29/09/2025: Got a Breast In A Bun from Barrack Street and it was really poor quality Chicken, it was similar to the cheap processed Chicken you get in a hot Chicken roll from a Deli.

27/09/2025: I love O’Reilly’s! But my recent order last night with pals was very disappointing. I’m always appreciative of their quality but not sure if it was a blip or new staff in training but the fish and chips - fish was bready.. almost soggy. No crisp at all. And not sure if its a branch price difference but the hake and chips - you’ve to pay extra for dip and peas?.. the one near kingsley or bandon they didn’t charge. It was just a bit surprising as well to see the other poor reviews. Hope they turnaround!

17/08/2025: All was good in taste, but Naan were pathetic. Eating Naan, one can easily find out its not indian

10/08/2025: I called this place to complain about food poisoning and they told me to cop on and hung up. I’m quite unhappy with this business as I feel very sick.

12/10/2025: asked for cheese burger with just ketchup- just got a hamburger with ketchup. if i didn’t want cheese why would i ask for a cheese burger ???didnt get my drink either and made me pay again for one.

29/08/2025: The food was mediocre for the price, but really good. I can't really recommend the fries, but the burgers were quite good. I can't say anything about the pizzas.

05/07/2025: I stumbled upon Curry House last week, and I’m so glad I did! The food is absolutely amazing. The onion rings were crispy and golden, and the curry sauce on the chicken skewers was rich, nutty, and full of flavor. You can tell everything is freshly cooked. Definitely my new go-to for a treat!

10/10/2025: Food nothing special — I don’t know where they’re from, but here in Ireland, we usually say thank you when someone buys something from us. It’s called manners.

10/10/2025: Nice feed! Wedges were a bit soggy stick to the meat!

26/10/2025: Quite possibly the worst spice bag I've ever had. No veg in it. Just chips and rock hard shredded chicken. The spice was literally just a powder mix thrown in with the chicken a chips. Terrible quality.

27/06/2025: First time getting here tasted lovely got chicken curry, took a bite into something hard which didnt look like it should be in it. Took it back over showed it to the man behind the counter very helpful the cooks not very much.The cook said its a shell from seafood which on the menu says no seafood crustaceans. The cook snapped it in half to get rid of what I had as I wanted to keep it as I said. Offered me something else to eat asked for a refund I got that.

03/11/2025: This was my first time trying Shake Dog, and it greatly exceeded my expectations! The burger was an absolute treat, garlic sauce on the chips was full of flavour. Everything was fresh and tasty. I always say if your going to eat unhealthily, it better taste good! (many other takeaways around here miss the mark) But Shake Dog impressed us all! My new favourite fast food spot!

28/09/2025: Fancied a doner kebab. Wish I hadn't bothered. Probably the worst I've every had. Very little salad. The meat was warm but very dry. And the pitta bread was hidden under the meat ,uncooked. Will not be back

20/09/2025: Extremely rude staff longer waits stone cold food and soggy wet chips. Told us we would need to wait another hour to get fresh food sent out. Absolutely shocking customer service.

11/11/2025: The sweets and coffee were very good, and the service was excellent.

04/11/2025: Underrated place, got a really tasty croissant with a lot of feeling inside! Very fast and friendly service . Sad that u can’t sit down there

02/07/2025: This is our place to drink our coffee, we like they give us a card and we can get a free one occasionally. I don't understand why they can't let us have a cold coffee for free like they do with the hot coffees. Also they should ask if we are drinking in there or to take out. We get plastic recipients when we are staying in the place, it should be nice to have the right one when we are in the area.

08/11/2025: Decided to try here for a change (too lazy to drive) as we normally get Dennys, which is only ever top class in both service and quality. Ordered the food at 6PM and it arrives at 8.40PM.. Tried ringing multiple times after an hour and a half only to be hung up. Won't be trying again

08/11/2025: Still waiting 2 hours for a delivery (that now says complete online) but no sign of food, tried ringing and seem to also be hanging up the phone.

14/06/2025: Nos alojamos en el hotel y terminamos comiendo aquí varias veces - cada comida era consistentemente delicioso! Se puede pedir en el restaurante o en el menú del bar, y ambos ofrecen fantásticas opciones. El curry tailandés amarillo era absolutamente fenomenal, rico, sabroso y bellamente equilibrado. El pescado y las patatas fritas estaban perfectamente crujientes, y las patatas fritas fueron algunas de las mejores que hemos tenido. ¿Pero el sobresaliente? La costilla de res irlandesa — tierna, jugosa y babosa — ¡digna! Como alguien que no tiene gluten, me emocionó ver un montón de opciones claramente marcadas sin gluten en los menús principales. La única pequeña desventaja eran los limitados postres sin gluten, pero la calidad de todo lo demás lo compensaba con creces. El servicio fue excepcional en todo momento - amable, profesional y atento. El lugar en sí es cómodo y decorado con buen gusto, por lo que es un gran lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de una comida. Recomiendo encarecidamente si se aloja en el hotel o simplemente en busca de una buena comida en la zona!

