25/10/2024: First time for me and something I have wanted to do for a while now. It is a very friendly and homely environment and the staff were super helpful.. The wine list is very limited but there is beer available. I had the chicken beef and 3 veggie dish which were tasty but for me not exceptional. I did not like the combination of injera flat bread (which is really a spongy pancake). It was not to my taste at all and as a matter of fact would have preferred a different offering of bread completely or none at all. While the food was tasty it could have been warmer and overall I’m afraid it was not for me. I wish the restaurant well and it’s great to see another ethnic offering in the city.

20/10/2024: came back for dinner the "supper club", get a sample of every item on the menu all served on a Tef injera flatbread, it was excellent Gluten free paradise. Everything is gf except for one desert. Had lunchtime takeaway on Friday. Great for vegan and mostly dairy free. The owner Mel has a coeliac father so he is very knowledgeable Great food. Curry, dal Lovely flatbread Gf beer

31/10/2024: Attended wedding reception with a party of 40. Sharing plates for 3 courses. The variety and quality of food was exceptional. Lovely atmosphere and beautiful decor. I could not fault a single thing.

05/04/2024: We can not go a week without going to Zero Zero Pizza! I’ve heard and read the words ‘hidden gem’ in Kimmage many times and it’s no word of a lie, even though I don’t think it’s ‘hidden’ anymore! Through the doors is a snug laid-back but buzzy restaurant that serves up top notch food from Neapolitan pizzas, bruschetta, gnocchi to tiramisu (you have to try the tiramisu!) all accompanied with deadly music (our pizza tonight was topped off with Aretha Franklin and Mark Morrisson’s Return of the Mack amongst other 70-90s classics). Ronan, Razvan and the crew are always so friendly and welcoming, no wonder we keep coming back…and back…and back! 10/10 - throughly recommend!

02/11/2024: Having dinner in Terra Madre is like dining in Nonna's kitchen. The food is perfectly cooked traditional Italian. We shared the charcuterie board and delicious fresh, milky burrata to start, with great bread. Clean plates were a great sign that we loved the wild boar stew, fettuccine with truffle, and the gnocchi. It's a small basement space with mismatched chairs and perfectly charming. I'll be back.

24/09/2024: This busy cafe is a ‘perfect’ location to enjoy a good breakfast and a nice cup of coffee as you carry out your daily shopping. Nice bustling vibe and staffed by friendly, efficient people who have time for their job, and the customers. We were here for breakfast and had eggs Benedict and Florentine. Both superb. Bacon nice, not too salty. Hollandaise lovely consistency. Eggs cooked to runny. Loved it.

18/09/2024: Absolutely perfect. I was hanging and I needed a large breakfast. I dropped into the ladies and ordered two large full Irish breakfasts. It was delicious. I’ll be back

21/11/2024: We came as a group of 2, we are delighted with our evening in this good restaurant. The pizzas and burgers are very good and the service is welcoming and attentive! I recommend everyone to stop there :)

19/11/2024: I had a fantastic time here with my family! The beef burger was incredibly juicy and flavorful, easily one of the highlights of our meal. The calm, inviting atmosphere made it easy to relax and truly enjoy the experience. The king prawn starter was a standout, served with fresh garlic bread that was simply perfect. We also tried the honey chicken wings—something new for us—and they were absolutely delicious. This place has also become our go-to spot for a lovely dinner together as a couple. The pasta is always perfectly flavored, and the margarita pizza is outstanding. One of the best parts is how customizable the menu is—we added prawns on top of the pizza, and it was amazing! Whether it’s for family meals or date nights, this restaurant delivers every time. The quality, flavors, and ambiance truly make it the best Italian spot in Phibsborough. Highly recommend!
