14/09/2025: Visited with a large group for food, the food was delicious and large portions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, no request was an issue especially for a large group. The place was packed with three bus loads.

24/08/2025: A fabulous place to dine! Was in with the kids and got the chicken curry they had kids goujons and chips and kids burger everything was spot on and hadn’t had to wait long. The place was very clean also and the staff were so welcoming! I knew that they were under pressure but did such an amazing job with keeping everything under control even when there was only 2 of them working in such a busy environment. Definitely worth coming back.

Make sure you are checking your receipt as prices from the shelf are not matching prices from the receipt’ also a lot of outdated products on the shelves and in the fridges.
Very bad management one of the worst i have ever seen 😔’

Have to say overall good atmosphere great fire on just ladies toilet could do bit upgrade I'm not saying it wasn't clean..

Tried many other bars in the town as per recommendations and always start and finish in this pub.
