19/02/2026: (Update on below Service has improved so have adjusted my review, haven’t been kept waiting around on last few orders and no order mix ups) The food is very good I can’t fault that but the service is among the worst I’ve seen for a takeaway Anytime I’ve tried ordering at the counter it’s take ages for anyone to come to take the order For one order I had to wait as they had given my bag to another customer and I had to wait for them to return it Another I tried to ring in an order and was asked to hold , I could hear the server on the phone taking another 3 orders for delivery on the phone whilst I was waiting , after hearing the server take another order I hung up Can’t really recommend , but if you want to try use the app when ordering

08/03/2026: Good quality. Wait times can be long, though. The food is a little sweet and choice is somewhat limited, but definitely still tasty enough to go back to. The best in town for what it is. Would recommend.

16/10/2025: Always look forward to a Chinese from Bai Li when visiting Rosslare. My fiancé is coeliac and they’re brilliant with gluten free options for her too! Highly recommend.

24/12/2025: Really disgusted by the behaviour of who I assume is the very patronising and rude owner of this shop. I go in every Christmas Eve with my family to pick up some presents, never again. I picked up and expensive box of chocolates which I had decided to buy and was just opening the lid to show my sister (closed by a little ribbon you can slide on and off and the chocolates were still completely covered when you opened the lid) - fair enough he didn’t know I was buying them but the aggression he approached me with was unbelievable, then proceeded to follow me out of the shop shouting about not opening boxes, I guess in an attempt to embarrass me. On arrival to the shop we had already witnessed him being condescending to his staff and patrolling the place like he was looking after the Crown Jewels. ‘In a nutshell’ he puts a shame on the other shops and businesses in New Ross.

21/12/2025: I went in today for some lunch it was spilling rain I just got this most amazing welcome a present was giving to me and I think my heart just stopped a beat just to think someone really taught I made a difference it was like I was back as a child and get that magical feeling and that’s a long time ago I will treasure it for ever thank you all Merry Christmas 🎉🎉🎉🥰🎅🏻🎄

20/02/2026: This is the worst place to get food. The chicken was completely raw. The food was cold. The staff was very bold and ignorant. I wasn’t happy with the chicken being raw so the called the guards it is absolutely ridiculous to be running a business the way they do with my knowledgeable comment, please I advise nobody to ever go there.

29/01/2026: Hands down the best burger I’ve ever had. The beef was unbelievably good quality, the sauce was amazing, and even the buns were perfect. Everything just worked together so well. You can really taste the freshness. The service was also really good, and we really appreciated the free sides as well 😜🫰 This place is a must-try — we absolutely loved it!

22/01/2026: Terrible experience. Free sides on a Thursday! I ordered 3 burgers and wait a bit longer than I expected in which time a little crowd of customers had gathered . Eventually my order was ready . I asked was there fries with my burgers ( assuming so ) . I hadn’t been informed about the special ( free sides on a Thursday) when I was ordering and I somehow just presumed that there would be fries .The young girl serving turned and looked at her boss and with a very angry head on him he very rudely asked if I had ordered them . I was embarrassed to be spoken to in such a manner in front of about half a dozen people. Some fries were put into a box and the bag handed to me . I was mortified. Got home to discover one side of fries not 3 and cold burgers . Never again .

28/04/2026: Absolutely disgusting the worst I have ever seen. The chips yuk barley heated the donor had 4 pieces of meat no curry sauce for the crap chips. Honestly people not worth a visit.

01/01/2026: Don't waste time and money ordering on the app. I placed order for collection using the app. I got a message saying my order was ready for collection and headed inside only to discover they hadn't even started to cook it. After twenty minutes waiting it was ready. So I would have been as well just walking in and ordering rather than using the app which adds 70 cent service charge and isn't linked in to the orders being done! Staff even said app wasn't reliable so what's the point of paying even more to use it? Food is delicious though and staff are lovely

01/03/2026: Service of our main course was non existant ,didnt arrive even after an hour we were totally ignored even after 2 reminders we paid for our starter and drinks They are only interested in takeaways

09/08/2025: Pizzas are absolutely lovely from flingers rare to find somewhere that does proper pizza now and their chicken filet burgers. Always unreal!.

03/08/2025: No gloves or washing hands, handling money and straight to food prep, no hair nets, quick enough service but have found hairs in food, more professional is defo needed

07/04/2026: With yesterday been an Easter bank holiday Monday 6th April 2026 there was very little restaurants open early in afternoon in the town. I stumbled across this one. Service was great and friendly. Both the starter and main meal didn't disappoint. Unfortunately very little to choose from alcohol wise. No dessert menu if you plan on ordering one. Overall a nice restaurant.

14/02/2026: Said give it a go again after many years .Wrong sauce in my duck and side portion missing and no answer to phone. Lesson learned i will not be returning

21/01/2026: We ordered 2 dinners both were watered down and it looked as if the veggies weren’t properly cooked. Ordered veggie spring rolls, they were however not veg as there was both meat and a shrimp in the roll. And there was a back blob in the boiled rice, I have no clue what that was.

21/12/2025: Just been into the premises chipper and paid €4.95 for what I can only describe as 1 large potato worth of chips .without doubt the meanest bag of chips in the county .disgraceful. stopping of at my local chipper on our way home to get another bag .way overpriced if it was a full bag what I got I wouldn't pay €1.50

08/12/2025: We ordered for a large group and everything was absolutely delicious. The team accommodated all our requests without any hassle, and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone really enjoyed their food, highly recommended! Thanks guys and sorry for adding more pressure to an already busy Saturday night!
