02/05/2026: I stopped in Macs Place on the way home to pick up some lunch. Carrie was the staff member assisting me. To say you have a gem is an understatement, she was friendly and professional and a delight to deal with. One of my kids has a severe allergy to raw egg whites and I told Carrie, she said no problem and cleaned all the equipment she was using and done their sandwich first, she never once complained or made me feel like I was a nuisance. Was a very pleasant experience which I wanted to acknowledge. Thank you Carrie.

17/02/2026: Don't go in on your own as they clearly would prefer to utilise tables than welcome all customers. They treated my daughter appallingly as she was alone, she wanted lunch and was home for Christmas. Greed at the end of the day gets you nowhere. None of us will go there now.

23/10/2025: Upon arrival, I froze to see grubby tables mot cleared and floors under tables not addressed. I proceeded to the food on offer where 2 rather dirty teatowels lay. I left. Pity because it could be a good place.

29/09/2025: Great morning spot. French Toast with fresh fruit, bacon, snd maple syrup was yummy. Hubby had omelette and potatoes. The vanilla latte and mochas were also tasty and even seconds to go:)

29/04/2026: We discovered this place on TikTok and are so glad we did. It’s a really lovely, quiet spot with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, which made for a very relaxed atmosphere. We started with the potato skins, which were generous enough to share between two, and followed with the steak sandwich and burger, along with a side salad and fries. The food was absolutely incredible—full of flavour and excellent value for money. Service was quick and efficient, and the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu.
