07/04/2025: I have been a fan of Domino's and have frequently ordered from them since moving to our new home. However, my recent experience on Sunday, April 7th, was extremely disappointing. We placed an order for pizza at 8 PM, and after 45 minutes, the tracker indicated that our pizza was delivered. When I called the restaurant, I was surprised to learn that the driver returned the pizza because it "looked like no one was home." It was concerning that he never came to the door to knock or ring the doorbell, especially since the living room light was on. To make matters worse, the restaurant informed us that the driver’s attempt to contact us failed because of an incorrect phone number entered during the order. I confirmed my correct phone number and asked them to ensure that the driver knocked on the door for the re-delivery. After another 45 minutes without any update, I called again only to be told that the system had mistakenly reverted to a previous address. I found it strange that the driver went to the wrong location after just having been to my house earlier, which had "seemed like no one was at home." Neither he nor the restaurant contacted me to explain. By this point, it was nearly two hours after our original order, and when offered a third attempt for delivery, I politely declined and requested a refund instead. I was then informed it would take 4 to 5 business days to process. Overall, we are out €50 and without our meal, and the lack of communication and follow-up left a bad impression on us. It’s unfortunate because we genuinely enjoyed the food prior to this experience. Based on this incident, I doubt we will be returning. I hope management addresses these issues to improve service and communication in the future.

10/02/2025: Very friendly service.John was very kind.We sat in for a meal and the food was very good.We had vegtable spring rolls,sweet and sour chicken (child menu)and beef in blackbean sauce.He offered us half and half option for rice and chips.Main course had plenty of beef and veg.

16/11/2024: Food is grand but customer service is horrible, can’t even see if your food is done without one of the chefs giving out about “staring at him” and saying “I don’t know what you do in your country but we don’t stare at people” and getting aggressive. Unprofessional.

27/03/2025: Shocking Ordered food that was grand the lady said roughly 10-15 mins minutes that was fine 20 mins later they goes will be another few mins as the chicken was still cooking She said will be another 5 mins About 10-15 minutes later it was ready I waited 35 -40 mins for only a chicken bacon burger deal Also there was very little people waiting for food not a queue

27/01/2025: Solía ser un gran bar una vez. no estoy seguro de lo que pasó, pero el ambiente parece haberse evaporado, el personal muy antipático mientras que el bar en sí está frío y pagando 7 € por una pinta de cerveza (a partir de enero de 2025 ) está tomando el p*ss un poco, sin mencionar el tiempo que tomó para tirar de dicha pinta

04/12/2024: Pleasantly surprised. Continental Europe in the heart of Cork. Hurriedly passed Tiramisu many times but always sensed good vibes. Today the stars aligned for breakfast. For starters, the coffee was excellent and the staff very courteous and helpful. Order from the counter and prices are reasonable. A bit slow on serving the Eggs Florentine but well worth the wait.

04/12/2024: Pasó apresuradamente Tiramisu muchas veces, pero siempre sintió buen rollo. Hoy las estrellas se alinearon para el desayuno. Para empezar, el café era excelente y el personal muy cortés y servicial. Orden del mostrador y los precios son razonables. Un poco lento en servir los huevos florentinos, pero bien vale la pena esperar.

22/04/2025: So sound i asked for a plain cheese & ham panini for my ASD son, and despite the long queue, the very kind older gentleman behind the till made one up specially. Such kindness is hugely appreciated 👏 💐

13/03/2025: My experience in the Green Frog is normally really good - the drinks are tasty, the staff are nice, and the location just beside the university is great. However, this morning I went to get a coffee in the Green Frog, and witnessed an older member of staff shout at a younger barista, in front of customers. To speak to anyone like that is unacceptable, but to treat a colleague who is younger than you like that, and in front of customers too is completely unacceptable. I won't be coming back if staff are being treated in such a hostile way.

14/04/2025: Love this place. So friendly people. In this environment all taste very good. Nice to take a breake here, drink coffee, get some food. Recommended to everyone, singles, couples, families.

29/12/2024: Could be a great place cause the food is good but the stench coming from the bathrooms needs to be sorted. Staff must be so used to it they don't get it anymore. A good clean is needed. We were hungry with kids so stayed. Food was lovely.

19/02/2025: My stay was very pleasant with wonderful staff welcoming me with open arms when I arrived. I was provided with professional service and relevant information about the hotel amenities, including the different menus on offer that week when I checked-in. A special thank you to the receptionists Eva and Maria who made an extra effort to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I work in hospitality and study the industry in college so I understand the complexities of managing customer expectations, but I must say, the staff did a great job at accommodating me. My only criticism would be the overall cleanliness of the carpets in the corridors. I do however understand that there was a large group of young kids who must have been staying in the hotel for some competition, so the mess in the hallways may have only been a result of them. Overall, I recommend this hotel and can see myself booking another stay there again.

18/02/2025: It has everything a 4-star hotel can offer except for the service provided by some workers, it even seems like they are bosses. There is always a black sheep in the flock, but that is not what puts this hotel behind others, but rather its location, but nothing major changes. This hotel is good and recommended.
