05/11/2024: Food was v disappointing I thought. It’s very basic, not worth the price. You go down the canal for like 5 minutes and then turn around. People running it are nice but I wouldn’t recommend it. We did it as a work get together. Woudlnt do it again

14/09/2024: Fantastic food, staff was friendly and very helpful. I was a young person by myself and someone came up and made sure I was okay. Incredibly charming and cozy atmosphere and space. Food was delicious with quick service. Definitely recommend!

25/10/2024: Worked in a dublin a year and only found this place, lives up to the tagline "Sandwichs by chefs" food is 5 stars hands down and at what i would call afair price. My experience was top notch made only better by the dark-haired guy with glasses. He was lovely explaining how it works (you ordered from the menu, yes I am a gobsh ite) from chatting to getting a world class Sandwich was about 2 mins, had the beef brisket and it was amazing and juicy on a good strong white crispy roll. Carved is as good at Sandwichs as Bertie Ahern is at robbing public funds, masters!
24/10/2024: Great sandwiches and don't be scared by the long line - they are so quick and efficient that it wouldn't take more than 15 minutes

Food was excellent, Lifted the bone on my lamb shank and the meat just slid off and melted in the mouth.
Dessert was great especially the creme brulee.

04/04/2024: Excellent dining experience. Food was delicious. With the lunch menu it was very cheap. Service was kind and considerate. The atmosphere was fantastic with a classy décor and soft jazz piano. I will most certainly be returning here.

24/10/2024: After forgetting a shirt, I called a number of times without success and when I visited the hotel again a month after I had to speak to 4 different folks at reception that all were equally unhelpful and unable to coordinate between them finally never being able to retrieve the shirt.
I would expect better from a hotel of this standard.
24/09/2024: We were on the third floor of a section of the hotel with no elevators, but they helped us carry our bags to our room.
