The best restaurants in Cork city council

14/09/2025: Such a lovely atmosphere. Wine was fantastic. Lovely vibe with the candles and music. Absolutely no complaints.

10/08/2025: Wonderful wine bar, been a favourite place of mine for years. Fantastic wine list, lovely atmosphere and the hosts are always so welcoming.

27/05/2026: Tasty food. The owners are very kind and friendly. The portion is very large. Well worth the money. Highly recommend for those craving for Chinese food in Cork. Plenty of parking space and avoid traffic in the city center. Lots of people come for pick up the take away.

21/04/2026: The fried rice is so nice. Hs chilli and garlic also very nice. Garlic mushrooms were fresh and so was prawn toast. So pretty inside sitting down. Staff very friendly

22/04/2026: Favourite place to grab cup of coffee, they offering really tasty one. Also I've noticed place looks nice and tidy for the last few months. Well done guys.

14/04/2026: 14th April '26 A recent upgrade to accommodate the M&S Brand. I think the indoor seats are gone now, but will check. 2025 A fairly modern petrol station with a Subway, a good hot counter and self service coffee machine, and also a mini market selling the usual stuff. Outside there is a self service laundromat which is very popular. There are some seats and tables inside the shop. They must have a public toilet but I don't know where it is. They have an ATM in the shop which can be used when the shop is open. Some staff are very friendly while others are very bland. Craig is a credit to the company, a gentleman with excellent customer service skills.

17/09/2025: Called in at 7.30am for a coffee. The staff are so friendly even though it was so early.. the coffee was great 👍

21/07/2025: Nice Starbucks, but there is a smell of stale milk when you come in. Staff can be a little distracted and not notice you’re there and a bit slow. The toilets could do with a clean also.

14/04/2026: [Updated review] Ordered from this takeaway a while ago got two 16 inch pizzas and some other items, it was a solid pizza. Ordered a second time and the food was fantastic, I especially liked the donner and chips, a great treat to have and the combination of sauce and everything else in there just hit. Props to this takeaway and let's just say I'm a fan,

07/12/2025: I don't know how they are still open to be honest. Worst kebab I have ever eaten in Cork City (I love kebabs so I have tried pretty much all the kebabs shops in city centre). Chips went to the bin, they were very greasy like they're deep fried in old oil. €16 was way too expensive for what I got, never again. Plus staff at the till had a very rude manner and could barely get his point across with the little English he had (not that it seemed like he wanted to, too).

11/02/2026: Last time I ate here was nice, tonight I returned to have a quick bite to eat he took my order at the counter price was ok. I told him that's for sit down. He said there's a price difference I said ok thinking maybe one or two euro. He started adding it up and I said no way. No wonder there was no one else eating in there talk about putting yourself out of business

07/05/2026: Id say it's one of the nicer mcd's only issue is location hard to reach and teenagers around causing trouble time to time

03/05/2026: A normal establishment by the road, stop in for a bite to eat, there is parking, everything is okay 👌

10/05/2026: Went there after match ..lots of empty seats yet 25 min later got a table ..why is it restaurant turn away people even though half the restaurant is empty . I checked and they weren't reserved ..my rule in a restaurant never turn away customer.

10/05/2026: Got delivery, food was cold, pizza was on its side so all the toppings were on the side of the box. Hullomi bites were mank

24/04/2026: The King Dino burger was unbelievable. The chips were amazing. Very good value.

03/04/2026: Normally standrers are high got a haf raw burger and chips that weren't cooked wouldnt recommend at the moment

01/06/2026: The Ashly Monster Hotel is a perfect relation between price and quality. The room is confortable, the shower is very good, the service is excellent and the people work there are magics!. 04/03/2026: Ordered a large number of Pizzas, Drinks and Finger food for the IT Team at Laya Healthcare with Domino's and their job was outstanding! Sean gave me amazing, timely, responsive support from the initial quote request all the way through delivery - on time! All was perfect!
