29/12/2025: This is the flagship of abrakebra, these lads are excellent, I waited all day for this after coming from a Leinster game, and it didn't disappoint

18/12/2025: Walked in waiting 5mins girl on her own said she was in the toilet no-one else there place was filthy ..Didn't order just left

03/02/2026: Burger king like others. But I'd like to mention that even despite lot customers (especially from the local school) the place is very clean. The lady that was cleaning tables also cleaned seats. Nice to see the standarts above of other fast foods.

20/08/2025: Basically, I paid €8.65 for a coffee and a pretzel. The pretzel was burnt, and I pointed it out to the staff, but they said it wasn’t (which is clearly not true as you can see in the photo). I have never seen a café with such rude and unfriendly staff. It was my first time at an Insomnia café and probably the last.

20/09/2025: Yesterday I placed an order at this store, I don't know about his name but the person who took my order was rude. I've never experienced this before, but I felt strongly ignored which made me very uncomfortable. Why would you ignore a customer while taking their order? Was it because I looked younger than you? It was the worst experience in Ireland

31/01/2026: Ordered a large pizza house fries and garlic sauces…when I received the order the sauces was missing the driver lied to me when I asked where was the garlic sauce was he said it was in the pizza box it wasn’t .I wouldn’t normally be petty and leave bad reviews but the garlic sauce makes it ..the chap literally lied to my face and I gave him a tip 😂.Bring back the Eastern European guy he is on the ball never a bother when his doing the delivery’s .

17/02/2026: A small grocery store. We wanted to buy Irish sweets. All the goods are not laid out in one place, but on several shelves. The payment system, in cash, is very strange. The machine shows that 1 cent is missing, but 1 is not accepted. The cashier explained that you need to put 10, and then she gives you 10 cents back. :)

25/11/2025: A wonderful, atmospheric and elegant store with a true soul. The selection is of the highest quality, and you know that the pieces you buy will last you for many years. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly and professional, always ready to offer help and advice whenever needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

31/07/2025: Day old pastry. Deal advertised as any made drink and any pastry ordered a drink and they then stipulated it had to be coffee with no modifications. My mum with severe allergies ordered an oat milk tea to be given the wrong tea and cows milk. Staff were more annoyed at us than apologetic even though they did admit they knew the order was for oat milk. Bad day.

25/03/2026: Good place for fast food. Better than McD. They have burgers, chicken strips, pizza, and chips.

06/10/2025: A wide selection of coffee beans, which you can either pick up ready-made or have roasted right for you. The only inconvenience is that when you order coffee to go, it's always piping hot. In good establishments, coffee is ready to drink right away.

11/09/2025: No gluten free food at all. Not even a single prepacked brownie. Disappointing.

28/02/2026: Hello, Today, at around 4:30 in the afternoon, I visited the Burger King on Grafton Street and I was horrified by what I witnessed. A staff member name SUN was shouting at his colleagues, aggressively yelling out order numbers, throwing burgers and tossing bags of fries around. This created a very unpleasant and hostile environment inside the restaurant. I ended up only collecting my food because I had already paid for it at the self-service kiosk. However, I felt uncomfortable staying inside and had to eat outside because the atmosphere inside was extremely negative due to this employee’s behaviour.

22/02/2026: I lowkey forgot his name but the security man with the long hair and two mink scarves is literally the best security man i have ever met . I have never felt safer in a burger king due to his presence. a big raise for this man!

23/02/2026: Lovely food, We always order from this restaurant, good service and very fast. The food is delicious, the best Asian restaurant in the area.
