12/08/2025: First time, great chips, prompt service and good prices
10/07/2025: I got some chips and fish, and a doner box. First of all the guy that was making the stuff, he wasn't looking that happy also instead of tidy the place up he rather stay on the phone. When I got the fish and chips, it was full of oil they didn't even drain the oil properly. And the doner box was full of sauce and all that was in it was chips and meat no salad or not.

21/10/2025: A really interesting venue with some absolutely lovely staff and great food, portion sizes were fairly large so make sure you show up hungry.
18/10/2025: Pleasant restaurant in the town square.
Menu is largely Indian mainly pasta, burgers,grills and steaks available.Varied Indian dishes. Friendly service. Reasonably priced.

22/10/2025: Always have such a wonderful experience at the Alamo Steakhouse! The Early Bird menu is such great value and has all the favourites from over the years! Keep doing what you're doing :)
16/09/2025: A bit of a let down. Service not good. Waiter talked so soft, we couldn't hear him. No smile. We had to ask for a drinks menu, and only got one for our table of 4. Table was very small. Presentation of food bad. It did not look very appetizing. Steak was overpriced and a small portion. Desert was also not good, very small. I can not recommend this restaurant. I wanted to visit the hotel but now I'm not so sure anymore...

12/08/2025: Stopped in for a quiet few pints passing through the place place was empty abysmal asked for a pint of Guinness was given a pint of some other craft stout didn't like it to be honest was flat and pissy couldn't hold a head but wasn't informed it wasn't Guiness they just pulled it and I noticed it looked different.
Others in my group had other drinks too didn't enjoy them.
Anyway place was empty 2 staff on outside smoking again another bad sign.. was gonna order food but didn't bother it been empty got bad vibe. It could be nice but i didn't chance it.
Toilets could do with a clean up.
10/08/2025: Food is very good. But unfortunately the service needs to be way better. Unorganised. Untrained. Food came out cold had to be sent back. I hope its gets better as I would like to see it do well.

25/09/2025: Extremely bad. The only Italian thing here is the music. The restrooms are dirty. The food was inedible. With only two people in the kitchen for so many guests and dishes, it was impossible.
What a shame, and never again.

11/10/2025: I visit Costa Wexford Retail Park almost every Saturday for my usual cappuccino and some quiet time. Unfortunately, I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience. Every single time I’m served a cappuccino without any latte art, while I notice the same barista making beautiful designs for every other customer around me.
After several visits, it’s hard not to feel that I’m being treated differently. It feels disrespectful and even like a form of indirect racism or bias. No customer should ever be made to feel that way.
I hope the management seriously looks into this, provides proper staff training, and ensures that all customers are treated equally and respectfully.
28/08/2025: Staff are very friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere and good banter. Coffee is always made lovely

31/08/2025: Disappointed. Mint and mango sauce seem watered down. The Mint was always a favourite in our house, not any more. Onion baji was nice but the lamb saag had minimum spinach and didnt enjoy the chicken tikka sauce although both meats were OK. Kids chicken goujons seemed over done. 1 child wouldn't eat hers.

26/10/2025: Walked into Franks Place today looking for a table for lunch, unfortunately, they weren’t seating anyone as they needed to set up tables for 70 people for dinner, which was understandable, we were advised that takeaway coffee was available. We ordered takeaway coffee and while waiting inside the shop we decided to order the last two slices of banana cake which looked very lonely in the display cabinet only to be told that they were closed for takeaway and we couldn’t buy anything. A little bit of customer service and leeway would have been nice Franks Place ☹️
05/10/2025: There was a mixup with my breakfast order so I can’t comment on the food as I never got it after 40 mins but I did get a refund so alls well that ends well. Lovely young staff members - they were doing their best - but they were seriously let down by their manager. He left them to cope on their own while he was glued to his laptop out the back, and then he tried to blame them! Very rude chap, South African accent, I won’t be back - sister cafe Greenacres is far nicer at the same price

22/08/2025: Horrible! After visiting the castle, we were looking for a quick kebab, we went in because the frontage is only inviting, that's the only strong point! The welcome is cold, even unpleasant, and the food is deplorable: frozen kebab cooked burnt, a spicy sauce added automatically and in large quantities. My 14-year-old teenager can't finish it even though he eats a lot and isn't picky. In my veggie burger, a vegetable stew with canned corn and the cooked salad... disgusting. We had trouble digesting it, move on
