07/04/2025: Stopped in for lunch to the Harp in Sligo yesterday, It was flat out busy and table turnover was high. The food was excellent, couldn’t be faulted. The staff land service however left me speechless. They are the best example of teamwork, customer service and excellence in hospitality that I’ve ever experienced. Their friendly manner, efficiency, speed, attention to detail, and level of engagement with each others, the customers, the standard service and the job at hand was fantastic to watch! They set the bar for standards in hospitality. Well done. Caroline
06/04/2025: Would highly recommend the Harp tavern.the food is always amazing and you can always be guaranteed a warm welcome by Ann and her team. We celebrated our engagement in the Harp and as always we were looked after so well. Ann and her team went above and beyond for us. Fantastic atmosphere and beautiful food. We feel so lucky to have the Harp tavern on our door step

26/04/2025: Nice bar with a good reputation for the Guinness but of the pubs we tried on the day it was the worst and the most expensive. Belfrey and Foley's much better pints and Foley's much better atmosphere as well as the best and cheapest pint.

13/04/2025: Visited with a friend. Cozy little restaurant. We tried the veggie soup, likkle beef skewers, jerk chicken and joloff, and beef suya and puff-puffs as a dessert.
All of them were great, we tried each others' orders too, but the beef suya is the best!
They also have malt brewed by Guinness which is a nice meeting of cultures.
Very friendly service and very reasonably priced for the quality.

22/04/2025: Went to my first trip to Sligo and went here as recommendation from my friend and wasnt dissapointed. Food excellent, bar staff friendly and lot of space to sit. Also there was an event happening by coincidence and the atmosphere was incredible. 10/10
PS: they have kangaroo meat on the menu which was great.
09/04/2025: Great food, large garden at rear. Friendly staff. Good location. Extensive menu. Highly recommend veggie lasagne and chicken tikka wrap. Its huge! Really tasty pub food. Would return.

Cannot recommend this restaurant enough, greeted by Anthony Gray himself on entering, and the care and attention by his staff was exemplary to say the least

24/04/2025: Good simple food and good service. I had the fish and chips and the fish was fresh and crispy but the fries were just ok. The sticky toffee pudding was a bit dry and needed more sauce.

14/04/2025: This place never fails to deliver, quality food, quality staff, and the rib eye is beautiful, go hungry because you will not be left wanting for more. One down side the wine is pricey, I recommend they do a good house wine special for €20-25. Top!

08/05/2025: Everyone must visit this pub that sends you back more than 100 years. You are seated in snug booths with high walls so that conversation is encouraged and private. Great food, especially the fish chowder!

Great very own authentic pub with good and slightly better pub food.
One of Sligo's oldest pubs. Great service.
Food was okay. Unfortunately the seafood chauder was a bit tasteless. Otherwise everything was fine.
Price wise okay. Guinness was good!

09/04/2025: Very welcoming staff. Warm homely feel to it. Crows nesting in April is a nice novelty.
07/04/2025: The hotel is very easy to get your bearings in.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful,
Cleaning service is immaculate, you do not have to worry about any belongings going missing.
Food is very good.
I also forgot some clothes at the hotel and reception helped me out and sent me my belongings back via post.
Overall great experience at the hotel all facilities met my needs and the kind gesture did not go unnoticed. Hats off to the Staff.
5/5 and would highly recommend this hotel.

12/04/2025: Had dinner here. The service was very quick. We weren't waiting long for our food, but carbonara was not nice. It tasted like sauce from a shops own brand sauce. Not great for carbonara that costs €20! My son had the steak sandwich, he said it was very nice. The waiter was nice and polite, but the waitress with the black hair really does not like her job and doesn't try to hide it.
