02/01/2026: Ordered at 5.05pm, 5 minutes after it opened, took over 2 hours to be delivered, food was cold and had to be heated in the oven on arrival, unacceptable 😡

01/01/2026: Don't waste time and money ordering on the app. I placed order for collection using the app. I got a message saying my order was ready for collection and headed inside only to discover they hadn't even started to cook it. After twenty minutes waiting it was ready. So I would have been as well just walking in and ordering rather than using the app which adds 70 cent service charge and isn't linked in to the orders being done! Staff even said app wasn't reliable so what's the point of paying even more to use it? Food is delicious though and staff are lovely

31/01/2026: Terrible experience at Burger King Gorey. I paid for my order and never received my food. The staff member who attended me, Hannah, a blonde employee, was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. I felt deliberately disrespected and treated differently because I am not from the same country. This level of service is unacceptable and embarrassing for a place like Burger King. In the end, I was left with no food and no money.

31/01/2026: Me and my spanish friends ordered 2 orders for one table, the first one arrived perfectly, however, a blonde-haired waitress called Hannah took away the table locator, even though we told her the still was qnother order assigned to that number. She wad rude all the time. When we tried claiming that order, she said it had already been served. It wasn't. We lost money. It was only Hannah, the other people in staff were nice with us.

21/12/2025: Just been into the premises chipper and paid €4.95 for what I can only describe as 1 large potato worth of chips .without doubt the meanest bag of chips in the county .disgraceful. stopping of at my local chipper on our way home to get another bag .way overpriced if it was a full bag what I got I wouldn't pay €1.50

08/12/2025: We ordered for a large group and everything was absolutely delicious. The team accommodated all our requests without any hassle, and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone really enjoyed their food, highly recommended! Thanks guys and sorry for adding more pressure to an already busy Saturday night!

18/01/2026: Food was disgusting, waste of €60, pizza was like rubber chips were frozen, if you wanna vomit I would highly recommend, for your own health stay away. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD.

18/01/2026: Ate here on Sunday evening and biggest waste of money the pizzas took ages to arrive and the when they did it was awful burnt and undercooked at the same time cheese was like rubber would never eat here again chips were still frozen coming out. DONT EAT HERE 0 stars if I could

09/08/2025: Pizzas are absolutely lovely from flingers rare to find somewhere that does proper pizza now and their chicken filet burgers. Always unreal!.

03/08/2025: No gloves or washing hands, handling money and straight to food prep, no hair nets, quick enough service but have found hairs in food, more professional is defo needed

06/12/2025: Unfortunately I thought the food was awful . Service was good . Went with my kids my daughter and I got taco fries and they were freezing and horrible . We through them in the bin . I ordered my daughter a 6 inch pizza then there was a blonde hair in it . She said the pizza was nice up to that point . I also ordered another bag of chips with pizza as well were starving and they were lovely . My other son and daughter with me had chops and they were fine in total spent like €45. The Girls were lovely anything but chips were awful . Sorry to say hope this helps the chipper improve

07/12/2025: Food is decent, although they consistently struggle to cook chips, Staff for the most part are friendly however the head chef if horrible, placed an order and his reaction was to loudly curse and openly show his frustration at the order being placed, which really would put you off ordering here again. I think he should go on the dole, as work seems to not be for him

21/11/2025: Best burgers iv tasted, really good quality meat, only downside is the wait. But worth it 👏

24/12/2025: People are nice there but really nothing to say on the food except the kebab was tasteless and made with not grilled low quality processed meat. Onion bhaji were full of oil, not crispy but soggy.. Sauce on the side was blend

29/09/2025: The location of this place is great. Unfortunately, the food is below average. The burgers we ordered were cold and quite plain. Honestly the worst burgers we've ever tried. It's a shame.

31/12/2025: Went in there for a cup of tea and a cupcake with my da, first of all on our way in a waitress busted past us on the phone, this same waitress nearly refused to give me milk, I have never been asked so many questions about why I would need milk for my tea and finally, followed us out the door regarding our bill, we paid 9.65 for the 2 teas at 5.35 and buns at 4.30 or whatever order the two were at. This waitress completely soured the experience and everyone was else was lovely, I didnt get the chance to go back to ask for this womens name for the review as my father was embarrased but im sure everyone who's ever been in there knows who I am talking about. Wish I knew your name you ray of sunshine
