04/01/2026: I had dinner at the restaurant, located upstairs from the pub. The meat was top-notch, the service was very friendly. The value for money was among the best I've ever had. I highly recommend trying it if you're near Sligo.

11/11/2025: Love this hotel got a fantastic balcony room it was outstanding got a lovely treat as we were celebrating 40th wedding anniversary, the hotel is so central in Sligo, private parking underneath hotel a small fee for secure parking. Our meal was beautiful and breakfast was outstanding too can’t wait to go back. The hotel staff was outstanding and attentive great hotel to visit.

29/12/2025: Really impressed, accommodating staff, food was really fresh and descent portions. Was busy at lunchtime but they fitted us in. Would be wise to book though. Will return!

27/12/2025: The food was absolutely delicious with generous portions that leave you more than satisfied. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and really made the visit feel welcoming. Having travelled through Asia myself, I can say the flavours are authentic, high quality and truly stand out. It’s also very reasonably priced for the quality you get. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for families — very kids-friendly, which made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic spot with great food, great service, and a great vibe. I’ll definitely be returning!

20/01/2026: A great little place in Sligo, the restaurant was quite busy but they had a good menu and the food was very tasty, the service was fast attentive and the general atmosphere was great, definitely recommend to get a bite to eat.

10/01/2026: I love going Hooked Sligo I've the Chick Fil A Burger crispy southern fried chicken breast burger,peri peri mayo,smoked applewood cheese, iceberg lettuce red cabbage and asian Slaw in a warm brioche bun served with fries And house salad. I've pot of tea and I'll back here for sure as food is lovely I fully recommend Hooked Sligo to everyone

30/11/2025: A bunch of work staff were here to celebrate ahead of Christmas. Had to pay a deposit in advance. Night before meal manager called the organizer to say the menu might be limited and the full menu not available. Despite all this we went ahead. Noise deafening from large group behind. However not the restaurants fault. The bread and dips were delicious. No charge. However the food prices were just too much. 22 euro for a chicken tikka masala? It was the only option I felt I had.. the chicken supreme was almost 27 euro and a colleague had it but it was tiny and dry. Disappointing but we had fun ourselves but overall I don’t think I’d go back.

28/10/2025: We went there for a drink without going to the restaurant. The bartender is very professional and friendly, and the pub decor, dating back to 1781, is worth seeing. The Guinness is particularly delicious, and that evening there was a Latin music trio with Felip & the 2 Eddies—the icing on the cake!

30/10/2025: I had a great experience. I personally liked my own meal, the fish of the day that I forgot the name of, but it was a bit chewy but I think that’s just me. And my mom’s margarita pizza was the best cheese pizza I’ve ever tasted. Brother’s Chicken wings were a bit bland. But overall very good! Waiter was friendly and the atmosphere was cosy and overall great experience.
