect more attention to detail and not up be rushed. The starters were not cleared and the main arrived.
11/10/2024: Food was excellent and service was very friendly and efficient in this hidden away little restaurant in Westport. At €155.00 for two, having the set menu with two glasses of wine and a pot of tea, it's expensive but it's not fine dining. Little things like paper serviettes instead of cloth napkins and a chipped teapot mean that although a pleasant restaurant it's certainly not a five star experience overall.
