18/08/2025: I had the soup of the day, disgusting! It was definitely a carton, in a canteen bowl, accompanied by stale bread, recovered from the oven...
I really regret my choice of restaurant for our last day in Ireland. My partner had the fish and chips, good, but nothing special, and above all, way too expensive. Total €28.50...
I don't recommend it.
18/08/2025: We just grabbed breakfast here before we went to the family ship tour and it was such a pleasant surprise. My breakfast brioche was absolutely delicious and the staff were so lovely and friendly a really classic Irish welcome nothing was a problem. The only bad thing was that my well travelled kids noticed that the maple syrup was in fact golden syrup.

11/08/2025: Just back from a lovely family weekend here. Grandparents, ourselves and the kids. 5 stars all round. Kids had a ball, so much to do for them, kids club, swimming, playground. Food was great, every meal we had was top notch from breakfast to dinner. But what made this hotel was the staff, always smiling and so helpful there was lovely buzz about the place.

23/08/2025: We were there this evening and it was a wonderful experience! The ambiance is impressive and the service was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was amazing, soup of the day was vegetable, my wife had rump of lamb and I had rabbit, all excellent. The wine was, too, with an amazing variety from which to choose. It was the best meal we've had since we've been in Ireland. It is a little pricey, but it was well worth it!

29/07/2025: What a lovely find of a cafe. We stopped for some brunch/lunch during a sight seeing trip around Wexford.
The staff were pleasant and very efficient. The food was very tasty and very reasonably priced. We had an open crab sandwich and a toasted special. Both came with a delicious salad. The desserts looked tasty but we were full from the very good portion sizes. We would definitely return!

04/01/2025: What a treasure trove of varied items from home pantry staples to diy, garden furniture, decor and more, Spice is always a spot to try for that item you can't seem to find anywhere else. Their hardware electrical section is very well stocked and reasonably priced compared to other local hardware shops sometimes. Great cleaning supply aisle. Garden section also good too. Seasonal products stocked here so aways worth a look to see whats new.

07/08/2025: We just dropped in for lunch after a lovely day at the Asha Spa. All the staff were lovely, especially our server Stella who went the extra mile. Can highly the corn on the cob side was gorgeous, the veg soup was a bit too thick but overall enjoyed our meal.
31/07/2025: Spacious room, very comfortable bed but unfortunately shower was broken and there was no toilet brush in room

26/06/2025: A staple of Gorey’s cafe scene. In recent months, I’ve found the cafe only getting better. Great service, friendly staff, and really tasty food. Their €12 meal deal is really good value Monday - Thursday.
08/06/2025: Had eggs Benedict for breakfast, service was quick and the atmosphere was welcoming.
