25/10/2025: Best pub around for beer, food, chat and meet up. Staff are super. Pints always fresh. Good food menu. Can’t go wrong here.

25/06/2025: Bought a brownie and Focaccia here last weekend. It was super tasty and well recommended. The portions are generous and it really was homely food.

30/05/2025: When you see a queue like this you know it’s gotta be good and my god I was not wrong. Pastries, sourdough bread and coffee were all fantastic.

23/11/2025: Well I don’t get other people’s post about how outstanding The Fitzwilton Hotel, Waterford has done. So I guess they ( by they I mean staff) were all in a shitty mood when we booked in. Because the first thing that makes your Holiday is the place you book in at that’s supposed to welcome you, and the rest is up to yourselves. First of all, there was no eye contact they continued to have their head down and either typing playing game or looking at something on a computer. The next day I asked for an extra bath towel which the receptionist had put in the computer and said to me no worries I’ll have one put in your room. I then asked about tissues and the answer was: Oh no we don’t do tissues. So all you guess booking in your going to have to blow your nose on toilet paper 🧻. I then asked for some extra coffee and milk which then she replies, OK I will add that to the towel that’s to be put in your room. Then my last request was about water. You don’t have bottle water in your room? No I haven’t. Ok I’ll make sure there is some bottles put in your room. Ok Thank You 🙂. We never received one thing. No bottle water, no extra bath towel & no more coffee & milk. Talk about skimpy & yet we ( The Customers) pay for this, don’t we? Because after spending time in Dublin & Arklow Bay & Kilkenny they all supplied bottled water in room along with tissues along with when requested more coffee & milk in your room. Fitzwilton Hotel staff were rude, anyone that walked into the lobby weren’t welcome or any guests that came in was not spoke to and a friendly smile. Not even when a guest was leaving to explore Waterford, Ireland 🇮🇪 was spoken to with a friendly; Have a nice day. So I could go on, but this guest has covered what needs to be addressed to all staff here & not just to reception or staff in the breakfast room but to bosses over these people. Because obviously, the bosses aren’t doing their job properly. If you booked through a travel agency and it’s a package and the Fitzwilton Hotel Waterford, is in the package try and swap area or Hotel. Because out of five stars I give Fitzwilton Hotel Waterford two stars. And if the lady on reception was doing her job well, she would of made sure everything that she said yes to was fulfilled by asking us. She couldn’t be bothered. So with that you spoiled it dear for everyone else. What this Hotel needs is a inspector to go through without any of staff members knowing 😉•

14/08/2025: Absolutely love this cafe! The coffee is top-notch – Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of both the drinks and the food. The interior is really nicely done too – clean, cozy, and a great place to relax or catch up with friends. Service is always quick and friendly, which makes a big difference. Definitely one of my go-to spots now. Highly recommend!

07/08/2025: Superb latte & tasty cakes with friendly service. I really enjoyed resting here & relaxing after hectic tour of surrounding attractions. Just off beaten track but so close to centre of town.

14/08/2025: ⸻ I had poached eggs with bacon, toast, tomatoes, fries, and an Americano coffee. Everything was delicious! The plates were big, and the chef was so friendly and polite. The place has a nice atmosphere, fresh food, and fast service. I loved it and I totally recommend it!

02/11/2025: Paul Brady was absolutely fantastic but unfortunately the seats were very uncomfortable and it definitely took from the experience as it was an all seated event also one person checking the tickets at the door made entry hard considering it was raining.

02/07/2025: Lovely old style family run bar. Great variety of beers and spirits on offer at very reasonable prices. If you like a good sing song Robinson's is the go to spot.

29/06/2025: O'Neills Bar Tramore Located on Summerhill at the top of Tramore. There is plenty of parking available on the street, and in the nearby car park on Priests Road. The premises are located over 2 buildings, the left hand side being O'Neil's Bar, and the right hand side being Mol's Restaurant. There is a step up to access Mol's, but wheelchairs etc can easily access the restaurant going through the pub, which is all on one level. Although in the O’Neil Family for many years, both O’Neil’s Bar, and Mol’s Restaurant have undergone major refurbishment and modernisation, done to a very good standard. Mol's also provides several areas available to hire for private functions, and boasts a spectacular outside area. The Staff in O’Neil’s and Mol's are very attentive, and well trained to a high standard, if you are just in for a quick light bite, or a lunch/evening meal, you are served in a brisk, friendly, efficient manner. The food here is absolutely lovely, and the Sunday Carvery offers great value for money, although due to its popularity, some carvery items often sell out as the day goes on, so be sure to get in at a good time. A good place to visit in Tramore where you can enjoy a drink before or after your meal in O'Neil's Bar, the food is consistently good, and they can cater for large or small groups. Why not visit their sister Bar, The Old Forge located a short stroll down the hill from O'Neil's

06/08/2025: We used to really love this little cafe, however the quality of the food has just gone down and down but prices are going up. I understand the prices rising as they used to be incredibly low but now it’s just not worth it. 5 euro for 2 pieces of toast that was just plain bread not even sourdough is crazy. Also the eggs are clearly microwaved and really runny. My mum got porridge that was hard as a rock, definitely not fresh probably was made the day before and microwaved as I’m used to making porridge and normally is that consistency when left for a long time. However, staff are always pleasant and the cafe has a lovely atmosphere. It would just be nice for the food to improve.

13/07/2025: Very nice cafe in a lovely spot overlooking the coast of Tramore. Highly recommend for coffee and a cake. It was our stopping point on our first visit to Tramore. Nice welcome and we were looked after well!

05/11/2025: Ordered Decaf coffee to try. It was dispatched on the same day. However, next day the courier - Fastway - closed down. So Blue Butterfly was in touch immediately to say they were resending the package with another courier. It arrived the next day!! Oh and the coffee was delicious!

30/09/2025: We buy the Colombian coffee beans by the kilo. Delicious coffee for great value. Highly recommend!

01/11/2025: Very busy place, but staff was very helpful in finding a place and very efficient service. The Menue is quite extensive for such a small place and food was good, as was the coffee. Altogether a very pleasant experience

27/08/2025: Such a lovely spot in Tramore! The Surf Hut has a really relaxed, seaside vibe with amazing views across the beach. The coffee is excellent, the snacks are fresh, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Perfect place to stop after a surf or a walk on the beach. Highly recommend! 🌊☕✨
