02/01/2025: Still the best Guinness in Rosslare and still five star service from the majority of the employees.
but we went yesterday and were definitely forgotten about and didn't feel listened to by our server. It was a little disappointing as we have not been in a few months and were really looking forward to it. We ended up having to bring it in takeaway boxes and it tasted and looked thrown together.
Hopefully next time I'll be editing the review again back to 5 stars.

12/12/2024: An excellent spot to eat in or get takeaway with lots of parking nearby. The food was fantastic, fresh ingredients and well presented. I had a chicken kebab which was delicious, really well seasoned with a salad that was fresh and crispy. Highly recommended. Try it, you won't regret it.

17/09/2024: Ordered a spice bag with no veg and a tub of honey, I was expecting it to be worse, but the chicken and chips were made perfectly. Nowadays when you order the same thing from a different place the chicken is mostly batter. Not here, the chicken was indescribable. I recommend, delicious.

Sharky's is a gem! The staff are incredibly lovely, and the service is top-notch. The food is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone craving quality fish and chips. 💯👌🍔🐟&🍟🤤
22/11/2024: Quality going downhill.. Cheese burger delivered with no cheese, fish literally dripping with grease and the food was cold. Shame, this used to be so good.

17/03/2025: Everything from start to finish we couldn’t fault . Beautiful spacious room great leisure facilities. The food was second to none. We have stayed in a lot of hotels however the food in the Amber Springs hotel was the best absolutely delicious. We were on a golden years break and usually the hotels use a cheaper version of their menu but not the amber springs . Any of the dishes that we had whether is was fish or their delicious beef or vegetarian was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A big thank you Amber Springs and we will look forward to our next visit 😄😄😄😄

14/02/2025: It's pretty much your average "coffee shop" with a moderate coffee choice, some baked goods, and pre-made cold sandwiches. The coffee was ok, as was the sandwich. So long as you don't hope for it being "awesome" you won't be disappointed.

29/03/2025: I've been eating at Eco since July and the staff is always nice, they have no problem with changing the food so it's up to my liking. The food never disappoints either, I usually get Nasi Goreng (not spicy) or Chicken Katsu Curry and I have never had any complaints. The prices are reasonable too, they accept take away orders and do deliveries around Gorey. 10/10 Will keep coming here x))
25/03/2025: A great place to go if your group can't decide on pizza/asian food/burgers. Everyone would be happy here. The food is absolutely spectacular and the staff are really nice
