05/07/2026: I am home from the states on vacation and had a family dinner in the Embassy, to my surprise it was for my 60th birthday. From the moment we got there the service was amazing the food was a 10 I had the chicken wings as a starter- they were the best wings I have ever had Most of the table had steaks which were tender and delicious I had a burger- the fries we homemade and the burger was juicy and delicious we went on to have dessert which also was amazing The staff were attentive and everything was perfect thank you so much for making my birthday just perfect Carol Watters Myrtle beach South Carolina

17/06/2026: Rooms ok layed out a little goofy, but great location.

13/06/2026: Very comfortable room, got a last minute free upgrade which was much appreciated. One problem with a fan but resolved immediately. Pool a welcomed addition and food was lovely. Only issue, and it's minor, was the water machine rang out of water and there was no outdoor ash trays. Overall had a good stay and would recommend!

24/07/2026: We had the pleasure of having these guys at our day 2 wedding at Markree Courtyard and it was nothing short of perfect! From start to finish they provided the most amazing, authentically Italian pizza experience for us and our guests! The pizzas were some of the best we’ve had and we have lived in Italy for 5 years! The service was perfect and they ensure our guests were served at the right times throughout the evening! So so amazing and would recommend for top service catering and friendliness! We had some pizza boxes customized and they served some in the boxes and it was just perfect! Thanks guys, Grazie mile!!

21/07/2026: This place was amazing!! We were lucky enough to get a cancellation for one night in the Red Bus and my kids and I loved it. Its in the middle of nowhere which is part of the charm, no WiFi, no mobile service! Monica and Dermot were so friendly and helpful. My kids loved the novelty of sleeping on a bus and playing in the woods. There is also a games room with table tennis and few board games. There's geese, chickens and goats running round the yard which was great fun for the kids. The dog Hunter was also a big hit with my kids...they had great time playing with him. We'll be back for sure!

14/04/2026: As a teacher with students completing Gaisce, this is the best option in the West of Ireland. Dermot and Monica are exceptional hosts, and so pleasant to plan with. They provide an excellent guided 20km hike, plus great team building exercises for students. They made all of us feel at home and very supported. I could not recommend Ox Mountains Glamping any more, as a school we have not stopped talking about how much fun we had, and how smooth Monica and Dermot made the whole experience. We already can't wait to return! ⭐

16/04/2026: Stumbled into this little gem of a coffee shop at 9am and honestly, it felt like finding a secret level in a game ☕✨ While most places were still half-asleep, this spot was already buzzing with warmth, great coffee, and the kind of calm morning energy that just sets your whole day right. The prices? Almost suspiciously good for how quality everything is. If you’re an early riser or just someone chasing a peaceful start to the day, this place is a total win. Cozy, affordable, and quietly brilliant. 5 stars without hesitation 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

15/07/2026: Sorry, but having to order and pay in advance at the counter of a "good" restaurant, just because you're sitting a meter away on the "terrace," is a significant drawback. The friendliness of the staff decreased noticeably with their salaries, and the portions were rather small.

06/07/2026: Great restaurant with fantastic food and very friendly service. We booked in advance because we couldn't get a table the night before. The four of us ordered the appetizer platter with pork belly, fish cakes, and baked brie. It was delicious. For our main courses, we had chowder, the fish pie, a steak sandwich, and the monkfish. Everything was absolutely delicious! We highly recommend this restaurant!

21/07/2026: Best pizza in Ireland! We had the Classic Margherita and it was fantastic. Also try the Caprese. Thanks to Cathrina for the great service.

20/07/2026: We had the Bianconi pizza and the lasagna, and both were excellent. After traveling around Ireland and trying Italian food in several places, this was definitely one of our favorite meals. The pizza had a great crust with quality toppings, and the lasagna was rich, comforting, and full of flavor. What really made the evening stand out, though, was our waitress, Isabelle. She was genuinely kind, friendly, and attentive without ever feeling over the top. She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down, and that kind of service is something you remember long after the meal is over. Thank you, Isabelle, for making our last dinner in Ireland such a great experience. We’ll happily be back the next time we’re in Sligo.

27/07/2026: Main courses were fab - enjoyed by everyone. Desserts were disappointing though. Nice and friendly staff and great atmosphere. We were in on All Ireland finals day though so it was buzzing

19/07/2026: Very loud because everyone is crammed into one room, making conversation nearly impossible, and there's children screaming too. The food is okay if you eat it bland or over-seasoned. The chicken wings tasted of nothing, the nachos were practically nonexistent and incredibly spicy, the fries weren't crispy and lacked salt, and the sticky toffee and chocolate brownie desserts were terrible value for money – outrageous for such tiny pieces of brownie and toffee. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a good meal. The service, however, is excellent, and the staff are friendly and efficient.

05/06/2026: This is a proper pub with a fantastic pint of Guinness, if you're like me and you love an old school pub, then make sure to stop in for a couple of pints. The barman was sound and was up for a chat.

09/05/2026: Since leaving San Francisco in '22 I've been looking for a good taco and burrito. The wait is over!!!! I can't say enough great things about this place, the staff, and the FOOD. It's exceptional. Need a Mexican food fix, this place is it. Get the mango salsa, too... it's out of this world.
