12/07/2026: Standard Costa coffee place. Food ok, staff friendly and efficient enough.

29/06/2026: Costa was great as usual, but car got clamped..cost 125 euro and apparently there is a QR code in Costa that you can scan and then you can stay 3 hours...very 😤

05/07/2026: I came across this pub as the concert bus dropped us right outside. Every staff member we encountered was excellent—from the doorman to the bar staff and the gentleman who served our food. Despite it being a busy concert day (Take That, 04/07/26), I expected rushed service and average food. Instead, we received warm, attentive service with no sense of being hurried. We ordered the cheeseburger and fish and chips. The burger was very tasty, and the thick, chunky fries were a welcome change from the usual skinny ones you often get. The fish and chips were also very good, with a slightly different style of batter that really worked. They accept both cash and card, and I would definitely recommend this spot if you’re heading to the RDS or Aviva.

25/07/2026: Great pub with excellent food! The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. They have a large sélection of beers, a good selection of whiskeys and also serve wine. The food is excellent as well, they've added more outside seating to the front for all you sun loungers!

28/07/2026: Loved everything about Capitol Lounge! Super relaxed atmosphere, delicious drinks, and a great crowd. What really stood out was how friendly everyone is—from the bar staff to the bouncers at the door, who are genuinely welcoming and open for a quick chat. Definitely coming back!

17/07/2026: Bouncer on door is an ignorant non irish refused me and my girlfriend for no reason at 7:30 pm , not one drink in us and when asked for reason he said he dosent have to give a reason. 5 minutes later we seen 3 girls go up and he lets them straight in not asking for id or anything, so rude wouldnt go in if i was ye absolutely disgraceful refusing irish and letting in other foreign internationals .

19/07/2026: Been meaning to try for a while. Hopening hours on google say open every day from 12 noon. Arrived 12.30, staff there..but said not open till 2! Walked the piers, lovely on a sunny day. Back just after 2pm. The Cajun fish and chips was tasty but very small portion for $15. Half the size of the photos on previous reviews here. Both overcooked. Huge queue so may try it once more but it really should be consistent.

27/05/2026: This place is absolutely brilliant. I flew in to Dublin and was staying at a hotel around the corner from here. I ordered the Sataysfied Chicken Bowl on the coach from the airport and collected it on the way to my hotel. It was tasty, well-priced for the portion size and just what I needed after a long day of travelling. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived, Pedro made us feel welcome and well looked after. We were dining with a child and a baby, and he was incredibly attentive, making sure everyone at the table was comfortable and had everything they needed. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire visit. What impressed us most was his attention to detail. We casually suggested having toothpicks available, and in less than five minutes Pedro had already brought them to our table. This level of responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare and truly deserves recognition. The food was excellent, with authentic Brazilian flavors and traditional Festa Junina dishes that brought a little piece of Brazil to Dublin. The drinks were also fantastic, and everything we tried was delicious. However, it was Pedro’s exceptional service that made the experience truly memorable. Pedro went above and beyond to ensure that every guest at our table—including the baby—was comfortable and cared for. His dedication, warmth, and attention made us feel valued as customers. 23/04/2026: The cutest little spot, such a cosy atmosphere and the owner is one of the nicest and most humble people I’ve ever met. The quality of the slices is so good such delicious flavours . Such good value for money i definitely recommend this to everyone to try at least once ! I wish all the success in this business and i definitely recommend
