06/10/2025: Had a fantastic dinner last night , the food was awesome. Definitely going back soon to try the steak sizzler though , I had the chicken burger. It was so tasty , really enjoyed it and the triple fried chips so crunchy yummy.

01/10/2025: I am still in shock to be honest. Booked a table for 6.30pm and sat there unattended until 7pm. Orders were taken by Jasmine who took the orders with a hand held order phone which took a while as it was new to her. 15 minutes later Jasmine returned to apologise for the delay as the system wasn't working so had to retake all the order including drinks by pen and paper. In the meantime I went and bought drinks at the bar myself as I quickly realised Jasmine was working alone on the floor and had several other tables suffering from similar delays. Drinks arrived eventually but after a long delay not to mention that after all this time, the member of the party who ordered an orange juice was told they didn't have any so they still had no drink 50 minutes after sitting down. Food arrived in stages and the quality was good in fairness. After ordering a second round of drinks, a further delay ensued so I went to the bar to see what was happening. There was 1 barman on duty and after watching him serve a busy crowd on his own with swift efficiency, I knew the problem didn't lie with him. The machine behind him kept spewing out orders and he did his best to keep on top of everything. I watched as Jasmine tried ask him several times to pour our drinks for the table order but he could only do so much. Enough was enough so I asked to speak with the manager. She was on a break I was informed. Eventually she returned from her break and I explained what had happened. Her response was to blame the faulty equipment and that despite how under pressure the single barman and floor staff were, she was entitled to her 10 minute break. During my time at the bar, I had not set eyes on her for over 25 minutes. I applaud Jasmine and the Bar Man for their composure throughout the chaos but nobody in this day and age should work under such despicable circumstances. The management is deplorable, inexperienced and not suitable. As for the venue, great atmosphere, good food and fun place for a drink with friends. Owners need to take a serious look at management staffing though.

19/10/2025: Excellent and easy app for ordering. Food always arrives very quickly and it's piping hot. They use their own delivery drivers - so much better then deliveroo justeat etc. The food is delicious. Good chips, succulent chicken, really nice kebabs. My go-to for Irish chipper take away. Keep it up guys..

10/10/2025: We got a quarter pounder it was fab(whatever you do, don’t change your beef burger supplier) a dinner box so nasty & plenty of it, a doner kebab also gorgeous. All was really so so nice, hit when it came and great value

23/09/2025: Just love it! The place is beautiful, the staff it was really nice, and the food it was really tasty and delicious, I recommend the Red thai curry. Also it was pretty clean☺️

16/09/2025: My go to place for the best pizza in Dublin. Their Veggie, Margarita and fungi pizzas are delicious. Don’t forget to try the tiramisu which is a perfect end to the meal

14/09/2025: The service was a bit off-putting. We were two dining and asked the bill to be split based on what we each bought, and the server told us to do the calculations ourselves..... 😒 Additionally, we had a 10% service charge, which was not made clear to us beforehand. Also, for some reason, the prices on the menu do not have tax included into them so be prepared for a bill larger than you will expect to pay. Nevertheless, the food was good, so as long as you get lucky with your server, it's not a bad place to visit.

11/10/2025: Couldn’t order food, the kiosk was closed over an hour before the closing hours stated on the website. Staff were really rude about it. Extremely disappointing …

10/06/2025: I’ve no idea why there isn’t reviews calling out the extortionate prices of a coffee from Mocha Beans?! I’m a regular Pearse commuter and sometimes give in to a coffee from here knowing… a small cappuccino with almond milk costs €5.20. That’s insane. Alt/ non dairy milk is either cheaper or soya milk is at least free in most coffee shops (albeit soya milk is pure gick). They charge 60c extra for all non-dairy milk. Base price for their smallest cappuccino is €4.60 which is still mad but base price in Dublin unfortunately. Think about it- 60c for coffee with non-dairy milk. Say a carton of non dairy milk would cover 15 coffees. That would round up the cost of one of their cartons of almond/ soya/ oat/ coconut milk to €9, A carton of these mills costs just over €3 and you can get cheaper with generic brands (which I’m sure mocha beans do). The mark up just for having non- dairy is robbery. I dunno if they count on people ignoring price as people on platform are often tired after a days work or tired first thing in morning after train but it’s crazy. The coffee is decent but not near other known vendors who get away with a coffee for over a fiver. Avoid avoid avoid no matter how much your commuter caffeine craving tells you otherwise

31/10/2025: The food is horrid. Absolutely horrid. Sweet potato fries tasted stale. Chicken was chewy, the bun wasn’t even toasted. Just everything was gross. Much better places elsewhere for the price
