21/09/2024: Great toastie and delicious millionaire’s shortbread. Beautiful outdoor spot on a nice day.

13/09/2024: Friendly service, lovely food, reasonable prices,gluten free confectionery, lovely presentations.

15/06/2024: Great place to eat, out of the way of the crowds but still close enough to join the beach. At the moment I think the place is temporarily closed, such a shame.

15/07/2024: Nice place. Nice setting. But shockingly expensive in my opinion. 2 average sandwiches 2 americano coffees in cardboard mugs €24.80 is just a crazy price . If must mean that for 2 slices of bread piece of ham and some red onion was €9.40. Which is just wrong. Shame as location and setting is pleasant. But a rob for average food. 😞😞😞

14/07/2024: Food and coffee is good but what’s put me off is how the staff are oblivious to customers standing at counter waiting to be served. I’ve often felt like I’m an inconvenience wanting to order a take out coffee. Even paying when I’m sitting down is a nightmare. Just feel ignored and staff is just annoyed at my presence. Please do better. 👍

15/10/2024: It's one of my favourite pubs in waterford. When I was younger I went there every week. With the prices today . Its a special treat to go. Highly recommended. Staff and customers are lovely.

29/10/2024: Stayed there will playing golf in Dungarvan and Gold Coast golf clubs. Very well located, nice rooms decent food. What more could you ask for.

28/10/2024: I loved staying here and would highly recommend anyone visiting Dungarvan to stay at this hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are second to none. I had a lovely lady maybe housemaids manager knock on the door taking the time to ask me if everything was ok for us in our room. I just thought that was lovely. A lot of places I haven't experienced that. We had our breakfasts in our room on both mornings beautifully presented, and again the staff were lovely and cheerful with warm smiles. Again genuine care for guests. Top marks to the chef's who work here for the delicious food and presentation of same. Reception staff are absolutely wonderful, again extremely friendly and down to earth, genuinely interested in their guests stay at the hotel. Met a lovely lady at reception this morning when I was leaving and she couldn't have been nicer in her manner. Very natural and professional at the same time. I don't see this often so I have to say, this hotel in particular have very genuine caring staff. It's what makes the difference I believe in providing guests with a very home from home stay. The hotel is beautiful but I definitely think the staff make it, so thank you all for making our stay a pleasure. We will be returning no doubt about that.

09/10/2024: We were a group of 6, some had food while others just drink. We were there of a Saturday evening around 6:30. We hadn't booked a table and were lucky to get one so would suggest booking some time in advance. Drink and food prices were normal for a hotel, so little on the pricey side but very good service.

09/11/2024: Great family-friendly location and great for kids parties. Loads of activities for different ages to choose from. We had a 6 year old football and softplay party and they all had a great time.

03/11/2024: Brilliant place kids loved it went for a party and we'll ran by staff to get them around to the planned events.

04/10/2024: Very disappointed with the quality of the food for the price we paid here. Frozen calamari for 13 quid was awful. I also had a chicken penne pasta with awful square diced packed chicken for over 20 euro. The salmon special was ok but the price €25 charged not worth it! I don't like leaving bad reviews but wouldn't recommend this place. Pizza seemed popular maybe that would've been better. Staff lovely and cocktails nice

04/10/2024: Absolutely fabulous Waterford bar, especially if ur sports oriented. Every sport listed and if not they would try find ur particular sport. Besides this lovely staff and reasonably priced at 4.20euro to 6euro fr most pints
