19/07/2025: Me and my partner came here on Thursday , the Bouncers wore extremely friendly and nice and the atmosphere was great but unfortunately an extremely rude bar person is the reason why I will never go again, I was waiting at the bar for at least 10 minutes and he eventually turned around to me and said he doesn’t serve my kind, then continued to serve everyone else, will not be returning.
18/07/2025: It's a shame that in a place with such a good vibe and even better entertainment, there are such arrogant bouncers who yell in your face for leaving your bag somewhere you didn't know you weren't allowed to leave it. They even touched my belongings without permission—really awful behavior.

30/01/2025: Has been one of my favorite places for years, great food, lovely staff, whether dining in or taking away, it never disapoints.
The Lab Gai is my favorite dish, if you can handle the heat,
but it's all lovely, think have tried every dish at this point.
Highly recommend!!!
Update - The Food is still as amazing as ever, great staff, the manager who runs the place is so proffesional, she'd do well in any High End restaurant in London or Paris.

Insomnia Coffee Company - Parliament Street @ Spar

13/07/2025: So bear in mind I arrived here at 2:30 AM as it is one of the few places open 24 hours in Dublin. So at that time you had the usual crowd of young party people, older drunks, beggars ect. That said, I felt safe, there was food and coffee and the area has a great vibe. Overall, great experience.
30/06/2025: Too bad the waitress is so unfriendly. Otherwise, the place is pleasant. Crazy how a grumpy waitress can ruin everything!

16/05/2025: The server is really friendly and nice but the sushi was dry and the tuna was off, the rice was sticky and old. The miso soup was tasteless. Unfortunately if they do not improve their products, it's going to close because the sushi made me feel unwell. A couple of years ago the sushi here used to be very good. The prices do not justify the products.

08/07/2025: Best food in ballyfermot and if you love a steak 🥩 you won't get better anywhere else and a great price. Service is excellent 👌
20/05/2025: I went there earlier today Sunday 12th September 2021 with family for dinner.
As I was eating my dinner I came across a piece of wire in the mash potato, lucky enough I didn't swallow it.
I continued eating until all was gone and I bought it to the attention of the chef, Graham.
I brought the empty plate back up to him, he was surprised to see no food on the plate but there was potato on the wire for him to see.
If this was anyone else they would have went further about it, I'm not that type of person.
Even though I ate all to be honest I have tasted better.
I won't be back.

15/09/2024: Burger was exceptional. Chips were unfortunately a bit soggy. Burger good enough to earn 5 stars despite the chips.
13/09/2024: Got the double cheese burger, both pattys were overcooked and tough to chew. The chunky chips were awful and the "homeslaw" coleslaw was disgusting and a little tiny bowl of it was €6 which is simply just thievery. Would recommend everyone to avoid this place completley, just not up to standard at all. If you want a burger go around the corner to Five Guys, even McDonald's would be better .

The chicken came cold and tasteless, same for the burger. For this price it was really bad
01/07/2025: Easily the worst smash burger I have eaten.
Called in this afternoon to try out the smash burger, skin on fries and a coke zero.
The burger was totally crisp / burnt on the edges, no flavour off the meat. The bacon was decent, but hardly any cheese.
Smash burgers are my preferred choice, had them in two places on Bray seafront, also dash burger handsome burger etc in Dublin.
First time I couldn't finish a burger, fries were grand and the can was cold, but the burger.......

25/08/2025: Cold Kebab,as kept waiting so long.Overpriced ,for poor product.Same with the only Chinese in this sleepy area.They get away with their shoddiness( while making massive profits due to absurdly high prices)..only cos they can.Im not returning and will in future drive to Terenure etc,to get much better food,reasonably priced

01/09/2025: Comfortable, spacious room with a functional bathroom and a great shower. Excellent location to avoid Dublin's high prices while still being a quarter of an hour from the city center.

24/07/2025: ordered a pizza delivery at 7.30 and pizza only arrived at 8:40 after i called to see if they had forgotten. i had ordered a large for the family to share and a tiny pizza is all we got, not hot either. very annoyed.
18/07/2025: Ordered kebab and got a small sandwich with only meat because the vegetables had run out.
