23/06/2025: Been to the swagman numerous times, never fails to deliver, service is second to none always well staffed, food is 5 star great portion sizes and lovely food would recommend a pizza or the chicken parm! Dale and his staff always up for a laugh! Great pub all round
19/06/2025: Dale was so accommodating as we were from Australia and dying to watch State of Origin in Australia. Dale even gave us coffee on the house. When we had left on the road to Doolin, we realised we had not paid for a delicious soup meal. We rang immediately offering to send through the money but were told not to worry and good luck.
Would highly recommend to anyone but particularly any Aussies travelling through.
Thanks again, Dale, for making our day.

11/07/2025: Amazing atmosphere with live music. Very kind staff. The pub has a very cool traditional wooden interior. We even got a separate dining room if that's what you want.The lamb stew was amazing. I just would have liked a bit more mashed patatoes in it. It was pretty busy, so if you are a bif group, I would recommend making a reservation beforehand. They immediately offered us a free bottle of cold tap water, which was very convenient. They have baby portions, which are a very nice thing to have. Especially if you have a baby so you don't have to share. I would definitely recommend this place when visiting Slego!
08/07/2025: It was alright. I had the classic H - it was good, but I had better. The staff and interior was very nice tho.

Would highly recommend the restaurant, staff friendly, service good, food perfect.
Placed the food order, in not even 30 min it was on the table.
If ur in the Sligo area just walk and see it for urself!!
04/07/2025: Have been here a handful of times and food and service is usually good. However, this time we received very poor service. Was waiting fifteen minutes to place our orders and another 40 minutes for the food. We ordered a chicken curry and a steak sandwich. Food was bland and the steak was full of gristle, and the dishes were quite literally thrown in front of us with nothing said about the wait times. Went to pay and the receipts were thrown at us. Likely will not be revisiting.

18/06/2025: Eala Bhan is the best cuisine I ve experienced in The Wild Atlantic Way Area.They deserves every compliments. Very warm welcoming staff, helpful waiters and the kitchen team. They are taste magicians I guess. I ate fish,meat and chicken at the same menu and all of them were a masterpiece. Must try point if you in Sligo and I highly recommend.

04/06/2025: We initially walked past this place as we headed into Sligo centre for a look around and something to eat. After struggling to find somewhere that offered decent home cooked food, we headed back to the hotel and just happened to pop in here on our way.
And what a lucky happenstance it was!
All food here is cooked from scratch. It was great value and served by attentive, friendly staff. Not surprisingly, it was really popular with those in the know. More than a few of the customers were clearly regulars. There's additional seating upstairs and a lovely courtyard.
I'd definitely recommend eating here.

11/07/2025: What a gorgeous venue! I recently was a guest at their customer appreciation event. The attendants were very attentive and welcoming. The appetizers and drinks were lovely and the aesthetic design is so appealing. I will definitely be returning and plan to enjoy a lovely dinner and drinks. I got to visit with a couple of the women who are in charge of planning and organizing the wedding events, and I was incredibly impressed with their knowledge and clearly how much they enjoy their job and where they work.
08/07/2025: I recently attended a conference at the Sligo Park Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The conference facilities were modern, spacious, and well-equipped, with excellent AV support and comfortable seating. The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Catering was top-notch, with delicious food and plenty of refreshments available. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful, peaceful location, which made for a relaxing and productive atmosphere. Highly recommend for both professional events and leisure stays!

19/06/2025: We called in without a booking and we were luckily, but sullenly shown to a table that had not been wiped down. As I said, it was in a very busy restaurant. The menu was extensive & reasonably priced. My husband had the club sandwich and I the soup. The soup was delicious. The sandwich was dry with the chicken and bacon appearing pre cooked. Staff were unfriendly and plonked food in front of us. They were very busy but it was poor service.

20/03/2025: Had a vegan breakfast here and it was amazing! The chef was lovely and made it up for me and he checked if there was anything I didn't like.
It was absolutely delicious especially the mushrooms, and the walnut and aubergine hummus was an extra delicious touch!
Highly recommend!
