08/06/2025: Was never my favorite place to eat in town but they messed up my and others order so many times I’m completely gone off the place now. Unfortunate but whoever is in the kitchen recently really needs to step their reading up. I noticed the amount of chicken and mushroom has reduced over time & then filling the dish with onions when I don’t like them was the reason I can’t eat the curry anymore. Other mistakes too like Nan bread being horrible quality & significantly less cheese than before. This place is not cheap, it should be more than 4/5 pieces of chicken per portion & if I add mushrooms I don’t expect to be able to count them on one hand. The last time there was so much onion I did not ask for (and is not in the recipe) there was barely any sauce even though I asked for extra. The flavor of all those onions has now turned me off the curry when I ordered here weekly. They also don’t do anything to fix customer issues so I would definitely recommend any other Indian in town. I know many people who say they don’t eat here anymore, that should tell you all you need to know.
03/06/2025: The Food was amazing and plenty of it. The staff where so friendly, attentive and at the same time gave you plenty of space. The price was unreal for what we got.

12/06/2025: heard great things but alas disappointed, Check in before going over, they seem to close on a whim despite being posted as open on all sites, including their own. All the other restaurants were transparent in their hours, not this one. When I asked the proprietor for a recommendation he was rude and had none. Wexford on a whole is closed Monday and Tuesdays FYI

18/04/2025: Had a fantastic experience at The Thomas Moore Pub in Dublin! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the pints were perfect. What really made our visit stand out was the excellent service from Fiona—she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area. Sorry to say I would not call again. Food was mediocre and overpriced at 23 euro.
12/03/2025: Family of 6 visited for breakfast on my Dad's 80th birthday as we were staying in Bunclody. I'd pre ordered an 80th birthday cake to pick up when we'd eaten but they brought it out with an 80th candle and sang to him which was lovely. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming and more than happy to accommodate changes to the menu we asked for such as scrambled instead of fried egg, nothing was a problem and the coffee was great. All 6 of us enjoyed the variety of breakfasts we chose. The cakes looked lovely but we didn't sample them as they brought us plates and a knife for us to tuck into the birthday cake (which was lovely). Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

28/06/2025: Disappointing, batter sausage was the size of my little finger in length, no exaggeration, it was tiny smallest I’ve ever seen. Half pounder burger wasn’t a half pounder, it was two thin pattys. And taste wasn’t there. Absolute rip off, won’t be returning!

Afternoon Tea At the Ashdown Park Hotel

07/06/2025: Had afternoon tea there twice was lovely and I’ve eaten there and done the tapas nite! Food was fab and the staff work really hard always lovely ! The weddings to be great aswell really run great !
05/06/2025: Decent hotel but let down by quality of beds and price. Mattress creaked when I turned over and pillows lifeless. No air conditioning and our room opened onto car park where wedding guests were smoking or waiting for taxis around midnight. Breakfast was average compared to other places I have stayed in Ireland over many years. At 600 euros for 2 nights we were paying double the rate of a 4 star on the outskirts of London.
