The best restaurants in Dublin

15/12/2025: Great hotel in a very busy and frequented area. The room has a good size compared to any other hotels in the city. Bathroom is big and the shower is awesome. Staff is sound. Will come back although the prices are high but as always in Ireland.

10/12/2025: Always an enjoyable stay, thanks to Ava and the team. Never had an issue here. The hotel and its accompanying bar and the cafe are great. All of the staff are a pleasure to deal with and great cocktails.

26/10/2025: Great pub, no tourists, friendly barkeepers and customers, good pints. All in all a very pleasant experience. Would recommend to anyone.

29/11/2025: Best meal I’ve had in Dublin. We heard a lot about Gigi’s and were very excited to try and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely gorgeous. We got the carbonara arancini and focaccia to start, gnoochi and beef ragu tagliatelle for main. We ordered aperol spritz and then saw an orange wine on the wine menu and were offered a taste. We quickly ordered a glass. The staff were brilliant and incredibly attentive. The atmosphere in the restaurant is buzzing. Thoroughly enjoyed and will most definitely be returning!

12/12/2025: I had the pleasure of enjoying a truly exceptional culinary experience. Every dish on the menu was a true delight. The care taken in preparing and the quality of the ingredients were evident in every course. It's difficult to choose a favorite, as excellence permeated the entire experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for top-quality food and an unforgettable experience.

22/12/2025: Reasons I spend my Dublin 8 coffee dollars in Ground State: 1. A very pretty space 2. Consistently*excellent* coffee 3. Absolutely delightful staff (with low turn over which must reflect well on the management, and the lovely Victoria who makes sure everyone is happy) 4. Really really fabulous honest food. I drag friends, colleagues and family here too, and they are equally impressed. Some things about our 21st century make the other stuff bearable!

16/12/2025: This was the most charming pub we visited during our Dublin city break; we went twice. It had a great atmosphere, friendly staff, wasn't too crowded, and had delicious food and, of course, a good Guinness. Live music (upstairs) was fantastic and fun.

13/10/2025: A nice pub to grab a drink and chat with a friend, Very relaxed cozy atmosphere. Had a misinformed Google post, that the place offered food and drinks , even showing a menu, just to clarify for you. It's only a bar . It was a good one we enjoyed our whiskey on the rocks .

03/10/2025: Had a good time. Atmosphere was happy, friendly, and welcoming. Enjoyed the fish and chips and so did my wife. Service was excellent. I wish I would have asked her name(so I could include), because she was very friendly and ready to help if we needed something. Will be back.

05/12/2025: Love love love this place. The fabulous lady who is front of house (and who also is the dessert chef) is such a joy. I love going back as often as I can. The sardinian bread at the start is a lovely touch. The raviole is my fave.

18/11/2025: Visited this place with friends at the weekend and it truly is a little gem. The restaurant is small and cosy, the food is tasty and everything is cooked from scratch. The owner makes an effort to get to know you and is so friendly with her daughter and other staff. Definitely one to visit and enjoy. Thank you for the lovely experience.

16/12/2025: One of the cosiest pubs in Dun Laoghaire. The silver application on the ceiling create a beautiful style at night and the pint they serve is delicious. The owner is a true gentleman and you will never have a bad experience in here.
