The best restaurants in Wexford

08/04/2025: We went for dinner here on Sunday and to say the food was shocking is an understatement when I sent my dinner back I was told very rudely by a staff member our chef is under pressure I also noticed we weren't the only table to send back dinners that we waited over an hour for I won't be returning

05/04/2025: I recently attended a dinner dance in the Upton Court. I just want to say it was a fantastic enjoyable evening! The food was amazing and the staff were very welcoming. I’ll definitely come again and recommend to friends

08/06/2025: Before going to this place I had read the reviews and a feel was like it's possibly going to be like a lottery, either a very good experience or a very bad one, no middle. And... It was absolutely horrible. We only decided to go there for drinks. It's something very hard to mess up, but. One order of prosecco and two glasses of wine. Prosecco came quite quickly, it was a small bottle. Now, for the wine to arrive to our table took a very long time. There were only three more tables seated and at least 4 different ladies serving. All of them were running like headless chickens and around 20 minutes later the wine was on our table. Immediately I had to call one of the ladies back as one of the glasses had a lipstick on. They had collected it and few minutes later brought back a different wine which wasn't chilled. When I drank from my chilled wine glass I had tasted sour taste, like I was drinking vinegar. The wine was spoiled! I don't want to know how long that open bottle was left in the chiller for, but how careless and indifferent a server can be when it's their only job is to provide excellent customer service. I'm disappointed and absolutely disgusted with this place. Yes, I did asked to get my wine changed, but I had not should have received this shit in the first place. I'm very glad we hadn't ordered any food in there as definitely would have to be taken into hospital with food poisoning as per service received. I do NOT recommend anyone going there or ordering anything from this place! Avoid at any costs, even if that would be the only place to eat, which is not.

03/06/2025: Food poisoning, stay away food isn’t worth the price, they serve Indian, Chinese and some traditional irish food its a dingy dark place with food identity issue. Not worth it. Sick the entire night and next day. Had the masala that tasted like tomato sauce. Its all sauce and hardly any chicken.

08/04/2025: I’m Asian , for the Asian food welcome for local and Asian lives in Wexford diet , it’s good enough and tasty. I ordered Singapore noodles, peach ice tea , and free cone of ice cream 👍🏼👍🏼

08/06/2025: I have been here quite a few times for various family get togethers and birthdays. I have never had a meal that didn’t have an issue. Be it the inattentiveness of the young staff, standing and chatting in the corners rather than asking how are meals are ! Or a dish missing, things missing off dishes, dishes not loving up to the quality promised! I would not recommend for a group larger than 4. The attention to detail is just not there !

05/05/2025: Food was good. Although portion sizes are quite small in some dishes. Prawn cocktail cost 12 euro and only got 6 prawns... a lot of microgreens and other stuff, just not many prawns.

26/05/2025: Not a great end to my experience here. Started off well was good crack and good music all staff were nice as the night went on the place filled up with so many young people really young crowd very messy. I went out to the smoking area and when I tried to go back in a the door staff refused and the answer giving was the owner didn't want me back in no reason giving I said ok thank you. I honestly think they made some decision from the look of me since I'm not from that part of the country so I looked like a outsider that's all I could think off proper discrimination with no reason for.

20/06/2025: Father day!! Great pizza, chips and fish. The taco mince, cheese chip absolutely fabulous.. the atmosphere was great sun was shining and the owener came out to greet us. Normal waiting time for our big order. Everything was fresh and well cooked. Tasted amazing. We'll be back again 💜

30/11/2024: Paid over 10e for a spice bag, got a half bag of soggy chips and 3 pieces of chicken, definitely would never go back, staff were very ignorent when I said it to them, would recommend going elsewhere as this place is an absolute rip-off with dirt food
