25/06/2026: Extremely slow service. I waited 20 minutes for a delivery order, which is ridiculous considering they only serve salads and juices, no cooking required! Highly inefficient staff and zero respect for delivery drivers who depend on speed to make a living. Avoid

24/08/2026: Very dirty place. Over filled bins, dirty benches and tables. And nothing is right. Avoid if possible.

19/09/2026: Lovely restaurant with a wide range of options and the best seafood, my bro & I had the 'Seafood Chowder' (the best one I've tried anywhere) and a plate of 'Cork Muscles' to share. 5 stars for food & service 👍

27/08/2026: We tried the jamun , they were sooooo good ! The best sweets in town ! Also the chicken chilli gravy and naan was equallly good and worth it for a take away .

17/08/2026: The sweets were delicious but most were way, way, way too sweet, except the white one. The worker was very grumpy and seemed like he was locked in jail and was forced to serve food. The atmosphere was pretty grim as well and was very dark and barely had lights. The only thing I appreciated was the price of the sweets which were €1 per piece.

07/10/2026: Thought it would be place to grab a coffee on a Sunday morning needed to use their bathroom it was filthy and disgusting so if they cant be bothered cleaning why would you risk eating and drinking there

23/09/2026: The woman that took my coffee order was practically shouting my order. Asking me out loud size of coffee when I had order a flat white 🙄. Was very rude to me compared to the person that was before me.. not nice

24/05/2026: The worst soft surf ice cream, one completely collapsed because the machine didn't have time to freeze it fully, also it was an odd beige colour. And the amount of sprinkles given was scant. Coconut latte was awful too.

20/06/2026: Ordered a bacon cheese burger. Gentleman asked which toppings - did that. Food arrived swiftly - no bacon. Two of my friends are students. One got the student bacon cheese burger deal (again no bacon). The second ordered the same - got charged full price. Not worth it. Been to many a WOW Burger - this has to be the most underperforming. For context it wasn’t busy, arguably empty.

03/08/2026: Lovely bunch of lads working here. The order (which was big enough) was made fresh in about 15 minutes, very quick for the amount of food we ordered! Food tastes delicious as per usual, but the service here is so nice. The workers are very kind and hospitable, giving us some extra sauces for free. Thank you so much, will definitely continue to order from here 😁😁

03/07/2026: No seats, just a counter, so not a great place as a destination, but the food is fantastic. Probably my favourite pizza place in Dublin. Decent value for money, but absolutely fantastic pizza. I usually get the pepperoni dough balls, too. They're absolute class. The ham and cheese dough balls are also fine, but the pepperoni ones are way better. I typically get the Meat Central or a Hot Passion. Had it for lunch today and I'll finish it for breakfast tomorrow. Happy belly for sure!

27/05/2026: I ordered an iced mango almond latte that was advertised on the board outside, but the staff didn’t seem to know how to make it. The almond milk tasted like it was off, and the drink was honestly horrible. On top of that, they charged €5.50 for it… definitely not coming back.

06/05/2026: It's a typical chain like other large coffee shops with a star in their name, but great for breakfast or grabbing a salad to go. The coffee is excellent – ​​we had bagels with salmon or an Irish breakfast – we loved it – we'll be back tomorrow ;-)

10/09/2026: Usually a decent place to grab some food but today’s order was absolutely disgusting. You could break rocks with the chips,stale and tasted days old. The chicken nuggets made the kids feel unwell and the meat isn’t the same as it used to be. Everything but the chilli cheese bites were stomach turning. Most of it went into the bin

08/09/2026: After reading the comments, I was unsure if we're talking about the same store. I was there today around 11:00 AM with my wife and 4-month-old son. We received excellent service at the counter from the employee called Farth, very friendly, attentive and empathetic, allowed us to choose the BK Kids toy and offered excellent customer service and a great genuine conversation. The snack was ready quickly and was very well-served; it was delicious, and the fries were a generous portion. 🤩

12/05/2026: I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 10 years and the food has always been consistently very good, which is why I’ve kept coming back. That said, the customer service has become a real issue. On multiple occasions when I’ve had to call about incorrect orders, the way I’ve been spoken to has been rude, dismissive, and at times outright aggressive. It’s not acceptable to speak to customers like that, especially when they’re simply trying to resolve a mistake. I don’t expect perfection — errors happen — but I do expect to be treated with basic respect. After so many years of supporting this place, it’s genuinely disappointing to be made feel like a nuisance for raising a valid issue. I’m leaving this review in the hope that it’s taken on board, because the food is great, but the attitude towards customers really needs to improve.

19/07/2026: Excellent cafe, food is creative and very tasty! I do love their ethos of using their own grown and reared food to serve. Always and interesting menu, beautiful salads mix ❤️ i sometimes find it very noisy/echoes with the open plan though. Maybe some higher screens to seperate sections would help? 🤔

13/06/2026: Service was extremely slow. 20 minutes just to take our order. Overheard the short thin guy being extremely emotional and short, giving out to staff for taking too many food orders at the same time and I counted 19 people in the main part of the restaurant. A couple on the table beside us ordered drinks and then left 30 minutes later because nobody came back to take their food order after being told they could only take drink orders for a while. Nobody said this to us but our lovely waitress got scolded for taking our drink and food order together. From the moment we were seated, it took 55 minutes for our food to arrive and it wasn't anything special - sandwich, salad and kids chicken and chips. The most frustrating part was the wait for our child, one of two kids there and they didn't care that they were waiting a child wait almost an hour for food, usually restaurants send out the kid orders first. Probably won't be back.

30/08/2026: Fast and friendly service. Ordered two spice bags for the two of us. They were perfect and honestly one would've been enough.

17/07/2026: Would agree with the most recent review. Have seen this spot a few times on my route to work and was keen to try it. It’s a handy spot for staff at the hospital. However, the coffee was on the bitter side and weak and the croissant I ordered tasted a bit stale.

16/07/2026: As a barista myself, I pay close attention to the details. Unfortunately, I found the coffee to be bitter and not up to my expectations. I also noticed that the coffee machines and work area did not, in my opinion, appear as clean and well maintained as I would expect. The service also felt rather rushed and not particularly friendly. Overall, it wasn’t an experience I would recommend.
