The best restaurants in Dublin

10/06/2025: The staff here are excellent. We met a Romanian lady working today who provided truly outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly to both us and our children, making us feel very welcome. She’s a real asset to the establishment. She even gave our daughter an ice cream, which absolutely made her day!

02/06/2025: Very disappointed in my last visit on Sunday at how disorganized everything was. I sat down with my partner after and nobody came to take our order after 20 minutes so I headed to the middle bar where the barman was so overwhelmed trying to do table service whilst also trying serve It just wasn't manageable so I decided to leave. I completely understand that they were busy but the lack of organization just wasn't acceptable. It's a shame because I visit quite often but this really has left a sour taste in my mouth

22/05/2025: Got an almond croissant, very stale and also burnt on one side. Not impressed. To be honest Other pastries and delicacies looked good and staff friendly. If I hadn't driven away before i tasted it, i would have returned it..

27/05/2025: The service staff, almost all Spanish, by far the best thing about the hotel. The head cleaner was rude, and the breakfast room manager was also completely sour-faced, rude, unhelpful, very curt, and made no effort to understand Spanish people. The rooms were like any 2-star hotel in Spain. No air conditioning. Normal mattresses, no toppers, and an open wardrobe. The renovated bathroom had a step up to the room. No amenities, no comb, gel, and shampoo in a non-branded pump bottle. No refrigerator, and the bed was 1.35 meters wide. The location was unbeatable, but you pay for it with noise at night from street parties and creaking wooden stairs. The price was very expensive.

03/06/2025: Attended a work social evening. Area booked and normally the venue is perfect for this. On this occasion it was an awful experience. I have never come across a more difficult front of house. "Name hidden" had the completely wrong attitude, showed zero empathy for the occasion, and really impacted the entire evening in a negative way. Despite the manager on for the evening apologising on this person's behalf there was no recourse, no apology from the person. The attitude appeared to be enabled. I like the back page, it's a good spot, with good food and usually a good atmosphere. I'm leaving this review as customer experience with staff interactions can really damage a business. On this occasion I can only rate the service as zero stars.

09/03/2025: I’ve been at Ea-Tea so many times and it’s one of my favourites bubble tea shops in Ireland. They have a lot of different and tasty flavours like brown sugar , coffee milk tea ( my favourite) , Dalgona , cocota etc. At this time I ordered the iced coconut latte which is so delicious and reminded me the coconut latte from Luckin coffee ( which is the best coconut latte I had in my life) in China 🥰🤤.

24/09/2024: went there around 8:30 so maybe we were stuck with the leftovers but the ramen was bland as water. gyoza was stiff like it was a piece of toffee or something. took ages to digest felt it sittin in me stomach for an hour or so after. go anywhere else. kinda sad cause other reviews are so good

05/05/2025: Asked for Poached eggs, advertised as 7.80 for 2 eggs with tea or coffee. I asked to have it with a cappuccino and whiling to pay the difference. Was charged 11.30 so no difference but full cappuccino rice plus the 2 eggs and that's debatable but fine and I payed in advanced and added 80 cents tip on top. The 2 terrible eggs arrived but never did my cappuccino, I ate the whole thing and brought plate in as I was sitting in the terrace and the man at the counter only realised about my coffee missing then. There were 4 tables including me and 2 staff members visible. I didn't wanted my coffee as I finished my food and was never even chequed anyway. I didn't even made a big deal but he then took aggressively 3.50 from the till and throw it on the counter. Not even an apology, I should have been the one upset. An apology goes a long way. Terrible food but most importantly a disgrace of a behaviour.

14/05/2025: Fabulous new boutique hotel in Dublin. Great central location. Rooms were beautifully appointed! The breakfast was also delicious with plenty of options and great service! Will definitely return!!

02/05/2025: Found this lovely place on Google maps, since we were staying for the night nearby. The food is great, the service is very friendly, patient and kind, even to German foreigners like us who might have butchered the pronunciation of every item on the menu. Thank you for the lovely evening and the great food!

10/05/2025: I ordered a home made Tuna sandwich and it tasted great. The price is fine. It was not toasted when first time serviced. But it was toasted well when I requested. The seats are enough with great space.
