03/01/2025: You come to Foxy Johns for the Atmosphere & Pints. If you’re lucky you’ll get a seat by the fireplace :) Plenty food elsewhere in Dingle. A+ Recommend

28/02/2025: Without a doubt the nicest seafood I’ve ever eaten, I had squid in chilli for starter and seafood platter for main, all perfectly cooked and well presented, I was blown away. the staff were chatty professional and attentive without being overbearing. I would recommend this place to anyone.

15/01/2025: We dined here one of our nights in Dingle, having made reservations weeks prior. They fill up quickly and almost everyday they posted a sign outside saying there was no availability. They obviously specialize in seafood and the menu changes daily. They present the daily menu on a handwritten chalkboard, cool, but it gets propped up on a chair and kind of annoying for the table next to you while you decide ha. We had the haddock in a potato crust with cream and chives and chargrilled sea bass. All main entrees come with potatoes and vegetables and both were excellent. The restaurant is small and tables are rather close together but it is part of its unique charm. There was a sudden power outage as we finished our meal and had dessert by candlelight, a nice and unexpected way to end a delicious meal.

31/12/2024: We were amazed with the food at Solas. Very attentive staff. Beautifully presented. The only problem which isn't their fault was a large group who were extremely loud. It's such a small, intimate place that the noise level is pretty bad.

17/12/2024: After the ridiculously expensive "meal" we had in Solas last week we won't be going back ever again.This place is like the Emperor's new clothes. The prices have reached a mocking their customers level and the quantity and quality of the food,a lot of deep fried food,has been lowered significantly. Know where your food comes from indeed.Combine this with the price of the wine,(they should be ashamed of the mark up per glass) and you not only feel hangry leaving but you also feel like you've just been mugged.

31/12/2024: WeI recently had the pleasure of dining at Doyle’s Restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely fantastic, with each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive; the staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful evening. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

30/11/2024: Great oysters and great service. The (lack of) ambience and food let the place down. For being located in arguably one of the best places in Ireland for seafood, we were very disappointed to have been served tiny mussels which lacked flavour and left us sick. The vibe and choice of music was very sombre and depressing and the overall vibe was lacklustre. Ridiculously overpriced!

08/01/2025: Must try! They have the best ice cream. Very nice staff who gave us suggestions about the best combinations. Loved the salt flavored ice cream! The chocolate whiskey flavor was also really good.

05/12/2024: First of all I have to praise the staff! Not only were they extremely friendly, but they also let us try out the range. But I have to say, especially for the price, the ice cream was nothing special. The taste wasn't very intense, for 6 euros I can't give it 5 stars.

15/01/2025: We stopped in at the Marina Inn one chilly afternoon to grab a pint and some seafood chowder. They have some covered seating out front but we sat inside at the bar. We loved the cozy pub feel and enjoyed our drinks and soup. Service was friendly.
