02/05/2025: Surprisingly nice pub. All staff really welcomed us. I'm not gonna lie, one of the best pint of Guinness I ever had in Ireland. Nice music, everyone really friendly. It looks and feels like a familiar and local pub, but they make you feel part of it. Mexico/Ireland together

09/06/2025: Unpleasant Experience I recently had a disappointing experience at Langkawi Restaurant . While we were introducing ourselves, I mentioned I'm a model, and the owner's response was shocking. He asked who I had to sleep with to get the title, which was not only unprofessional but also misogynistic. The comment left a bad taste in my mouth, and the unpleasant interaction overshadowed the entire experience. Unfortunately, the food was subpar as well. Given the owner's attitude and the quality of the food, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

17/02/2025: We quite liked the food. We had never tried a Malaysian before, perhaps some approach to this type of cuisine, but nothing serious. I went with my parents, my husband and our son and we let ourselves be advised by the person in charge who guided us in tastes, quantity and spiciness. We went on Spanish time and they helped us even though it was late. Very friendly. I recommend trying it.

03/05/2025: Best drinking pub in blackrock. Owner/manager is fantastic and if you're ever lucky enough to get good weather, there are great seats out the front to get some sun.

04/03/2025: Not my first visit...collected food and when I arrived home 5 minutes later the food was COLD. No reason for this. The mixed starter plater was terrible, everything from frozen pre made, no flavour and cold. The mains were really small each contained 4 small pieces of chicken per serving but the most disappointing was the flavour, non existent. The naan bread was wet and soggy.....It seems here in Ireland now we accept any old over priced rubbish as standard. Please don't ever feel it is not right to complain when its terrible service or food. You are spending your money and expect something better then this in return......

18/02/2025: Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante. Mi pareja y yo habíamos reservado para una cena un sábado. Tuvimos un mal presentimiento cuando entramos y vimos cuántas mesas vacías había, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que era un fin de semana de rugby. Mientras que nuestro servidor brasileño era encantador, la comida era sosa y carecía de sabor y condimento. Dejamos la mayoría de nuestras comidas en el plato. El encantador servidor preguntó si todo estaba bien con la comida. Expresé que estaba muy decepcionado, considerando las excelentes críticas que habíamos leído en línea. El servidor nos informó que el chef envió sus disculpas desde la cocina. Nos persuadieron a quedarnos y tomar cafés y postre. El precio de los cafés se descontó de la factura. Pagamos nuestra factura, dimos propina a nuestro servidor encantador y nos fuimos. Basta decir que no volveremos. Hacia adelante, haré búsquedas más profundas de revisiones fuera de línea.

02/06/2025: The food here is amazing. It’s the nicest chipper I have ever tasted. The chips arnt greasy. The chips are lovely and fluffy and the quality of the food is great. The whole family also think their chips are the nicest around. The menu has a great variety and they also do milkshakes. The food is reasonably priced and the portion sizes are generous. Lovely friendly staff and family owned. A great community.

12/05/2025: We had a wonderful stay at the Academy Plaza Hotel in Dublin. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Breakfast was absolutely amazing each morning—plenty of delicious options to choose from. A special thanks to Uros, who was incredibly kind and attentive during breakfast service. He made our mornings even better with his warm hospitality. All of the staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

05/06/2025: Stopped in for desert after a meal in Bastible. Honestly, we should’ve just ate here instead. Service was quality, food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was electric. The tiramisu was to die for, and we’ll have to come back for their special chicken biryani soon! Best place to eat in Portobello, hands down!!

18/05/2025: Had dinner here while visiting Dublin. We really enjoyed the food. It was fresh and tasty. Best of all, everything was halal. Besides great tasting food, the service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to take care of us. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
