The best restaurants in Dublin

27/10/2024: Very nice diner, with fast service and polite staff. The portions were filling and the burgers very tasty. There were several vegetarian options. I will definitely go again for breakfast.

05/10/2024: Very nice fast food restaurant in the middle of the shopping mall. The furnishings are Merano style, fresh and trendy. The service staff was attentive and relatively quick. The chili cheese hot dogs were pleasantly spicy. However, they were not entirely convincing. The chopped one was a little bland, the cheese could have had a little more flavor and the bun was a little too soft. A hot dog is almost enough to fill you up. The sausage was delicious. You can definitely go and try it.

02/11/2024: Butlers, Clonshaugh. Please clean the exterior where customers sit. Coffee is good but the experience is marred by the dirt around the place. Surely the place could be power washed once a week and bins emptied frequently.

21/10/2024: A company that has very poor HR management. Had an interview with them at 2:30pm today. Arrived at 2:25 only to see another ~10 applicants that have been waiting for hours to attend the interview. When asked the people in the lobby what time was the interview - some said 2:00 others 2:15. At 2:45 wrote to HR contact on indeed to see if the interview is happening - no answer. Then, at 3:15 the HR guy showed up to call somebody else in the interview room. When told that I’m scheduled for 2:30 the guy said that I will have to wait another 40 min, i.e. 4pm, i.e 1,5 hours late. I had another appointment at 5pm so couldn’t wait. It’s just unbelievable why wouldn’t they organise the process in a normal way, so people come in different days and different hours so nobody has to wait for hours, as other companies successfully do. They probably hired the cheapest possible and unprofessional HR person to save some money on people’s time. Disgrace. Can write a book on how you shouldn’t run an HR process. Have the proof and can fully prove everything said above.

19/10/2024: Used to love this place but now when you order online you still end up waiting for several minutes, unacknowledged by staff, while they stand around and chat. This time they forgot the cream cheese on my bagel and there was a hair long in my coffee.

18/10/2024: the sicilian chicken and the smoked salmon bagels are really good. the chicken being halal opens up a lot of menu options for me, i look forward to trying more of them.

18/08/2024: The donuts were good! The staff did seem a bit bothered almost that I was ordering, even though I was polite. I’ve had good experiences at other donut and coffee shops in Ireland, so it was a bit strange.

22/12/2023: It's been 1.5 years since i joined the gym. Hands down, the best gym experience I've ever had. From facilities and equipment to the staff and members of the gym. Positive and supportive atmosphere. Love it

18/08/2024: Casual breakfast, very accommodating owner, impressed with set up and cafe and waiting staff. Seating outside and inside, can get very busy. Not surprising given the location.

10/11/2024: Food and menu has changed recently. I ordered off the specials menu and they waited until everyone else’s food was just about out to tell me they didn’t have pork, I chose the bangers and mash and they brought me out just sausage and potatoes, no veg or Yorkshire pudding like advertised, I asked for a Yorkshire pudding and got it then. The food was very disappointing and cold I hardly ate it. The plate was hot and the food was cold. I honestly would give this a miss.

03/11/2024: First of all before starting I want to add that the staff are amazing and always are. We’ve been coming to The Old Orchard regularly for awhile now and have always loved the food, particularly the wings which were delicious. The introduction of the new menu though has left us a bit disappointed. While the dishes sound good, what we’ve gotten sadly hasn’t been great. The wings have been totally changed and we don’t find them enjoyable anymore. The sauce lacks flavour or spice and they’re more of a dry wing. The quality of the food overall has gone downhill it seems but with an increased price tag. I got a chicken burger recently and it was a chicken thigh which was no problem but it was extremely fatty which made the burger overall not great to eat. Hate to say this because we do love it here but would be less inclined to go for food now than before which is unfortunate. Again, the staff are great and the presentation of the food I have to say is wonderful but just the menu and food itself have left us a bit disappointed and missing the old menu and food.

21/09/2024: Lovely location/idea but the food was awful. My fish was cold and half cooked and I ended up getting sick from it. My gf food was also tasting off. Such a shame...someone could make this an amazing place for food...owners don't seem to be interested in the restaurant, it's just a bar to them. Chef was out the back eating food with his hands and the kitchen seems unprofessional.

19/10/2024: Just got a fresh cod. Not at all crispy. It was soggy. Chips were tasteless . Not impressed. Chap serving me was nice
