10/10/2024: Stopped in to get relief after a long walk, ended up making some new friends ❤️ Love this pub and the warm welcome we received on our honeymoon travels! Thank you to Nadine and the regulars that gave us an experience we will never forget! We will be back on our next travels across the pond!

27/09/2024: Delicious beer at an honest price by local standards, very friendly staff and nice guests. There was no food, the music was very good one day, not so good the next, obviously depending on the bar staff.

12/11/2024: Ate here Saturday food is over priced and over rated we got spring rolls which were not edible just full of cabbage which was like rubber my partner got curry and I got pad thai was just average not as other reviews rave about we won't be returning anytime soon

02/11/2024: This place must be booked especially at the weekend. The restaurant is hidden away but google maps will find it for you. Believe me it is well worth a visit. The outside is yellow and quaint. There is plenty of seating in beautiful small areas around the building. The staff are very professional and friendly. There is a wide variety of Thai food on offer at great prices. For starters we had two fresh spring rolls and the crispy wanton, both dishes were fantastic. For mains we had green Thai curry, red Thai curry and roast cashew nuts with chilli oil. The curries were served with chicken. All three dishes with Jasmine rice were AWESOME. If you are in Athlone this restaurant is a must visit and it is very close to the famous Sean's Bar (another must visit). Highly recommended, 12/10. Yes we will be back.

18/11/2024: Food was excellent food was really good 👌 home made chips and fresh fish was lovely but it's very very expensive €32 for 2 x fish &chips and 2 x cans of coke (this is for a take away 😲)

15/11/2024: Restaurant to avoid especially with children. We ate as a family on 11/12/2024 at 12:25 p.m. The staff is cold and not smiling. We ordered a soup, a burger, ravioli and arancini and to drink a pint moretti and a fruit juice. They served us a frozen soup with two slices of moldy wet bread, unbelievable even to your worst enemy you don't serve that. Then bacon cheese burger, my god I have never eaten such a disgusting burger, the burnt bacon the steak smelled burnt as if they had not cleaned the grill and the fries smelled like fish. Finally, the frozen ravioli, the very peppery tomato sauce not even heated, it was hard to eat. So a free tip absolutely avoid this restaurant they play with people's health I am traumatized I stop eating out in Dublin until further notice

Clearly don't have enough staff or the cooking facilities to accommodate the amount of seating. went in Saturday night got the starter quick enough but between the time we sat down and the time the main had arrived we had been there nearly 2 hours, standard of the food wasn't worth the wait in the end either.

09/11/2024: What a shame from a unique bakery into a soulless mass produced cafe... Lost all it's magic and appeal. Poor choice of deserts and limited gluten free. What a shame, owner needs to bring back the queens of tart!

03/08/2024: Nice local pub in a housing estate serving the community. They have tv and pool tables.

02/09/2024: The coffee is OK, but no WiFi which is the man reason I went there. Don't go there 1 hour before closing. Although the saff are almost friendly, as they are closing they become less hospitable

16/08/2024: This place is a real find! Good coffee, great toasted sandwiches, nice atmosphere too! From the smell of fresh carrot cake when i went in i knew. Great work!

20/10/2024: Was in late and the carvery was dried up vegetables and I asked the chef for thin slicesed roast beef fir my partner she got lumps of beef ,overall disappointed as the food is usually good here.
