17/03/2025: Absolutamente horrible. Si bien la comida era buena el personal y el servicio eran nada menos que espantosos. Pasaron 20 minutos antes de que pidiéramos comida y 40 minutos después, mis dos amigos recibieron su comida 15 minutos antes que yo, así que me senté a comer solo. El servicio fue de lejos el peor que he experimentado, había 4 miembros del personal trabajando todos los cuales estaban más interesados en charlar y burlarse de sus clientes y burlarse de ellos cuando se fueron. No voy a volver - experiencia cara para un servicio horrible y comida mediocre.

26/09/2024: Visited because of a passing reference in a current politician's biography. Just as good as I'd hoped. Genuine locals bar (may it remain so, with no pretentious shamrocks etc)

Left a very sentiment item in my room, got in contact and they have it and after paying 30€ to them to ship it back to scotland they are ignoring my emails and when i phone them they're saying they'll phone back and never do. genuinely terrible customer service and have took my 30€, don't recommend at all

08/04/2025: Food is dirt. Ribs were cold and soggy with barely any flavour and the wings must have come from a quail. Oriental stir fry was dreadful, was just noodles in corriander and hot water with lumps of chicken and brocolli. Sent back almost two full plates of food and got charged full price regardless.
23/03/2025: We celebrated a family occasion today with a large number of guests and the food and staff were brilliant.

06/02/2025: This place has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! This was my second time here, and I came in for some Indian tea and a few starters. But the rude guy at the reception—who clearly has no clue how to treat customers—told me I couldn’t sit and eat because my order was too small! He said I could only take it to go. The restaurant was EMPTY, and yet I was treated like this? It’s beyond frustrating! Now I completely understand why the place was so dead. This place doesn’t deserve your time or money—don’t bother coming here. The food is bad, and the service is even worse! Avoid it at all costs!

07/04/2025: Asked for a flat white. Was handed a latte or cappuccino, when i queried it i was told they only do take away flat whites as a large size. Ridiculous. To top it off the coffee was bitter and over heated.

05/04/2025: They offer halal options for chicken and beef; however, duck is not part of it. Some of their dishes taste good, but the desserts aren’t good at all. Also, some items are not refilled. As usual, drink is not part of the package, you have to buy it separately.
