The best restaurants in Dublin

01/10/2026: They claim to give 15% extra off on student card but refused despite showing the valid card. This is how they treat their regular customers. Don’t claim to give discount when you just want to refuse later. Never coming back again.

23/09/2026: Not the one to leave reviews, but this one left me with no choice. My wife wanted to eat dosa, so we drove 40mins to get there. When we were served food, Sambhar and the dosa was cold. Basically it was probably plated out for somebody and then served to us a good while later to us. I informed the waiter that the food is cold. He just brought a bowl of warm sambhar from kitchen. He knew what was happening as he kept apologizing to me. But surely that was my last time i had food there.

13/07/2026: Nice walkable area but bathroom was moldy and the electricity didn't work well to the point we had to switch rooms. The cafe and restaurant appeared very fancy but we did not eat there

06/07/2026: Great service. The bar is amazing and they serve food until 22:30. The managers are the best, Malica, Stefano and Mere, the servers were great, Julia, Fernanda, Erwin and Carlos

22/08/2026: I love the French Toast, but really wish you guys were open on Saturday. What coffee shop doesn't open on Saturday morning?

28/09/2026: Got ignored on the patio so went inside after a wait and learned the taps weren’t working. Maybe try again someday.

25/09/2026: I had lunch outside the Queens in Dalkey on Sunday 20th with 3 friends! While sitting in the sun in the front courtyard was lovely sadly the food & service didn't match the atmosphere! Two of our main courses arrived without the other 2 meals which meant I was almost finished mine before the other plates arrived! I had the roast pork special which was very average to say the least, very thin slivers of pork which were far too salty for my taste & according to my fellow diners my meal was the best out of the four as we all had something different! I have been to their sister restaurant the Eagle in Glasthule many times and the food is always superb along with the service! Could do a lot better Queens of Dalkey!!

05/09/2026: We ordered Kōushuǐ (Sichuu's famous spicy cold chicken) and pork ribs in oyster sauce. Everything was delicious and plentiful. The prices were also quite reasonable for Dublin. I just recommend they clean because there's dust on the walls and lamps 😅

20/08/2026: The service is very good; even though I didn't speak the language, they helped me order the food. The place is beautiful and the food is very tasty.

12/10/2026: We got a table without a reservation. The service was first-class and the food was delicious. Thank you for the lovely memory ☺️

12/10/2026: Got the main course buffalo chicken wings here. Really good. Lots in the portion. Staff are really attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was cozy with good vibes.

20/02/2026: WORST MEAL I HAVE EVER HAD IN A 'RESTAURANT' !!!!!Terrible dried out overcooked pizza and lasagne was similar! Small portions too !White wine was acid! Overall poor. 50e for two, definitely not!!!!!Avoid, never going back! 0 out of 5!

20/09/2025: Cute little cafe! Colourful relaxing decor. I had a delicious pumpkin spice latte! The cups are so pretty too!

19/09/2025: I went here totally by accident, I thought id give it a try as I saw they have gluten free options and pumpkin spice latte!!. The staff was so friendly,the service was outstanding and the decor was breathtaking. Nothing I have seen before. Its a small cozy hidden away cafe. May I also add they had a few options for gluten free, I got the brownie it was a bit dry but still good i enjoyed it either way (you can see the selection of gluten free options in the picture of the menu, the top shelf) The price is also not too bad

25/09/2026: Great food, but very poor customer service. The staff completely skipped basic hospitality—no hello, no greeting, and they didn’t even tell me my total before I paid. Having worked in food service for a couple of years, I know how important basic training is. The food is worth coming back for, but the service definitely needs to be addressed.

04/08/2026: It's not a large space & I don't believe it merited the amplification used for the music Monday nights. It's too loud to sit anywhere near the performer & too small to find a seat away from it. Not a pub for really having a chat. My friend said the Guinness was good.

23/06/2026: Unless you are in the area I would give this a miss. Bar staff are inexperienced. Queeva is the only one that knows what she is doing. This pub was at one time a great pub.

15/09/2026: Romantic place and lovely staff ! All my love for manager and all staff ! I never feel so good in a place like this ! Food was wonderful ! Pizza were really taste , lasagna it was a piece of heaven !! If you want to go for a salad, go for cheese goat salad, you will NEVER regret Thank you all guys ❤️ Sorry for the others stores, but his one will be my favourite at all ! Hahahaha 🫶

15/09/2026: Waitress Aisling provided excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The food was delicious.

06/09/2026: Always the best, only ever get in 1 or 2 a year as we live on west coast but everytime we are at a gig in 3arena we head there straight after, the welcome is fantastic from all the staff even though we are arriving at the last minute, wished this was my local 😍

23/09/2026: Had an amazing experience at King's Biryani House. The food was delicious, and clearly well made. The lamb was tender. And the owner was so kind. Highly recommend this restaurant to others looking for a great meal.
