06/07/2026: We called in here for some food. It was very busy as there were a lot of people there from a match. The food was good. I didn’t know there was no seating but it was fine.
08/06/2026: This Supermac’s branch is located inside a petrol station and operates as a takeaway only, with no dine-in seating available. The food is what you would expect from Supermac’s - consistent and of standard quality. One thing to be aware of is that parking can be a bit challenging at busy times, as the car park is quite limited in size. Overall, it’s a convenient option for a quick takeaway when you’re passing through. A positive experience, look forward to dining again soon!

I visited twice and tried a couple of different breakfasts. Generous portions, excellent cooking and attentive service. I'll be back the next time I'm passing through the town.
07/06/2025: The best restaurant in Kinnegad. Real Irish food and a family restaurant vibe. A place where you can meet the town and fill your belly. Portions usually are generous and I really love their version of the Irish stew.
I hope they'll open the back patio again this summer.

05/05/2026: Another of a dying breed....a proper pub. Good staff, good pints and good atmosphere. We'd a good few on us when we arrived but once the barman realised we were ok no problem.
Would've stayed longer but we were tired!

Men's bathroom was pretty nasty. The overall atmosphere is very nice, they have the American diner market cornered in Mullingar.

13/06/2026: Lunch stop on our way through town. We had chicken wraps (1 Cajun & 1 sweet and sour). They were both full with chicken and salad and very tasty. Service was lovely and very friendly, despite being quite busy.
17/02/2026: Don't go in on your own as they clearly would prefer to utilise tables than welcome all customers. They treated my daughter appallingly as she was alone, she wanted lunch and was home for Christmas. Greed at the end of the day gets you nowhere. None of us will go there now.

02/07/2026: Spill the Beans has been my favourite place to go for a coffee for a long time now. Always the best coffee, service and atmosphere ☺️👍🏼 10/10 the sandwiches are lovely as well. The girls are all the time so positive , professional and careful to the details 😍

The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was quite nice.

We went on a 10-day trip to Ireland and had our farewell meal at this restaurant.
The worst food of the whole trip. Two days earlier, we’d bought the same chicken as the breaded chicken dish at Lidl. The Bolognese tasted as though it had been microwaved at least twice.
Definitely not to be recommended! Please look for another place if possible. Make a big circle around this restaurant.

28/09/2025: Food, service and atmosphere were okay, but overall the price didn’t match the quality. Staff could pay a bit more attention to the room — for example, we asked for the bill but had to remind them again before we could pay. An average experience.
