02/05/2026: 5 stars for the manager this week the tall ones who is cheerful, friendly and assisted us. It was busy day due to school days but he is very professional.

03/08/2026: The ice cream was okay, nothing special, but unfortunately the cone was stale and chewy, which really ruined it for me. What disappointed me even more was the payment. The cashier was about to undercharge me, so I pointed out that the price was incorrect and that €3 was missing. In the end, she somehow charged me €1 too much instead! I didn’t complain because it was only €1, but I honestly felt a bit stupid for trying to be honest and ending up paying more myself. 😅 Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

01/07/2026: Shambles. Food was pure scutter. Chicken was pink snd chips weren’t even defrosted. Milkshake was entirely unblinded. Staff member looked miserable and unfriendly. Did not quiet the rude and disruptive diner beside me who was disturbing the entire restaurant.

25/06/2026: The waitress was nice, but not exactly friendly. The food had been better at another Eddie Rockets location. The chicken was warmer and the fries crispier. But all in all, it was okay, wallah, it was crowded again, but very well looked after.

01/07/2026: I’ve always enjoyed coming to this Starbucks. The drinks are always made quickly and to a high standard. Staff are friendly too. There’s plenty of seating available in the food court

16/03/2026: soup was cold today,had to ask for it to be heated 2 separate times.Other customers also complained of cold vegetable soup

12/02/2026: I ate here a few times. My chicken wrap was fine. They kindly offered to toast it for me. The coffee was good as well. Sometimes it gets busy. It can be hard to find a table and the seats are not comfortable. Otherwise, it's a nice restaurant.

23/07/2026: Extremely rude guy at the front of the burrito line today. Did not even ask me what I wanted. Started piling up Mexican rice even though I wanted brown rice. Sounds like he had an argument with the other staff and took it out on us. My bad rating for service is a reflection of only that person. The other staff at the till, salad and sauce stations were nice.

30/06/2026: Hidden gem above the shop, the chips have actual seasoning and the chicken's real chunks, not batter. Curry sauce coats everything like a warm blanket. Generous portions, warm staff. Foo Lok lives up to its name.

25/05/2026: Found 2 black bones in my diced breast chicken curry tonight, brought the food back and the guy made me show him were the bones were, i think he thought i was lying, why would i drive home put food out on plate then to have to drive back to lie about the food, i live 2 mins drive from this place and hadn't had it in a long time so was giving it a try, but awful service and terrible food, I will definitely never be back after this experience, avoid this place.

25/04/2026: Excellent take away. Clearly they take pride in their food as its top quality with friendly service. Would highly recommend.

24/04/2026: So disappointing, thought i would treat the family to fish n' chips, had to throw food in the bin. Just noticed 5 star ratings are from a few year ago, Shame, previous owners were lovely.

24/01/2026: I ordered chicken curry, chips and egg fried rice. Unfortunately the most tasteless chinese I ever had. Horrible processed chicken. Curry sauce had zero flavour. May aswell be eating a bowl of water. Egg fried rice was bland and tasteless. The chips were small dry, hard re-heats.

02/01/2026: Got a takeaway from Cabra. Very nice. Food 10 out of 10. Quick delivery, friendly. Will use again.

27/06/2026: Manager here is very odd. Possibly the rudest experience I’ve ever had in a pub. I’ve a few tattoos, think that might’ve been why, that’s blackrock for you. The place across the road the exact same. I see a lot of other reviews here with the same thing, manager telling people to leave because “other people are waiting for a seat” even though we’re literally paying for pints. Really really odd place. Don’t recommend. Energy here is absolutely horrible, surprised to see any decent reviews at all.

29/05/2026: Used Saba catering for my son’s communion this weekend and we were blown away by the service and quality of the food. We got two platters of starter foods and two main meal options for 18 adults. Almost every single guest commented on how nice the food was, many seconds were had but we still had plenty left over as the portions were so generous. Was already a takeaway fan but now also cannot recommend enough Saba for catering too! Lots of other options available to hire a server or cocktail maker which we didn’t use but thought was handy.
