02/07/2025: Lovely old style family run bar. Great variety of beers and spirits on offer at very reasonable prices. If you like a good sing song Robinson's is the go to spot.

29/06/2025: O'Neills Bar Tramore Located on Summerhill at the top of Tramore. There is plenty of parking available on the street, and in the nearby car park on Priests Road. The premises are located over 2 buildings, the left hand side being O'Neil's Bar, and the right hand side being Mol's Restaurant. There is a step up to access Mol's, but wheelchairs etc can easily access the restaurant going through the pub, which is all on one level. Although in the O’Neil Family for many years, both O’Neil’s Bar, and Mol’s Restaurant have undergone major refurbishment and modernisation, done to a very good standard. Mol's also provides several areas available to hire for private functions, and boasts a spectacular outside area. The Staff in O’Neil’s and Mol's are very attentive, and well trained to a high standard, if you are just in for a quick light bite, or a lunch/evening meal, you are served in a brisk, friendly, efficient manner. The food here is absolutely lovely, and the Sunday Carvery offers great value for money, although due to its popularity, some carvery items often sell out as the day goes on, so be sure to get in at a good time. A good place to visit in Tramore where you can enjoy a drink before or after your meal in O'Neil's Bar, the food is consistently good, and they can cater for large or small groups. 14/08/2025: Absolutely love this cafe! The coffee is top-notch – Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of both the drinks and the food. The interior is really nicely done too – clean, cozy, and a great place to relax or catch up with friends. Service is always quick and friendly, which makes a big difference. Definitely one of my go-to spots now. Highly recommend!

07/08/2025: Superb latte & tasty cakes with friendly service. I really enjoyed resting here & relaxing after hectic tour of surrounding attractions. Just off beaten track but so close to centre of town.

30/11/2025: What a find!. Best test of a restaurant is to order vegetarian options,which I did. (Im a carnivore) They were beautifully prepared, full of flavour and very satisfying. Lovely wine list. Place was very busy but service was flawless. Enjoy

17/11/2025: We had planned this dinner for weeks and arrived dressed formally, hoping for a nice evening. One member of our group had more to drink than the rest, but the most dramatic moment from our side was him repeating a question during ordering. There were no raised voices, no comments directed at staff, and no disruption of any kind. It was simply a mildly tipsy lad trying to decide between mash or chips. Despite this, the staff seemed convinced we were about to stage a full-scale riot. Service became unusually tense very quickly, and the passive-aggressive highlight of the night was receiving a takeaway dessert box with an angry face drawn on it. Nothing says “fine dining” quite like a doodle that looks as though it was done by a bored child in a maths class. When we politely asked what the issue was, we received no explanation at all. We were given only vague references to “inappropriate behaviour,” although nobody seemed able to describe what that behaviour actually was. We left confused but ready to move on. I was not even going to leave a review. My friend had already shared his experience, and that was going to be the end of it. However, after reading the owner’s public response, which was full of sweeping accusations without specifics and included the particularly theatrical claim that our table “should have been asked to leave at the first instance of the behaviour,” I felt the need to clarify what actually happened. If that is truly what they believed, I genuinely wish they had said something at the time. We would have happily gone somewhere else and spared everyone whatever imaginary crisis they thought was unfolding. To clarify our experience: • No inappropriate comments were made. • No one spoke to staff disrespectfully. • No disturbance occurred at any point. • Staff raised absolutely no concern with us during the meal. • When we asked directly, no explanation was provided. • All accusations afterward were vague and unverifiable. If the restaurant genuinely believes something inappropriate occurred, they are welcome, at last, to specify exactly what it was. They did not do so on the night, and they have not done so since. The only inappropriate behaviour we witnessed came from the staff, not the guests. We will not be returning, and I sincerely hope the next group’s greatest offence is not asking the same question twice.

21/12/2024: Really disappointing experience. Table in the corner was breezy. Group beside us were loud and just drinking, vaping in the snug and shouting about where they would buy a bag that night. Male staff were very friendly. One female server gave a glass of Prosecco to the table overflowing and spilling down the side. Then slammed two of the main courses onto the table. Never asked did we need sauce salt vinegar for chips and fish. Food itself was nice but desserts were way overpriced €9.50 for a tiny cheesecake, not worth it. Service doesn’t match the food and price doesn’t match service. Won’t be back

20/12/2025: Lana food is always lovely. Today I accidently placed an order in the Waterford restaurant instead of the Mayo restaurant and the lady in Waterford was exceptional in dealing with my mistake and was able to redirect my meal to the correct restaurant. Thank you for the excellent customer service in both restaurants

27/11/2025: Unreal chips 😍 and I was trying to be healthier :) and they made me a side salad with spicy sauce, veggie burger with no bun and again the chips are delicious. Garlic mayo and garlic dip. My son's chicken burger was massive and he loved it. Very impressed.

19/08/2025: I have ordered food for collection from this place a few times. Definitely my favourite Chinese in Waterford. The food always tastes good and is hot& fresh. I have never sat inside so I can’t say . But the woman behind the desk is very friendly and welcoming also

06/01/2026: Went for a work night out at Christmas. We go every year as the food has always been good. 4 of our party ordered steak. 3 medium. Steaks were tiny and all were well done and quite tough. In fairness it would be hard to do them any other way they were so thin. Other than that there no complaints.

02/01/2026: Popped in here for a quick drink on New Year's day. Lovely pint. Barman was very friendly
