The best restaurants in Wexford

03/07/2025: Carryout fish and chips. Cod was great, chips were even better, smoked cod just all right, snack box was top drawer as well.

05/05/2025: Walked in 5 minutes before they closed, couldn't have been nicer. Food was absolutely savage. The staff are absolutely incredible!

29/03/2025: Kelly's is always a favourite watering hole. Toddy has the place running exceptionally well, I highly recommend it and was pleasently surprised to see Mick working there on my last visit. Don't visit Wexford without visiting Kelly's on the Corner....

17/06/2025: Excellent hotel with kids, v busy off peak (we went Sunday to Wednesday) so imagine it's packed at peak times. Great facilities for the kids although some are only on weekends which is a shame. Great location for everything you might want to see. It was wet when we were there and often you're hanging around hotels but so much to do at amber springs rain or shine. Great swimming pool divided in to 3 areas so room for kids and swimmers.

16/06/2025: Great spot for kids and parents. The kids loved the kids club. They've slides outside where you can supervise your kids while you eat dinner outside from the burger restaurant and wood fired pizza restaurant Wexford lavender farm is great too so recommend you visit it. Its 15 minutes drive away. The kids loved the pool. Id recommend they made a separate sauna area for adults to use away from the pool Also steam room and sauna were very dark

06/07/2025: Incredibly friendly staff,🙂 excellent food, fresh bread from the in house bakery as well. Lots of tables and a great place on Horeys Main Street for a meal or snack. Lovely sandwiches, hot food & cakes

17/08/2024: They refused to admit us saying that it's full although there was an empty table (claiming it's booked). When asked to give an estimate to return she said she wouldn't know as everyone just gotten (although some customers were finishing their food).

17/08/2024: Ok... So, I just odered from Yeah Burger in Wexford, and honestly, I’m pretty disappointed. 1. Buffalo Chicken Fries (€8.50): These were fine, nothing special, chicken little dry.. but wasn’t anything spectacular here. 2. Hamburger with cheese(€8.95): This one was for my child. I asked for crispy onions, and they ended up putting raw onions instead. Also, they charged an extra euro for cheese, but the burger didn’t even come with it 🧀 3. Original Fried Chicken Combo (€17.90): The chicken burger was just okay, maybe the next thing—nothing to rave about, but not terrible either. The fries were fine too. 4. Original Bacon & Cheese Double Burger: This was unfortunately the worst of the lot. It was big, but it was somehow really dry and tasted mostly like grease. Really disappointing. To top it off, this was my first experience with them. The only positive was the friendly and pleasant young man who served me—so much so that I almost didn’t want to write this review because I felt bad. But not as bad as the food made me feel, so I overcame the guilt. Overall, I won’t be rushing back, but hope the guy who served me realises he's made for front of house somewhere more up market.

25/05/2025: Best pizza outside of Italy!! Ordered a 12" "create your own" pizza for 17:45 pickup yesterday. Mine was a pepperoni, ham and double mushrooms! Made to perfection and ready on time as promised. They use quality ingredients...loved the cheese. Very buttery tasting. Just right for the 2 of us and reasonably priced. Why can't we find a pizza this good in California? So happy to have found Raymondo's...we'll definitely be back (next Saturday, if not before!) Thank you.

28/09/2024: Amazing food. Best breakfast I've had all year. Big portions, high quality ingredients. Best cappachino in years. Friendly staff. We only discovered it, and it shuts tomorrow. It was great portions and I hope they re brand and try again because our whole group thought this was fantastic.

20/09/2024: Kept meaning to visit, I'm glad we finally did. Tasty meals throughout our group of five. Enjoyed the geekyness of the decor and identifying various characters. ..... added this bit some weeks after the above,.... We went back twice this week, exceptional service both times, both visits were lunchtime. It is with deepest regret and a broken heart that I heard of the imminent closure of GEEK. Having read some of the other reviews posted here, I can only add that there is a banging soundtrack playing in the background, I noticed several people on several tables singing along or tapping their feet. GEEK, you will be missed.

21/05/2025: Heard this place was good, they didn't mention just how good. Bread Mde fresh for each kebab, absolutely loaded with meat, salad and sauces. I've had some really really good kebabs, and took part in the kidderminster kebab wars of the 80s, but I have never had a kebab as good as the one I had from here at the weekend. Only one problem with them and its a massive one... You'll never want to eat another places kebabs ever again!

30/04/2025: We have had the chicken kebab or the mixed kebab meal in different sizes, and I would recommend trying it. Full of flavour. We have also tried their kebab pizza, which is amazing 👏

29/03/2025: Absolute rip off.. pizza is garbage.. greasy messy and sauce is awful. Super cheap quality product at a high price, not mentioning the fabrications told.. Never again... Avoid avoid

12/12/2024: An excellent spot to eat in or get takeaway with lots of parking nearby. The food was fantastic, fresh ingredients and well presented. I had a chicken kebab which was delicious, really well seasoned with a salad that was fresh and crispy. Highly recommended. Try it, you won't regret it.
