The best restaurants in Dublin

17/06/2026: I went to eat. The staff were incredibly professional as soon as I told them I was celiac. They went to the kitchen to ask about some concerns I had. A staff member even came to make sure I chose a dish with the slightest possibility of gluten traces. They told me that in addition to the dishes marked as gluten-free, they could adapt some others for me. They don't have a separate fryer. I ordered a salad with a ton of ingredients, all delicious. Baked sweet potato, chicken, sprouts, caramelized walnuts that were amazing, feta cheese, pomegranate, broccoli, a "mint" sauce that didn't actually taste like mint at all, spices, and some quinoa. I wasn't hungry at all; it was one of my favorite dishes during my stay in Dublin. I would definitely go back. I didn't have any symptoms.

13/06/2026: We have had a delicious breakfast here twice now. Very friendly staff. Lots of choice, tasty fresh items. Highly recommended.

14/07/2026: They claim to have gluten-free options suitable for celiacs, but that's not the case; they just change the paddle, but they serve you the same bowl from the same machine that's already contaminated by cross-contamination with previous paddles and cones.

23/07/2026: I’ve been to Il Fornaio on Dawson Street a good few times now, and it’s always been brilliant. The food is consistently delicious, and the drinks are great too. The staff are what really make the place though—everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Fantastic service every time. Definitely one of my favourite spots in Dublin. Highly recommend!

19/07/2026: Came here with a few friends for some spritzes and had such a great time. We were looked after by Anda, and she was honestly so lovely. She made us amazing spritzes, was really friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Great drinks, great atmosphere, and even better service.

22/07/2026: One of the premier pubs on the North side of Dublin. Friendly staff, great music, tasty food, and a great community spirit. For senior citizens, Wednesday afternoon is a good time to catch up with old friends and sing a few songs, and with discounted drink prices, it won't break the bank.

07/07/2026: I was here yesterday with my friend and she has coughed a little bit after meal then we were served ice water.the staff who wore hat has been really helpful and we appreciate his kindness.

10/07/2026: Food was all delicious and such a huge selection, first time having a sushi burger and im honestly hooked, really yummy fresh sushi loads of sauces too and everything was presented really lovely and packed well and I asked for no cucumber and nothing had cucumber in it usually, its forgotten about so thank you for listening too

21/07/2026: Brilliant Pub in the North inner city, always a good sign when you have loyal regulars! Cosy bar at the front and a large area out the back perfect for parties. Where it also has a pool table. Bar is very well run! Carla and Ann Marie are brilliant. I bring my Journey Irelands pub tour there and often my tourist get to pour their own pints and get a Certificate

07/07/2026: We stopped by for dinner. Disappointly there was only one gluten free options, a curry. It was fine, if a bit overpriced. A pub of this calibre should cater for food intolerances. Not one for coeliac diners.

05/07/2026: Have visited here quite a few times. Match day was on so we had a carvery meal which was really nice and the staff are great.

18/07/2026: I was there for a group event. Food was amazing. Service was good. Atmosphere was very relaxed and child friendly in the area sectioned off for us.

27/06/2026: The staff at the blackrock organised a wonderful event for us this week. The finger food platters were excellent and the service was terrific. We were made to feel very welcome. Thank you all.

09/05/2026: Had the Siciliana pizza and carbonara with a negroni. Best Italian food we had the entire trip and fantastic drinks! Check them out!!!

19/05/2026: A buschetta and a machiatto will set you back about €9.80 (to be honest nit expensive even thou was a small portion). But here i will add that the buschetta was really salty, but really salty. The place I will say is 100% italian as were lots of italians for lunch and i can hear italian spoken in the restaurant by customers and by some staff.
