08/09/2025: Had a lovely time in Milligram Sligo. Really lovely coffee, very big selection of drinks and traybakes. Number of GF and Vegan options. Milk alternatives available. Great vibe/ atmosphere. Limited seating, we had to wait 5/10 mins but worth it!!

28/08/2025: A nice little street cafe in Sligo. The coffee, cake, and matcha are very good. The prices are reasonable, too, compared to some other cafes in Sligo.

24/08/2025: Great craic on a Sunday night with the traditional music. The roast is a typical home-cooked meal and the waitresses are very efficient and accommodating We were there tonight for the 2nd night running!

15/08/2025: Amazing deserts made fresh in store, lovely hot chocolates and coffee, didn't try the food but given the deserts are made fresh I'd say it's a safe bet. I did not see vegan food on the menu, but there is a vegetarian option.

23/08/2025: I had an excellent dining experience with my family at Walkers Restaurant. We started with the chicken wings, which were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with flavour. For the main, I chose the cod, and it was absolutely delicious: fresh, flaky, and beautifully presented, with sides that complemented it perfectly. The service was outstanding from start to finish; the staff were attentive, warm, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The restaurant itself is stunning, with elegant décor that creates a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, ideal for both casual meals and special occasions. Overall, Walkers Restaurant is a gem. Fantastic food, great service, and beautiful surroundings make it a place I’ll definitely be returning to.

22/08/2025: Not a great selection if you want just a coffee and snack. No scones or pastries to have with coffee, only a selection of deserts which are over priced€10. First serving of coconut latte was served with gone off coconut milk, asked for another, when our bill came I really did think as a gesture of good will they wouldn’t charge for the coffee but they did and added an extra €2 as we had coconut milk. I’m local to Sligo hadn’t been in to Hooked for some time and will definitely not be back as it’s way over priced and the menu is really nothing to be excited about, plenty of other establishments in the town with better choice on menu and not over priced!!!

21/08/2025: Lovely afternoon buzz about the place and very pleasant staff who were attentive and polite. Unfortunately the food didn’t keep the pace. Dirty fries were very poorly cooked frozen chips with 4 small pieces of frozen goujon scattered on top and a smidgen of peanut sauce. Looked better than it tasted.

06/09/2025: Apart from the wonderful food and atmosphere, the staff here are so kind - I left prescription glasses behind when I visited a few weeks ago, and they posted them to me without any charge. Thank you so much.

24/08/2025: Had Roast dinner and couple of pints. Food was top class and plentiful. Service was quick and very friendly staff made the experience very enjoyable. Pipers playing live when we arrived created a lovely atmosphere and live music later. Decor and cleanliness was impeccable and I've never been in a pub with so many TV screens. This place is unreal.

06/08/2025: For one, internet, CRAP. Rooms were too hot and then we got fans and it was too cold. Beds felt like bricks. Too many mirrors, very creepy. Fridge would overheat when the door is shut, that’s not how a fridge works. Shampoo smells like poop. Ger better brands. Accidentally put body wash in my hair and it was supposed to be shampoo. Change the bottles bro 😛

08/06/2025: Just spent the last few days at this wonderful venue, the Hotel is very welcoming, the rooms are very sizeable with every accessory you might require. The Bar and Restaurant offers excellent dining and refreshments, the staff are extremely friendly and the service first class. The location is spectacular with sea swimming and excellent walks and if you are a golfer only 2 minutes to the first tee on the famous Enniscrone Golf Links. Continued Success and a venue I will certainly return to.

09/07/2025: Lyons cafe ......as good it gets, tasty, reliable, reasonably priced. Great staff, great buzz highly recommended! We especially enjoyed the chicken, leek and bacon pie followed by the pear and almond dessert, simply sublime!

21/06/2025: This place does not disappoint. We've been here a couple of times the food has been 10/10 with each dish ordered; from soup to salad, dish of the day to vegetarian option. The only problem with visiting Sligo is there are so many tasty eateries to choose from. But do try to check this place out.

01/09/2025: We’re new to the area and tried Fernando’s for the first time. Authentic, tasty pizza served quickly at very reasonable prices. Friendly staff, cash only. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back!
