Doyle's Seafood Bar

23/04/2026: By far the best restaurant we have been to on this trip. The food was exceptional. Any trip to dingle would not be complete without visiting here. The best restaurant in Dingle confirmed!!!
21/04/2026: Had the most amazing food in Doyle’s tonight, we were a table of 3 and went for a selection of the small plates followed by 2 deserts to share. Nothing disappointed, food was absolutely delicious and the staff were attentive and extremely friendly!! Can’t recommend enough, book in advance though as it’s quite busy!

Out of the Blue

An daingean
20/05/2026: I had read about this restaurant prior to our trip ti Ireland and knew I had to dine here! I did book 4 month in advance and so glad I did. The seafood was outstanding. The menu changes based on the seafood caught. They bring the billboard to your table and place on a chair for you to choose from. Service is wonderful and you are able to sit and enjoy your dinner. A must stop in Dingle!
17/05/2026: Finally, a restaurant near the sea that serves fresh fish! The setting is pleasant, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. The cuisine is refined; the fish (scorpionfish and halibut) are of extraordinary quality, and their cooking is precise and excellent. The famous "bouille Ă  baisse" is a remarkable nod to French cuisine. The starters and main courses are generous... too much to even try the dessert menu! But the Irish Coffee was still the perfect ending to this delicious meal. We had a very pleasant evening at Out of the Blue. The atmosphere was pleasant and warm, allowing us to chat about Ireland with our two table neighbors.

Dick Mack's

An daingean
12/04/2026: Great buzz and lively atmosphere lovely decor
09/04/2026: A unique pub. I was transfixed on their shelves of whiskey… or are those great walls of fire? Ask the barman to show you the historic stone wall outside behind the pub. It may have originated in the 1500s, the result of what happened after the Desmond Rebellion. In 1569, the residents of Dingle requested a "murage grant" to build walls around the town, but were unsuccessful. After the Spanish and French tried to aid the natives against the Crown, the peninsula was raided and ravaged by British forces, and Dingle was burned for a third time during this period by the Earl of Ormond. After the rebellion was crushed, Queen Elizabeth granted a royal charter to make Dingle a walled town. This allowed the town to be incorporated as a borough, the first of its kind in Kerry. The town's street layout, and some traces of the walls still remain, preserving the pattern of burgage plots. The old wall behind the pub may be a part of this.

Foxy John's

An daingean
09/04/2026: Fun place. Good beer, music and craic.
21/03/2026: We stopped in on St. Patrick’s day after the parade and found it enjoyable. Shortly after arriving everyone broke out in traditional Irish songs and it was magical. We have stopped in a few times since and it is everything we remembered. What seemed like a left over folic ended up being the perfect pub for us. If you are traveling and want to meet locals, this is the perfect place.

John Benny's Pub

An daingean
18/05/2026: I had a wonderful meal at this quaint pub located right on the Dingle seafront. I ordered a truly spectacular fish chowder, accompanied by an excellent, expertly poured Guinness. The interior is decorated in traditional Irish style, warm and welcoming. The service was also noteworthy, really fast and efficient despite the place being packed. Highly recommended.
17/05/2026: Excellent Irish restaurant in the lovely town of Dingle. The food is superb, and the staff is welcoming. A must-try!

Dingle Ahoy

An daingean
24/05/2026: Delicious fish n chips and they had Fanta!
24/05/2026: €5 for “homemade” chips that were obviously frozen. Completely misleading and poor value for money. There was no real service either – everything was ordered and paid for on a screen, and the owner didn’t even bother to say hello. Very disappointing experience and not somewhere I’d recommend.

Murphy's Pub

An daingean
14/05/2026: Beautiful place. It's lovely and the food is lovely too
13/05/2026: Very filling meals, you don’t leave hungry. The focus is on a savory and salty. Maybe a bit basic but this is a place you can count on when in a pinch. Service was good too, the man with the broken hand provided seem to go above and beyond.

Ashes

26/11/2025: Lovely little room we booked for a few nights in the heart of Dingle. Right above the restaurant but it was closed this time of year. Easy access to all you need, good room, comfy bed. If we come back in season we'd definitely try the restaurant.
13/10/2025: Great service and food. The chowder was delicious.
