10/03/2025: Food from Chutni has always been incredible however, the lack of follow up from the establishment after one of their drivers was threatening to my friend for parking in a public car park is horrific. I have contacted Chunti twice in relation to this, both times being promised the owner will contact me but after 6+ weeks I have yet to hear from them. Their driver threatened to have my friends car clamped because she parked in the public car park, much further down from the establishment. I explained to him that having lived in the area for 20 years - a clamping agency has never been employed/ enforced there. There are also no signs up within the car park stating clamping is in operation also. The establishment staff assured me that there is no clamping agency enforced in the car park, advising me that the driver only works for them every so often - which is untrue as he is seen there almost daily when they are open. Really disappointed in how they have responded to this. If it was a group of males the driver would have minded his own business however, he decided to intimidate young girls, one who is also heavily pregnant.

27/12/2024: I had a delicious tofu and veg ramen here 2 months ago I told lots of people how good the food was so decided to get a take away for the whole family as a Christmas treat this evening. Unfortunately instead of the delicious ramen I got a bowl of boiled speghetti, bean sprouts and sauce. The spaghetti ended up in the bin. Himself had the chow mein which had no sauce. Such a shame, won't be going back. The free chicken wings were lovely though

11/05/2025: Estábamos en Sandymount acogedor en busca de la cena y casi se pierde este lugar local - es bastante tranquilo y discreto desde el exterior. Por suerte, decidimos entrar y pedir una mesa. En el interior, el lugar tiene un ambiente cálido y único con mucho carácter. El personal era muy amable, y la cocina abierta con un horno de pizza visible añade una gran sensación de transparencia y autenticidad. Comimos mejillones en una deliciosa salsa de vino blanco, seguido de dos platos de pasta diferentes, ambos estaban muy buenos. Disfrutamos de la comida con una copa de vino tinto, una noche perfecta.

23/04/2025: Top class Coffee Shop here at Insomni ... 7 am open on the button ... coffee ready to go ... hop off the Luas just outside and get set for the morning ... the beauty of Dublin City ... the coffee was delicious and the lemon cake I had just melted ... very friendly service ... the place was clean and tidy and plenty of power points to charge your phone or laptop along with the delicious coffee to charge you up too ... I can only highly recommend this Insomnia Coffee Shop ...

16/07/2025: It's an extension of the Temple Bar Pub. You enter through a small door on Essex St. They have a wide variety of whiskeys and cigars. Nothing beats a good whiskey paired with a cigar. Keep in mind that the prices are quite high. A glass of 5-year-old whiskey costs around €12, and a cigar costs €45. It's very crowded, and it's difficult to find tables.

27/03/2025: We’ve been ordering from them since we lived locally to them but continued since we moved farther away, which should tell you everything you need to know. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the delivery team are the exact same. We can’t say enough about their dedication to making sure you get what you need when you choose New Century, kudos to them for their service! We obviously enjoy their menu and if you like Thai/Chinese cuisine you should definitely try their food for yourselves.

26/02/2025: Unfortunately I think it’s under new ownership, Food was bland, ordering was awkward. Unfortunate as previous owners ran a great shop.

29/07/2025: Costa pulse at ucd have my heart, they have the best staff always there to serve you. I was a student here and everytime i used to enter the cafeteria they remembered my regular order and with a bright smile they served me. Thanks to the entire team for making my time in UCD great. Kudos. The small mocha will be missed.

24/07/2025: I got food poisoning after eating there few times and i saw a staff that wasn’t wearing gloves and she just throw things in the burger with her hand. Very unclean and unhygienic

13/04/2025: That Alan guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Chicken filllet burger meal was top notch. The chips cooked and salted to perfection, the vinegar elegantly dispersed across the thick cut chippy chips. A chicken fillet that would water the mouth, on a bun that perfectly compliments the crispy skin. Get Alan off google reviews.
