08/09/2026: All the premade food that I’ve got from here was off I’m not gonna buy any type of cooked food from here anymore it happened multiple times.

20/05/2026: Gem 💎. We discovered this place as we're looking to park the car for going on holidays. Dropped of car and got courtesy bus to airport. Easy access to departures and on return super easy collection at park 16 for coaches . The hotel itself is very comfortable, has everything you'd need.we stayed here after getting off late flight . We actually got bumped up to an apartment so had choice of bedrooms and kitchen plus 2bathrooms. Huge space with super views over airport.We stayed for lunch next day in the comfortable bar/lounge/ restaurant. Food was really nice great selection. Overall the most memorable part of our time using their facilities is the staff and absolute care and generous care they gave us when we rang back from holidays and needed our car checked. They went out of their way to contact us and complete our need. The car was parked underground for €12 a day, courtesy coach to and from the airport and then to stay over night was €241 in total. Great way to finish a lovely relaxing holiday. Totally recommend using the facilities and staying at The Metro & Apartments.

19/05/2026: Wonderful staff! Clean rooms. Closes to the bus to get to City Centre. Airport shuttle made getting out of the airport very easy! Great place to stay!

11/06/2026: Glaushaus is very handy for Tallaght hospital or the Reeves centre. The rooms are clean with TV and tea making facilities. Ate in the bar and the food was inedible. Service was very poor and despite our 2 dishes uneaten we were not even asked if everything was ok.

01/06/2026: Our room was not cleaned, when we mentioned this they didn't believe us, so they came up to check, of course they apologized afterwards and we got a new room, but still. We had breakfast packed because our plane left early, but we shouldn't have because it was pretty poor (water, yogurt, dry oat bars, dry bread, butter).

07/12/2025: Sadly not the best stay, double bed made of two singles but the joint was awful so no point. The pool is nothing like the pictures with only 3 beds so you can’t relax there. If you get a room near the front you’ll be awake all night with traffic and people about. Better choices out there

28/09/2026: Hi, I have been to this restaurant at least 4 times. Unfortunately each time I have been there, so was the same guy who serves the food. I found him so unhelpful I would go as far as to say rude each time . It can happen sometimes people might be having an off day but when dealing with the public you need to be polite and have a decent measure of coutacy. Isn't that a job requirement.!!!! In my experience this guy seems to have left his manners at home, that is giving him the benefit of the doubt that he had some to begin with in the first place. I couldn't reach in for a pastry and asked for his help and he said very grumpy "It self service" Eventually I had to ask an unknown customer for help. By the way I am not an invalid but in this case your food server made me feel so inadequate . God help anyone who really needs help and unable to ask for it. No plates available so I saw some near him, but O God forbid he might do something nice and give me one instead of standing around waiting !!! no no didn't think so .WHY would you spoil your bad reputation. True saying in his case anyway. A Leopard Never Changes His Spots . Needless to say won't be back again .

27/09/2026: Staff are nice, food tasty, the lasagna portion could be a tad larger though it felt a bit small.

01/09/2026: Came a week or so ago with my aunt. Food was ok, not the best. I think you could definitely get better options for cheaper. Not many options available and menu is a DISASTER to attempt to read. service was also ok. Didn’t finish my plate of food and the server made a comment on it when he came to collect the plates. Personally wouldn’t be back.

30/08/2026: We had made a reservation for 7 of us two weeks before for our lunch today. When we arrived, the bald guy, which I think is the manager, was very rude. We told him that we had made a reservation, instead of acknowledging us and leading us to our table, he pointed to a server to indicate to him to show us to our table. When we wanted to place our order, he deliberately ignored us and it was only a while later that we got the attention of another server to take our orders. Even when we asked him a little later to help us take a picture, he just pointed again to another server to help us with the picture. It was blatantly obvious that he was unwelcoming to us and was not wanting to serve us as we saw him treating other guests that came in differently. The food was unpleasant as well, as we had visited the Dublin 2 restaurant previously and were blown away by the food there, which was why we decided to visit the Dundrum location. The mussels in Zuppa di pesce which we ordered were not fresh, and the chicken dish was also pretty dry. No one came over to check on our food and our experience. It was an unpleasant experience for us as compared to the one we had in Dublin 2, where the service and food were good. It was a great disappointment.

26/08/2026: Really enjoyable evening in this bar . Staff where excellent. Only downside was they did not have my favourite cider

19/06/2026: Excellent breakfast burrito, top class coffee. The "too cool for school" guy on Saturday mornings could be a bit more on the ball and a little less smarmy, but everything else is perfect.

25/06/2026: Great pub with great service, plus the pizza place connected does one fo the best Pizzas in Dublin. The staff are always friendly and look after you well especially Linda and Ana who are just fantastic

30/04/2026: Just left the bar with my wife and my kids. A true Irish pub, nice beer, nice pizza a cheaper than the city center. One day we if we are back there, we are going without hesitation in this pub.

20/09/2026: Great food, the trademark hambo was a standout! My mam says she won’t eat her sandwiches any other way. The staff behind the counter were very polite, friendly and quick to get orders out. Seating was limited but worth it.

07/09/2026: Everything was delicious! And great value for money. Mave was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations!

18/08/2026: The waitress attended to or every need and refilled our water when we asked. The food tasted great, and the portion sizes were fine. The pork ribs tasted great and so did the red curry. The place had a nice atmosphere and was very clean. There was also a bathroom available. Overall, this place was fine.

04/08/2026: Really loved the fried rice! Only wished there was an option to make it really spicy!

13/09/2026: loads of great stuff, bit pricey but fantastic mix of food and clothes and gifts and other designer items
