The best restaurants in Cork city council

13/09/2024: Eat here regularly with my kids. They love it there and adore Trisha. My girls are extremely picky and Trisha always seems to get it right for them. That alone keeps me coming back! The variety of food and rich taste is mouth watering 😋

21/09/2024: Outstanding food but the service was a let down. We ordered 2 pints of murphys and an IPa, a pizza with chips and the blue cheese burger. When we went to pay there was an extra pint and a €22 cocktail on put bill that we didn't order. We didn't dispute the extra murphys but we counted the extra pint as the tip. The service was ok but tbf the food was excellent.

23/08/2024: Poor pizza (supermarket pizzas are far better), mediocre ‘smash’ burger. Best avoided if you want to eat. Beer okay though.

22/10/2024: I go every morning for coffee and I see the same people coming in and out and they all say hi.

14/09/2024: I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino and an oatmeal porridge with coconut milk. They gave me a packet of honey for oatmeal. The place always looks clean and tidy. On a few occasions I have been able to find glasses left on the tables. The staff is very friendly.

12/11/2024: Eating here regularly as I work in Wilton, unfortunately some of NEW staff will argue with You about your order even if You are eating same dish 2/3 times a week

08/11/2024: €7.35 for a basic cheese burger, nothing else is a disgrace for a fast food restaurant. The staff member that I was dealing with had a very bad attitude. I did not eat here as I could get a full carvery lunch 200 meters away at the Wilton bar for around €12

17/07/2024: Brilliant little cafe in Glanmire village good value, Friendly staff. Great service.. Nothing is too much trouble.

06/07/2024: Got omelette mix beans and toast. Omelette only brought chickpeas, was very very salty, the toasts were proper burnt. 20€ for unpalatable and brackish food.... Coffee is lovely tho. Never again. Don't recommend for food.

05/10/2024: Our dining experience was flawless thanks to hosea he’s so sweet,who was very professional and He made sure everything was just right and recommended the perfect dishes for us. His attention to detail made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Excellent service overall!Thank you !

28/09/2024: Always very friendly but don't always take the order right. Am always stood waiting for my soya or oat milk for mu tea/coffee because the staff"forgot".

19/09/2024: Unfortunately we chose to dine here tonight 18/09/24, I ordered beef curry&rice, my partner ordered prawn curry with rice and a bottle of house wine to share @€22 total bill just shy of €57, my partners prawns and rice were fine but the curry sauce was like runny yellow vomit with a few frozen peas chucked in, my beef was like leather, it was so sub standard that my Jack Russell 🐕 would struggle to get his teeth into it, I requested to speak to the chef to relay my dissatisfaction, but the waitress informed me that the chef was new and he doesn't speak/engage with customers or entertain their valid complaints/concerns but as a gesture of good will she offered to reduce our bill by €4 euro. In my honest humble opinion this is the worst Chinese restaurant that I have ever dined in, I have never in my lifetime left negative feedback for any restaurant or hostilely that I have visited and if it was possible to leave zero stars then I would have. I have no problems with the waitresses as they were very professional and efficient, but when the chef treats you with utter contempt and fails to address the issues at hand, that I do have a problem with, the food was sub standard and to me that's taking my hard earned cash under false pretences, by dishing up what's basically junk food. I do sincerely hope they learn some little bit from my honest feedback. We were the only two patrons in the restaurant at this time tonight. I wonder why??

17/02/2024: Popped in here tired, hungry and gross after 3 hours on the bus. Staff were so kind and professional. Food was just delicious and the coffee was lovely and smooth. Just what I needed.

04/02/2024: I ate here on a bank holiday Sunday night when everywhere was packed. I was lucky to get a table here. I was on my own, and really enjoyed reading my book in the busy restaurant with really kind, attentive staff. The food was really good. Everything was tasty and piping hot. The service was prompt but I didn't feel rushed. It was lovely from start to finish. 3 courses including tip, a cocktail, glass of wine and coffee it was €70 which I thought was very good value.

27/06/2024: I visited this place few days ago I ordered wings and they were tooo vinegary and Lamb Rogan Josh was sooo salty plus the food colour they add is worth killing somebody Please visit some other good Indian Food restaurant in cork and you better skip this

08/07/2024: Food is simply amazing... And shockingly so chip... Got a sharing box and a burger for 25.80....The size of it... Huge portion and absolutely compliments to the company for such an amazing experience

14/06/2024: Very disappointing fish and chips. The fish was not fresh, the batter was chewy and the chips were dry and hard.