03/06/2025: No estábamos listos para lo buena que era esta comida. El trampolín de The Kingsley nos dejó boquiabiertos, con las manos abajo la mejor comida que hemos probado. Declaración audaz, pero nos atenemos a ella. ¿Los sabores? Perfecto. ¿El chapado? Gorgeous. ¿La experiencia? Inolvidable. Volveríamos a Cork solo para comer aquí de nuevo, sin duda. Como vegano y aficionado a la comida sin gluten, estoy acostumbrado a la rutina de “puedes tomar la ensalada”. ¡Pero aquí no! El menú de Springboard estaba claramente etiquetado, súper inclusivo y lleno de opciones que eran realmente emocionantes y deliciosas. Sin compromisos, solo sabor de nivel próximo. El ambiente era elegante sin ser congestionado, con unas vistas preciosas del río Lee que configuraban el escenario perfecto para una cena romántica (o en nuestro caso, una segunda onda de luna de miel 💕). Si tuviéramos una pequeña nota — tomó un poco de esfuerzo llamar la atención de un servidor y las cosas se movieron lentamente a veces. ¿Pero honestamente? La comida era tan ridículamente buena, que no nos importaba. Vale cada segundo. ¿En resumen? El trampolín es imprescindible. Venga por la comida, quédese a disfrutar de la vista y salga soñando con lo que pedirá la próxima vez. Porque confía en nosotros, habrá una próxima vez. ¡Volaríamos de Canadá a Irlanda solo para comer aquí de nuevo!

05/10/2025: The pizza is good, not great but for a quick bite this is the please. They have a few seats inside but it's better to takeaway and eat somewhere nice outside or at home.

03/10/2025: The best you can get in Cork City for take away pizza and for big orders delivery hot food wherever you are this is real, big orders not a problem.!!! Toppings classe A mozzarella cheese good tomato sauce proper sauce not watering very important the tomato sauce ( try eat pizza base without proper tomato sauce and tell me after) There are burgers here in Wilton too. For me the best pizzas from four star are made in Wilton probably have the best dough but all four star in town have the same policy serving all customers with education very high quality and high standards, I can see all that. Congratulations to all workers just a good team can do amazing things, very good job doing here.

13/10/2025: I have been getting Apache (Burgerhut Hollyhill) for a good few years. When the food is good, it's really enjoyable. But the food isn't always good (particularly the chips), and as a consequence, I feel the need, to write a review, in the hope, it will encourage Apache, to make some improvements. When ordering chips from Apache, staff will often serve you chips, that have been lying in the tray, for God only knows how long, mixed in with some freshly cooked chips.. Can I ask Apache management, why serve customers, old cooked chips, mixed in with fresh cooked chips..???? Its a very mean act, and I have to throw these chips in the bin, as they are hard & horrible. Why mix old, hard, precooked chips, that have been lying in the tray, with fresh cooked chips, and then serve them to a customer..?? Customers, should only be served, FRESHLY COOKED CHIPS..!! Can I ask Apache management, why you don't automatically serve your pizza's box's, in a paper bag..? If a customer orders a pizza, they may have to walk for 15 or 20 minutes, to get home. Carrying the pizza box, with no bag, means the Pizza, will lose a lot of heat, and the pizza can be cold, when the customer gets home. Also why don't you automatically serve the donor box, and chicken spice box, in a paper bag..? Again, these food boxes, are cold, by the time a customer walks home. Also the donor & chicken spice box, can leak sauce, which can destroy a car seat (if the customer is driving home) The stout, middle aged, short haired lady, that works in Apache, gets a bad pain, if a customer asks for a bag, to put a pizza box in, or donor/chicken spice box into.. Can I ask Apache management, to please supply, proper fitting, paper bags, and to offer them to customers, who are being served food, served in a box. Its really frustrating, having to continuously ask staff, for a proper fitting paper bag, to carry pizzas and spice boxes home in. I must say, most of the staff, are very obliging, when you ask them for a bag, with the exception, of the stout, middle aged, short haired lady, who always seems, to always have an issue, and an excuse, when a customer asks for a bag. If Apache, could introduce a policy, of not serving old, precooked chips to customers, and sort out the issue of supplying customers, with proper fitting, brown paper bags, to customers ordering food in boxes, (Particularly the issue, the stout, middle aged, short haired lady has, of placing food boxes into a paper bag) I will come back and give an up to date review. 08/06/2025: Go to place for good pizza. They have amazing options of pizza and you can customize your pizzas as well. You should order double deal pizza which has 2 large pizza at a stealing price. Good for a big gathering party.
