19/08/2025: Excellent office space with canteen and plenty's of parking

26/11/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Fatted Calf. The ambiance was beautiful, and lovely background music played softly. The welcome was warm and inviting. The service was attentive, humorous, and never intrusive! The food was divine! The combination of the appetizer with the black pudding croquettes, the scallops, and the various sauces was an explosion of flavor! Thank you! For the main course, the meat was tender and juicy with a delicious chimichurri sauce. Wonderful! The desserts were simply amazing! Our restaurant visit was the highlight of our time here in Athlone!

16/12/2025: Ordered a Spice Bag and it literally came out BURNED . I don't know that is even possible but this place proved it.The place badly needs a renovation on the inside. It looks badly outdated.

10/11/2025: Mr. Wong is always a great choice in Mullingar! The food is full of flavour, portions are generous, and everything tastes freshly made. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. A lovely spot for tasty Asian food — highly recommend!

04/01/2026: Lisa supervisor of Mac’s Deli was serving me and was very rude towards me and my friends and I also seen her giving out to co workers for waiting on toast to cook this is unacceptable behaviour from a supervisor

28/12/2025: This SuperValu is a well-sized and well-stocked store, offering a wide variety of food products and brands to suit a range of preferences. The in-store butcher counter is of a particularly high standard, complemented by an excellent selection of independent brands and freshly prepared, store-made foods and meals. The overall quality and range available contribute to a very positive shopping experience. The store is a popular and busy location, and during peak times the car park can become somewhat congested due to limited space. Aside from this, the store is well managed and provides a consistently high standard of service and product offering.

02/02/2026: One of the girls behind the counter was very hostile. There were books etc. that were on the counter which shouldn't have been as there are four seats for customers there and because of her items the customer doesn't have the space that they need to eat etc. She gave out to us because apparently a sticker of hers had gone missing. Definitely needs a new occupation. Would put anyone off returning with that hostile attitude. The girl who served us was lovely and the food was great

15/01/2026: This is the worst delivery experience I have ever had. First I pre-order hoping it will get to me before 4:00pm, only for the time frame for delivery to keep getting shifted. I chat with someone in customer care and I am told they will be with me within 10-15mins, I end up waiting for about 25mins again before someone calls me claiming to be the driver. He said he can’t see any house where he is that I should give him the last 2digits of my phone number which coincidentally is the confirm code for the delivery. The driver confirms the delivery while I am standing outside waiting for him to deliver. His phone number is not going through anymore. I chat with a customer care representative who tells me the order has been delivered and there is nothing they can do about it and that they cannot refund me. I literally had to insist before they offered me a refund which will be available in 3-5 working days.

14/06/2025: This is a cracking place. I visited twice and tried a couple of different breakfasts. Generous portions, excellent cooking and attentive service. I'll be back the next time I'm passing through the town.

07/06/2025: The best restaurant in Kinnegad. Real Irish food and a family restaurant vibe. A place where you can meet the town and fill your belly. Portions usually are generous and I really love their version of the Irish stew. I hope they'll open the back patio again this summer.

17/08/2025: Perfect place to stop on the way to sligo/Carrick from Dublin. Only just off the N4. Worth the small detour. Now I have found this place, I won't be going anywhere else! I ordered the Tortilla's from the special menu. Delicious! So filling. Came to the table within 10 mins of ordering. Fab!

06/02/2026: Very hit and miss.... food is nice but lazy week day staff let's it down , that big guy in the black jacket is a waste of space and very unprofessional.. took my order, didn't leave the order slip out and proceeded to wander round talking crap to other staff who apparently had nothing to do either, I was on a lunch break so the delay in getting 1 wrap really annoyed me . He is either related to the owner or there for free as I don't know how he gets away with it .

10/12/2025: Really good takeaway. Usual supermacs offering. Deli counter also- often a better option than supermacs. No seating is only down side

15/01/2026: Food was very bad today. I eat a steak 40 eouros. Tast was old, potato was old. The put a mushpotato under the fillet so it will appear bigger. overpriced. Starter i have a gotecheese sallad. It was not good longer eder. The have changed the ingredients to cheeper. My wife have the pizza.. that one was still really good.. go there again? Im not sure

07/01/2026: This is the takeaway we just got, chicken is not cooked at all, mash potato you can’t even see. We paid all together 56€ for nothing!! Literally nothing!! Disappointed!!

12/07/2025: I was visiting Ireland and staying in Moate whilst recerching my ancestry. I came across P Eagans bar whilst out with my dog. Paul and his staff welcomed me with such warmth and dedication. I have no reservations on recommendations for this wonderful traditional Irish pub. Thankyou Paul & staff for making my stay and very rememberable. Paul & Annie.
