14/09/2026: I can't express how perfect our dinner was here. It was my mom's 65th birthday, and when I made a reservation I asked for a good table and they put us right next to the window. They also took note it was her birthday and came out with dessert and a candle. The service from Janet was 100/10. The food was even better! We shared oysters, the bread for the table was amazing and we each had a fish dish that was superb. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

21/08/2026: We booked a table of 9 with a child. The staff were amazing and the food was THE best we had over the course of our entire trip from Dublin, Doolin, and Dingle. It was cozy, bright and felt like we were eating dinner in a close relatives home. Patricia and Janet were lovely and I recommend EVERYONE visiting Dingle book a table there - also shoutout to Caitlin for her lovely service.

20/09/2026: Finally managed to bag a table at Doyle’s (booking is essential) and wow, I think I will be dreaming of that hot & cold crab salad for a long time! Huge portion of Seafood Tagliatelle, amazing selection of fish & easily shared between 2 people if you want to try some of the smaller plates. Next time I will be having that crab dish all to myself. Nice relaxed atmosphere and the service staff were all very pleasant. Can’t wait to return someday.

He connects wonderfully with his guests and immediately creates a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. You instantly feel welcome and at ease here. 😊 A classic, cozy Irish pub, just as you'd want it – and in the evenings there's even live music 🎶🍀. We had a really great time here and will definitely be back! Highly recommended if you're looking for an authentic Irish pub with a great atmosphere and warm, welcoming hosts. 🇮🇪🍻

16/09/2026: We ate her this evening having been lucky enough to secure a reservation at short notice. Everything about this dinner was wonderful. Warm smoked mackeral starter, black sole and halibut main, pear, chocolate and almond tart. Just beautifully cooked, perfectly seasoned, totally fresh dishes. The service was brilliant. The wine delicious. Do yourself a favor. Book early and go. You will not be disappointed.

27/06/2026: Fish bones in chowder the place is trying to win an award for….. interesting. Service was awful. Waited almost an hour and 50 minutes and never got our food. Blamed everything on the chef when clearly it was front of house mistake. Go somewhere else.

26/06/2026: Unfortunately we are forced to leave a bad review. When we first arrived, we were seated immediately at a front table by the window, and it seemed like it was going to be a great experience and meal. After we ordered our food and drinks, we were served bread and waited for our appetizers (one caesar salad and three chowders). After about 20 minutes, someone came by to ask us if we wanted another round of drinks and some more bread, to which we passed on the drinks and agreed to the bread. After about another 25 minutes, our server came over to say that the kitchen had overlooked the ticket with our appetizers on it, so it would be another 15 minutes or so until our appetizers arrived. As a family who owns multiple restaurants / is in the industry, we tried to be understanding, as we know what it is like to be a busy restaurant on a Friday night. However, once the appetizers finally arrived, there were fish bones in the chowder, and the soup was unfortunately average. After about another 30 minutes, and our entrees were not anywhere in sight, we asked when we could expect our food and were told “it will be coming out soon”. By this time, we had been at our table for about an hour and 40 minutes, and the manager/bartender offered to buy us a round of drinks to appease us. We passed on the round of drinks and asked when our food could be expected. She told us that it was “being plated just now”. Again, we waited about 15 minutes and our food had not arrived. At this point, we asked for our bill and said we didn’t want to wait for our food anymore. The bartender apologetically brought our check over, while continuing to blame the kitchens error, however, did not comp any of our drinks or appetizers. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and we would not recommend wasting your time, or spending your money here.

08/09/2026: This is Holy Buckets stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We ordered the cod fish chipper with their homemade tartar sauce. Yes! Go! He makes it fresh right there!

08/09/2026: Highly recommended if you like fish and chips and know what to expect. Fresh local fish; we ordered smoked cod and monkfish, both excellent, especially the monkfish. The chips were very good, though perhaps a little less salt would have been nice. Friendly staff (I didn't notice if they washed their hands, as the food is cooked at high temperatures, and what doesn't kill you makes you stronger). There's a bar with a few stools where you can eat your order. The music is a bit loud. Orders take about 10 to 15 minutes to arrive, as everything is prepared fresh.

06/09/2026: What a dissapointment! Ordered the fish and chips, and while the batter was light and crispy, the hake was mushy and tasteless. The chips were floury and dry inside and not crispy enough on the outside. The only saving grace was the small amount of salad on the side, which was fresh and dressed with a zingy mustard dressing. Service was polite and fast.Came half way around the world for this, and my local take away does a better job with better fish.

06/09/2026: The welcome was excellent, the waiters attentive and very kind. We ordered a box for two. The calamari tasted only of curry, the sauces were delicious, and the fries were raw. You could see them. We sent them back; even the second fries were raw in the center (because they have very large fries), really not very good. The place is nice and very clean, but very, very smelly. Our clothes were ready to be thrown away when we left.

01/10/2026: Fish was well cooked and tasty. Just to note that this place isnt for vegetarians. For someone who enjoys seafood this will be a lovely place. It’s written as Michelin Star - not sure about it as the food is definitely not that of a Michelin starred place. Food is okayish to good. Not great. Washrooms aren’t well maintained.

30/09/2026: I had such a amazing evening. Julian and his team are providing a wonderful experience. The food is up there with the finest I've ever had, a great menu offered . service on point. And a beautiful restaurant.

15/09/2026: So good we visited twice during our two days in Dingle. Cozy and inviting, highly recommend the curry

12/09/2026: Food was not very good. Had the muscles and if I had dropped one on the floor it would have bounced back on my plate. My wife had the fish and chips. That’s all she ate that day and spent the night on the toilet. I would avoid.

05/10/2026: Had a question about camera film, and he immediately provided me with info on how to get it on Sunday at that. I didn’t find any camera film, but he had answers. Amazing service. And drinks.

28/09/2026: Great pub with live trad music. The beer was flowing, the music, was paying, and the company was great! Bartenders were very tolerable while working around d the crowd at the bar.
