12/04/2025: We had a chicken supreme pizza which was pretty good and got the spot. They graciously accepted our sterling when we didn't have Euros (cash only)

14/03/2025: Old chipper like kebab place. Frozen chips, store bought sources, "fresh salad" on the menu= iceberg lettuce+red onion, The same store bought "mystery" meat as in any other chipper/ kebab place. Cash payments only ( but they take revolut ). Prices are reasonable. Doner box was 8 euro. Chicken tikka doner ( chicken meat reheated in the microwave) was 9 euro. The portions were HUGE. The chicken tikka doner wrap weighted c 3 pounds! If you are on the road or need to a gigantic shot of sodium after flushing your electrolytes out of your system in the local pub that's the place to go. Be prepared for the meat sweat afterwards and potential stomach ache next day ( but who knows if it may be from all the beer you consumed).

12/03/2025: Great food, (we ordered the steak and the lemon sole). wonderful service, efficient, warm and friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend.

05/03/2025: Great restaurant with good service. Food extremely tasty. One of the best wine selections. Shop has the higher quality of wines cheeses and other edibles. Worth a visit in its own right. Has outdoor seating. Both are attached to an art gallery upstairs. Returned for lunch still as good as ever. The gallery is an amazing space for the exhibition of art and sculptures.

04/01/2025: What a treasure trove of varied items from home pantry staples to diy, garden furniture, decor and more, Spice is always a spot to try for that item you can't seem to find anywhere else. Their hardware electrical section is very well stocked and reasonably priced compared to other local hardware shops sometimes. Great cleaning supply aisle. Garden section also good too. Seasonal products stocked here so aways worth a look to see whats new.

03/12/2024: What can I say only, you have the most professional, kind and caring staff! I really wanted the blowup Christmas Santa sleigh and reindeer but there were none left, the lovely girls on the till promised me they’d contact me if the lady who had put the last one by, didn’t show up. I got a phone call that evening to say they had searched high and low in the warehouse and found the very last one. To say I was ecstatic! Those girls need a pay rise! Staff like that are hard to find 💞🙌👏 thank you so very very much

23/04/2025: I was in Joanne’s today and I was Served by Nen, she was very friendly and made my experience more enjoyable. Food was lovely and not too expensive 10/10 would come back.

18/04/2025: i had a sausage roll but it was really greasy and it was unpleasantly oily whilst my sister ordered a scone but asked for jam and cream and when we opened the bag with the scone we were flabbergasted to find out not just the cream but the jam were both missing so it was quite ever so disappointing and i left feeling upset at the fact that the women that served us left my sister jamless and creamless and me with an empty stomach and it ruined my birthday lunch sincerely William 📼

01/05/2025: Cloch Ban is an absolute Gem. It’s a beautiful cosy old style pub. With lovely friendly staff. And the food was excellent. I had turkey and ham. It was definitely the nicest turkey I’ve ever tasted. It was so tender. My husband had the ham. As he said, he’d give 11/10. We couldn’t recommend this place enough.
