02/10/2025: Turners cross Cork-Some of the drive thru staff have little English and get the order wrong all the time .Rude staff food manky and kitchen worker couldnt even make a McChicken sandwich properly overall avoid this place

25/09/2025: Food cold again today. Burgers poor quality and cold. Always the same. Don’t get food in this rip off poor quality and poor value. Staff rude. AVOID!

28/09/2025: Very good restaurant here in Wilton. The food is good and everything is very Irish, which is absolute quality. On Sundays they do a kind of rhapsody, which is like an English carvery. It is a very beautiful pub restaurant in itself and spacious. There are many tables and many people go there for lunch and dinner. We can say that they serve food all day long. If you like a good football game, this is the right place or any other type of sport. I highly recommend it to lovers of Irish food, and for those who are from out of town, why not go there and try it? I went there and really liked it.

27/09/2025: Went here today with my elderly mother (who has dementia) and my working dog. Lots of lovely waitresses helped us MULTIPLE times. It was so heart warming to see young girls be so patient and gentle, one even holding my mom's hand and guiding us to a quiet spot. I should have gotten one particular girls name, I regret that - she was so sweet. She is doing a PLC marketing course, that's all I know about her really. We just passed for a cup of soup and a rest while my dad was in the CUH. It was a stressful day but the staff have to be complimented for their polite, attentive and genuine manner. I WILL be back. It's not everywhere that can accommodate the elderly (and their dementia!) but this was just super duper. I'll be recommending it also to my Alzheimer's society friends who have similar struggles to me! Thank you Wilton Bar!

18/08/2025: Ate the "vegan" chicken dish, pretty sure I had chicken in it though... definitely had egg in my rice! I could barely understand the girl behind the counter, she spoke so quietly. At least it's one of the cheaper places to eat, so if you're looking for a good price-food ratio, this place is fine, just don't expect them to stick with any dietary restrictions. Also you will get paper plates and forks even when you eat inside which is super wasteful. They even served the rice on an extra plate.

19/09/2025: Chips were okay, warm but not the best, the chicken was horrible, and I genuinely cannot stress that enough it came cold sort of, and some of it was crispy but majority of the pieces were half soggy which is disgusting and I couldn’t eat it.

21/06/2025: Just ordered delivery, never had food in the restaurant but the delivery was so fast, food was so delicious, the portion was great for the price! Highly recommend! We enjoyed the Pad Thai a lot! Thank you!

13/10/2025: Do NOT get takeaway from here. Pizza was ice cold. I had to heat it up in the airfryer. Portion size of the sides are a joke. If I had paid full price I would of been fuming. I'm not one for posting reviews but this was very disappointing for the price.

11/10/2025: We were looking for some different place where we could eat (family of 4). Struggling between different type of cuisines... And then I noticed "Milano" I told to my lads "lets we go and try... I know it's just a pizza place, but why not this time...". When we walked in we didn't have to wait long for a table, even place was busy enough. - Welcome customer service - very good. - Order customer service - very good. - Food safety - all good. - Food wating time service - 25mins (4 pizzas, drinks) in a busy time - in my opinion very good and we were updated few times about our food status. - Pricing wise - happy :) As I wrote at the beginning "I know it's just a pizza place..." but lads, trust me :) this is "just a pizza place" to which you want to and you will come back :) Really tasty and I/We really enjoyed every bite :) Thank you for the delicious food and good customer service :)

07/09/2025: I’ve been to Golden Bites today, the new shop on Washington Street, with my young son. We were warmly welcomed, and the atmosphere was very pleasant and aesthetically nice. However, I do have some concerns. When placing my order, I made it very clear that my cappuccino should be made with oat milk (for health reasons I cannot consume dairy). Unfortunately, I received a cappuccino with regular milk. I didn’t complain at the time because I’m not the type of person who likes to create conflict at an establishment, but I mentioned twice at the counter that it should be with oat milk. Another point: I’m not sure if I was charged for two portions of grilled buttered bread since I received four slices, but I only ordered one portion, which I believe should be two slices. I also wasn’t given a receipt, so I couldn’t verify the charge. Once again, the environment is very pleasant, and the staff was kind and attentive. However, we have already experienced issues with delivery orders in the past — missing items, wrong orders, etc. I expected that visiting in person would be different, but unfortunately, the same kind of issues happened. This makes it a little difficult to want to return. I truly hope this is just something temporary due to the new location

03/10/2025: Worst customer service. They close at 9pm but they deny the entry even at 8:15pm.

24/08/2025: First time calling in here , Got a curry and a noodle dish , both with beef , but the beef in both dishes was so tough , and diced so small , we actually couldn't eat it , won't be back unfortunately.

16/08/2025: 20 plus years ago I remember this place being thee place to get a takeaway. A few weeks ago I decided to try it out again . I parked outside Richies van first and then decided to go to Looneys where I had many a fine meal in my 20s (25 plus years ago ) . I have to honestly say it was the worst takeaway I have ever had in my 50 years on this earth . Rotten greasy wet battered fish . Burnt chips with bits of raw batter attached . Absolutely disgusting. And trust me I'm not picky when it comes to takeaway food . I will never darken the door of this place again as long as I live .

26/08/2025: Great pub to see matches and to grab pints with large groups of people more than 10 its very large space to accommodate that large groups. Vast selection of beers from stouts to lagers to ciders. There is big screen to watch your favourite sports.

18/07/2025: Popped in because we heard live music. Had a quick pint of Storehouse lager, not our favorite but needed to try it. Open space bar, more modern with the TV and projector so i guess it depends what you are looking for

13/07/2025: I don't know why, but the coffee here always tastes like crap. I don't know if it is the batista or just this Starbucks as if I get the drink in another Starbucks, it tastes fantastic.

04/05/2025: Service - We didn't know that the store closes at 6 pm(we don't come here often) went in with a baby, sat the baby down. Ordered 3 Toasties and 2 flat whites. Lady at the till never once mentioned that they're closing in 10 minutes, instead just gave us everything in takeaway bags. It was only after we complained, that the supervisor asked us to take our time. Food - Flat whites were extremely watered down. Tasted like it was sitting out for the whole day. Toasties didn't agree with us. Let's just say it was a marathon to and from the toilet the whole night. Please improve your quality.
