17/10/2025: What a little gem of a takeaway, their food is fantastic. They cook everything fresh and their Indian food is just so fresh, plentiful and tasty. Their chips are also top notch!!! 👏 Up there with the best 👊😋

21/10/2025: I do like the Duck and the food has been really excellent every time I've eaten there this year (3 times). It has always been a great night out but now the food really lives up to the service and ambience. I have one gripe though and that is the amount of items with a price supplement on the menu. The duck main course, which is excellent, has a €4 supplement and this makes no sense when you can buy a duck leg for €3 or less in a butchers.

16/10/2025: Went for lunch it was not overly busy. Food was very good but service left a lot to be desired.asked for portion of chips never arrived. Ordered 3 desserts 2 arrived asked 3 times for 3rd dessert it finally arrived when other 2 desserts were long finished. Pity about the service as this was our 2nd time to dine here

22/09/2025: We went to Vine Thai Restaurant for my mother-in-law’s birthday with a group of 12, and we were really impressed. The staff were amazing friendly, attentive, and the service was excellent throughout. It was also nice to see David there, making sure everything was running smoothly. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the evening was a great success. Thank you for a lovely night!

10/04/2025: My third time in Wexford but my first visit to The Pike Bar. It came as a recommendation and it did not disappoint. Fantastic welcome, great atmosphere and spotlessly clean. I'm a Guinness drinker and I have to say, one of the best pints I've had in Ireland with "Schtick" all the way down the glass. The Barman was fab and knew exactly how to pour a superb pint of creamy Guinness. Will definitely be back and probably my new favourite pub in Wexford...... Hats off to you lads!!!

29/03/2025: Ahhhh Trevor Ducey, one of the best barmen/owners I have ever come across. You will never go wrong by dropping into The Pike for a pint and an interesting conversation with Trev. Genuine nice guy that puts his punters first.

The pub has a very pleasant terrace and games like darts and billiards, but what really makes the difference is Arlo's service; a charming, friendly, and approachable person. It's a pleasure to find places like this, with such a great atmosphere and service. Highly recommended, worth a visit just to experience it.

04/10/2025: Incredible experience. Hospitality and good service. Without exaggeration, the best pub I've been to in Ireland. Perfect for a good time. The owner is charming, one of those people it's a pleasure to meet in life.

08/10/2025: Very suprised dont normally stay at B&B The room was big very comfortiable warm Clean had tea coffee and bisciuts in the room on suite bathroom warm towels great shower .Breakfast full Irish had loads could not finished it Staff very friendly and helpful 5min from port Had a lovely stay will be back

06/10/2025: Stayed at the ferry port for 3 nights, rooms are very cosy and comfortable. The staff were extra friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Sue who was super accommodating to ensure I had a good stay and felt at home.

04/09/2025: Outside appearance was deceiving. On entering was delighted by the welcoming and friendly staff.Food was top notch the best Indian food we have tried. Tried a large selection of dishes from their Indian menu and all were enjoyed. Also ordered a bottle of wine and soft drinks and was happy with the price.Planning on going again would recommend to everyone to try here.

19/08/2025: We had one great night at the fleadh in this pub. However, on hhe second night we complained about the quality of the pints ( a new keg had been opened). We asked for new pints, which we were given. Then the barman tried to charge us for both sets of pints. We argued about the quality of our drink with the person in charge to no avail and unfortunately we left the pub feeling very unsatisfied. I just felt it was very bad customer service.

12/08/2025: Managed to squeeze in for two sessions during the Fleadh. Absolutely magic, amazing talent on both days. Unfailingly polite security staff. Good cold beer. Highly recommended.

05/09/2025: First visit. Got the Angus burger, with cheese. Easily the best takeaway burger I've ever had.

24/08/2025: Really impressed with the food, had lovely pizza, chicken was delicious, chips are proper chippy chips, the queue never stopped when I was there, very popular place. The staff were great, really lovely people, extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place for great food and lovely to sit outside on the patio. Oh milkshakes were really good too. Id have loved a deep fried mars bar but I wasn't able to twist their arms 😁 Thanks for everything.

13/10/2025: I went to Ashdown Park Hotel for a spa break with my mam and we absolutely loved it! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had such a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The spa treatments were amazing, and we left feeling completely refreshed. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Such a lovely experience from start to finish. we’re already planning our next visit!

19/10/2025: On my first visit I accidentally ordered more food than I could possibly eat. Everything was wonderful. Our waiter Andrew was friendly and taught my sister and me a bit of Irish. Try the brie wedges with chutney. They come with a lovely salad which is a perfect meal. I had several spoonfuls of the delicious creamy vegetable soup and ate all the brown bread. That is a meal in itself.

19/10/2025: Loved this place and our server, Andrew, was friendly and informative. The food was delicious; fish and chips, salad, brie bites. All were wonderful. I'm here for another week and will return very soon.

12/10/2025: A chalk and cheese experience! I visited this hotel over 2 years ago for an event in the area and I swore I would never return. That time the service was awful, staff would not look at you and the food terrible, well below par, the bar area grubby and unloved….. fast forward to last week when left with no other choice but to meet a friend there and what a surprise I got. The entrance was welcoming from the off, a roaring fire on a miserable night. A completely revamped bar area that was clean and looked after. My waitresses were friendly and efficient and my food was amazing. I am not often blown away, but kudos to this business for the complete turnaround. I now would have no hesitation returning when in the area.

12/10/2025: Excellent accomodations and the food is delicious too. Great location and easy to walk to center town.
