The best restaurants in Dublin

02/04/2024: This place had the best meal out of my entire stay in Ireland. The fried goat cheese and radish was incredible. It worked perfectly together and was so interesting. I wish I could eat that all the time. The ravioli was delicious as well! Creamy and light. The steak here was fantastic, along with the onion rings. This place makes you wish for larger portions! The atmosphere was also beautiful, with tons of book shelves, gentle lighting, and live music at dinner time. It was a 5 minute walk from my hotel, perfect for a relaxing dinner.

17/11/2024: Nothing beats a turo turo atmosphere, especially when the food is as delicious as what they serve here! The bicol express will make you sing, while the binagoongang baboy deserves that extra rice. Tasty desserts, too! Very much recommended!

08/11/2024: Nice place to find authentic Filipino food in Dublin. Wide selection of hot foods and pre-packaged desserts. The interior is humble/utilitarian but it doesn't matter when the food is good. I was missing home after 2 weeks of vacation so I got my ultimate Pinoy comfort food: dinuguan, rice and pichi pichi for dessert.

20/03/2024: Pizza is always great and had a great experience. I've been going to Sano for years and never disappointed. But there is one thing that needs to stop. Pizza prices have gone up at least 20% in the last year and seems like Sano increases their prices every few months. Used to be the best value for places in Dublin but now costs almost the same of competitors.

31/08/2024: Excellent location for a cafe in the afternoon or a Guinness in the evening. The food also tastes great and doesn't take long to arrive. The service is friendly and the decor is very cozy and pleasant. The prices are also absolutely reasonable.

15/09/2024: I absolutely love this place. The avacado toast is gorgeous - so filling and the flavours are all so balanced. I’ve also had the tomato and basil soup and sandwich deal in the past and the soup is hands down the nicest I’ve had in ireland. On a rainy day I find myself craving it. The staff are lovely and I did get a lovely pistachio espresso coffee (I can’t remember the name) but it looked and tasted fabulous. It fills up for lunch. There has always been a seat free as the service is quick and efficient. It’s not the type of place to sit for a few hours, catch up on work etc. it’s the type of cafe you bring a friend to for a delicious bite and a catch up. They also have outdoor seating and the menu is very reasonably priced

30/10/2024: I was really disappointed to see a much smaller menu than what im used to seeing in Rockets. I found it much more difficult to decide on what I wanted as all the best stuff was gone from the menu.

25/10/2024: Dumping a pint of florescent yellow sludge from a carton on some poached eggs does not constitute Eggs Benedict nor justify the extortionate price. Probably the most disgusting breakfast I've ever had from a 'Bistro'. If you want to serve food, employ a chef.

25/10/2024: I strongly suggest not to go to this bar/restaurant we were good customers until we kept getting tabs/bills for extra drinks/food etc that we didn’t order! The last straw was when we paid a bill then half hr later we got asked to pay again!! I showed the waitress my mobile banking which showed we had already paid but just got a load of abuse fm the staff!! Never been back!! They are fraudently making money doing this to people!! A definite No No!!!

11/07/2024: Only discovered this place recently as it’s around the corner from work, but I stopped in for a coffee and was really impressed with it! The next day, I actually sacrificed my usual morning coffee to hold out for another coffee from EK and again was very impressed! ☕️ Decided to take the plunge and went there for lunch too - phenomenal! Really delicious take on a ham and cheese toastie! I’ll have to start bringing a packed lunch or I’ll be bankrupt in no time running over there for coffees and food! 😂

12/09/2024: The most recent review before this one (from Elif Nur) must be about a different restaurant. Ristorante Romano’s is still temporarily closed. I passed by it this evening and it looks like the work is nearly finished. Looking forward to eating there soon when it reopens- as I expect are regular diners like me. Missing the great food, attentive staff and chats with Romano!

09/09/2024: The staff members, especially the guy at the counter was so rude to me and my friend during our visit this evening, the food was mediocre, won’t be returning back!

02/11/2024: Very nice place. Delicious coffee, fresh tasty sandwiches, puffy fresh pastries! The room is bright, warm, lots of space!! The barista is always very beautiful with a smile))) I advise everyone to have a snack!!

13/10/2024: We went for our meeting there and the lady (Brazilian) was so generous and kind to us. We sat for hours, and the atmosphere was awesome. Definitely recommended....
