21/05/2025: Classic Irish pub, friendly staff, comfortable seating inside and large outdoor area!

13/03/2025: Best pint of Coors in the universe!!! The staff are totally amazing, they would literally do anything for you, particularly Karen the barmaid and the one eyed barman. Dog friendly pub (even provide bowls for water) and never had a bad night in the last 35 years. If you haven't been here yet, you haven't lived. 6 stars.

08/06/2025: I was served by a lovely waitress named Sophia, she was extremely pleasant and gave excellent recommendations about the menu. I would recommend this restaurant highly, I also recommend tipping Sophia extensively.

05/07/2025: Review: Poor Customer Service – Very Disappointed We visited this restaurant at 5 PM sharp, right when it opened. Despite being the first ones there, the waiter placed “Reserved” signs on every single table and gave our group of four people a small, uncomfortable table, even though the entire restaurant was empty. We had our food and finished by 6 PM. When I asked about the empty reserved tables, the waiter casually said, “All customers are running late.” So we were made to sit at a cramped table for an hour while the better ones stayed empty—just in case someone else showed up later. To make things worse, when we left, the waiter just said “Goodbye” with no proper courtesy or effort to thank us for coming. It felt like we weren’t valued at all. This is not how customers should be treated. Do we really need to support places that don’t respect the people who actually show up on time? 04/07/2025: Here for Day 2 of a wedding, the room upstairs was very small for a function, big shout out to the lady that came in and sang and did the jazz music on the Friday night not sure the name, she got the crowd going

26/06/2025: Been drinking hear for many years. 3rd time I've stayed and no complaints. Rooms are so comfy, WiFi is good. And the bars great. Such a central location perfect for all.

01/05/2025: Had a lovely evening at Minnies. The atmosphere was relaxed and just right for a chill Monday night. Shoutout to the barman holding it all together - friendly, quick, and knew what he was doing. I’ll definitely be back.

20/07/2024: The pizza is top quality delicious goodness combined with the most friendly staff I've ever encountered makes a visit to this hidden gem a must. After dinner I got talking about the sport of Irish Hurling with the chef. I've never seen a live match so the chef gets a hurling paddle from his car to show me the critical tool of the game and gives me a hurling ball to take back home. I'm overcome with joy from experiencing the best of human nature. Please pay this wonderful establishment a visit. You'll be glad you did.

16/06/2025: Fantastic atmosphere with live music, even on a Sunday. Jam on Thursdays is supposed to be an experience.
