Staff are so nice and friendly.
20/07/2025: The first red flag for us was there was only person on service and waited a long time to make our order . That said he was a good guy just over run. As to the food the meat balls for starter were over cooked yet sauce was nice . The mains were dreadful and like something you would give to your dog with the leftovers from yesterdays dinner . Roast potatoes reheated and you would need a chainsaw to cut through them . Chicken over cooked and roast parnips and carrots were limp and soggy and on a bed of tasteless mash. Gravy tasted like bad wine. Left without having the deserts as we didnt have high hopes after was we were already served.

The staff arnt the best, when you walk in and stand there waiting for a table none of the staff make eye contact with you just ignore you while they doing something, you should be spotted straight away and even just told to wait a minute and ill be right with you. Tables were left and not cleared. It's a bit of a grimy feel to to it but only for the food is lovely I wouldn't go back.

14/09/2025: Just back from a lovely 2 night stay in the townhouse. The bedroom was lovely. The dinner was a really lovely treat, staff very nice and service was excellent. Breakfast was beautiful. Only 1 issue- you check in at the restaurant and the townhouse is accross the road from it. I think that might be useful to have on the website and also limited parking close to the townhouse. Dungarven a lovely place to visit with lots of pubs and great food choices. The tannery is very central. Visit Merrys & Nagles for drinks. Dun for pastries and Isabelles place for quirky shopping. All within a few mins walk of the tannery.
02/09/2025: Really fine dining experience! Went there for my birthday and everyone enjoyed the experience and having good food!
The best was the crab crème brûlée, it was chef’s kiss along with the desserts 🍨

27/08/2025: Such a lovely spot in Tramore! The Surf Hut has a really relaxed, seaside vibe with amazing views across the beach. The coffee is excellent, the snacks are fresh, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Perfect place to stop after a surf or a walk on the beach. Highly recommend! 🌊☕✨

15/06/2025: Today I went with my children to the place, I left very upset, I waited an hour for my order and it didn't come, we had to ask for our money back.For this reason I cannot evaluate the meal, the service left something to be desired due to the delay and disorganization.

It's been the same since it first opened & going there Today half of the seats in the Screens are either broken or ripped, Not to mention the seats are so uncomfy, After you get up when your movie is over your butt hurts,

25/08/2025: I visit the odeon quite regularly, I have never had issues regarding the problems I’ve been reading in these reviews in the numerous amount of years that I have been visiting. I do agree that it’s fully understandable to express your concerns as it is your review and that’s what makes it so valuable, but I did want to make this review just to point out the obvious that some reviews are a bit of an over reaction. The staff here are lovely and welcoming they have your best interest in mind, their job is to make you enjoy your movie to a high standard and they have been doing well at hitting that standard from my experience. As mentioned prior I’ve been going here for years and I’ve seen new and old staff come and go, I had an issue with one of my tickets that I booked online and a specifically short girl at the till came over and resolved my issue very quickly and i highly appreciated that. She was doing a million and one things at once and still made time to come and help me, if this isn’t what customer satisfaction is about I don’t know what to tell you. 10/10 cinema will happily be coming here aslong as i keep watching movies
