20/08/2025: Basically, I paid €8.65 for a coffee and a pretzel. The pretzel was burnt, and I pointed it out to the staff, but they said it wasn’t (which is clearly not true as you can see in the photo). I have never seen a café with such rude and unfriendly staff. It was my first time at an Insomnia café and probably the last.

Despite my clear request, it was made with regular dairy milk. Within minutes, I started experiencing severe stomach discomfort that prompted me to go home early due to diarrhea. This isn't just a preference it’s a health issue, and I trusted your staff to take it seriously. Please ensure your team is more attentive and careful with dietary instructions. Mistakes like this can have real consequences for your customers.
16/07/2025: Pastries are poor. I had a chocolate twist . Doughy and heavy. Coffee was not piping hot. Service is good and location and atmosphere excellent. They need an uptick in the food and coffee offering and then you’re talking 5 stars.

08/07/2025: Honestly nicest chipper we have had in years. Ordered too many times since discovering in last 3 weeks. Quick delivery. Food very hot. Fresh cod lovely and crispy. Recommend the Battered sausages. Chips have been fresh and crispy every time. Had chicken for first time tonight really nice. All they are missing are potatoe cakes and a chicken gravy 🤤Thanks guys, from your new Ballyfermot stalkers😂😂

27/07/2025: A beautiful café nestled in the woods. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere inside, along with my coffee and snack. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind. A perfect spot to relax and take a break from the day.
24/07/2025: Went in was told the was no breakfast at 11am left except sausages. Seemed quite. Didn't get offered anything else. Would not recommend this place at all. Not worth the trip.

13/04/2025: That Alan guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Chicken filllet burger meal was top notch. The chips cooked and salted to perfection, the vinegar elegantly dispersed across the thick cut chippy chips. A chicken fillet that would water the mouth, on a bun that perfectly compliments the crispy skin. Get Alan off google reviews.
