22/08/2025: Tables were sticky. Place felt dirty and old fashioned. Hardware supplies hanging up on one wall and stuff everywhere. Pulled pork was dry as a bone. Coleslaw was "substituted " with 1.5 baby potatoes rubbed around in some mayo and called "potato salad". Lamb dinner dry . Curry served in a bowl I haven't seen served that way since the 90s. Staff not very personable, but to be fair very young. Overall felt fairly cheated out of my money.
05/08/2025: Lovely spot, does nice takeaway. Could do with better signage for the menu when getting a takeaway as very hard to see the options.

25/04/2025: Had the most amazing breakfast at The Wilds!! I just wanted to buy everything in the shop, there was so much local, sustainable beautiful products. Such a well curated store. Highly recommend it to everyone!!.
19/02/2025: I had ordered a few things online and one of the items was damaged. Without hesitation Audrey sent a replacement straight away. I will definitely be shopping with them again. Highly recommend this company. Thank you again.

07/09/2025: Google says the place is open 7 am on Sunday. We arrived at 7.55 and it was closed. Ladies inside gave a sign to wait for 5 min outside (it was raining, so we left...). Perhaps worth updating the opening hours.

12/10/2025: Food is really good but always leave you waiting double your time on the food. So I specifically asked how long for a collection this evening and I was told 25/30 mins. I had 2 small kids with me and needed to plan this. 1 hour later before I got my food. I love the food and the staff are brilliant but really need to sort that out. Happens every time I come here.

06/10/2025: Disappointed. Meal came out underwhelming, Coke was warm (even after replacement), and staff seemed visibly uninterested in fixing the issue. Felt more like an inconvenience than a guest.

If the bartender, a true globetrotter, starts chatting with you in German about Düsseldorf and ends up passing off 5-year-old Metaxa as Greek grog, you've done everything right!
Super friendly people in a rustic atmosphere in a totally relaxed pub—that's exactly what we needed and what we got!

19/08/2025: We had one great night at the fleadh in this pub. However, on hhe second night we complained about the quality of the pints ( a new keg had been opened). We asked for new pints, which we were given. Then the barman tried to charge us for both sets of pints. We argued about the quality of our drink with the person in charge to no avail and unfortunately we left the pub feeling very unsatisfied. I just felt it was very bad customer service.
12/08/2025: Managed to squeeze in for two sessions during the Fleadh. Absolutely magic, amazing talent on both days. Unfailingly polite security staff. Good cold beer. Highly recommended.

13/07/2025: Very disappointing meal unfortunately. We had crab claws and cod fritters which didn’t have much flavour, a caprese salad where the mozzarella tasted of fish, and scallops which were ok but nothing amazing. They served us Aldi bake at home ciabatta and garlic bread which again was just ok. For the price we paid the food was mediocre at best.
11/07/2025: Always fantastic all round, i have been to this restaurant since it opened and have never been disappointed
