07/10/2025: Historic pub themed on the voyages to the United States on ships during the Great Famine. You can see photos of the conditions of the voyage and the immigrants' lives. Reasonably priced pints surrounded by history.

27/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in Foxrock Village From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with a warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming reception exactly what every great restaurant should have. We were shown straight to our table and given plenty of time to look over the lunch/dinner menu, which had a fantastic selection of dishes, all very reasonably priced. This was my first visit to this restaurant in Foxrock Village, and I sincerely hope it won’t be my last. I went for the goat’s cheese to start, followed by the roast beef for my main course, and finished with the apple crumble for dessert all perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The meal was beautifully complemented by a lovely bottle of red wine. From the warm welcome to the attentive service and delicious food, everything was spot on. A solid 10 out of 10.

10/08/2025: 10% service charge automatically added, even though it was just the two of us, for service that is essentially nonexistent: we were sitting outside and had to walk upstairs to order, and then again to pay (by cash or Revolut). Food is really good though, if a bit overpriced.

02/08/2025: The food is nothing special. It tastes like a frozen pizza. The crust isn't crispy, and the pizza wasn't filling. However, the view of the intersection is very nice. And the candy that came with the bill was delicious.

25/10/2025: A beautiful church converted into a pub. It's worth stopping in and enjoying a pint. It's not cheap, but considering it's a unique building, it's not that expensive either. Downstairs, in the cellar, there's a spectacular dining room. You'll find it in a labyrinthine hallway on the way to the restrooms.

25/10/2025: Great food in an impressive ambience - but pretty overpriced for what it is. The salmon is delicious and I highly recommend. I was left pretty unimpressed with the cocktails -- I'd recommend sticking with wine or beer here. Great live music and irish dancing.

21/03/2025: Esta es la segunda vez que he estado en Locks... Siempre iré aquí cuando esté en Dublín. La ubicación en lo que parece ser una zona residencial tranquila cerca de un arroyo o pequeño río es agradable. El restaurante está en un espacio genial y acogedor. El menú no es enorme, pero la comida es deliciosa.

26/10/2025: Questionable room cleanliness, a sock that didn't belong to us was found under the bed, the toilet was dirty, there were only 3 of us with 2 cups and tea sets available. You have to book the breakfast table at peak times. Apart from that, it's very well located in Dublin.

23/10/2025: The hotel is ideally located, and the staff is completely dedicated to our satisfaction. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

27/10/2025: I happened into this place at the corner, thirsty for a pint and hungry for a meal. It was perfect. All I knew of Irish beer was Guinness - I wanted to try something different. The bartender was super friendly, I wish I knew her name, she helped me pick a local lager by lining up a taste of three for me and I picked the Ambush. She was great. The fish and chips were the best. Comfortable inside not too crowded not too empty friendly good music but not overpowering and it was ideal. So I came back two days later and had exactly the same, the bartender remembered me welcoming back, I sat at a table and read my book, had my meal, drank my beer - a cold rainy but perfect night in Dublin.

09/08/2025: Love this place for wine and atmosphere but the food is so bad and so over priced

05/07/2025: Intriguing interior drew us into the depths of the cellar, or "cave", lined with wines beautifully displayed each with it's own story. Nice art and other objets d'intérêts. We ate a lovely light, tasty lunch on the street tables taking in all the passing people.

23/10/2025: We had to wait for a while even when we had reservation, the waiter and waitress were excellent, food was excellent, we will be back anytime we are in Dublin

20/10/2025: This was our first time in Dublin. Highly recommended. What we experienced on October 18, 2025, at the Fire Steakhouse restaurant fulfilled all our expectations. From the moment we arrived to the end. From the service to the food. Simply top-notch! We've rarely experienced anything like this in our lives (67 & 69). Anyone who wants to experience/offer something special, either for themselves or with good friends, must book there. The only drawback on our part is that we speak very little English. And yet, everything worked out to our complete satisfaction. It was a very positive experience for us and will remain in our memories. 12/10/2025: Nice place, tasty, not many people, very high level service, food like from Masterchef, unusual. If you want standard food, you probably shouldn't come here. Interesting flavors.

03/08/2025: Had a meal here one year ago and the service was so bad it ruined my finacee birthday celebration was comvinced by the new manager to go back and they would look after us so we did tonight only to be met by terrible service again. Left sitting at our table for 15 minutes before any member of staff came to to us and then had to ask for kids menu Steaks oredered and 2 of the 4 were very over cooked my MR tommahawk was borderline well done sent it back along with an overcooked ribeye my finacee ordered a glass of wine that never arrived dispite numerous times of asking wont be back shame because the steak was nice the 2nd time it came out

20/10/2025: Best boba tea I've ever had! Food is delicious and affordable. We left full and happy. Staff are also lovely. EDIT: To update, several years later, i came in with my 1 year old today after a truly crap day and they moved the tables to accomodate us, dropped our food to the table (its normally self service) and gave us an extra side. They are so kind here they are always kind and helpful but today it just hit extra hard! If i could give a 2nd 5 star review i would

17/10/2025: I was in there today. I don’t know if it’s because I’m from Vancouver where we have an amazing assortment of Asian cuisine but the food here doesn’t taste very Korean. The flavour profile falls more like Chinese food. I had the set menu so I got to try three side dishes and all just taste more Chinese than Korean. I appreciate the generous serving though.
